We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

Vuong was honest and quick to replace a water heater tank.

We had Best Bay Plumbing do quite a bit of work:
* install a floor sink in our garage
* re-route water softener discharge & overflow lines to floor sink
* re-route heat pump water heater condensate & drain pain & pressure relief valve to floor sink
* re-route central HVAC air handler condensate drain line to floor sink
* install water heater on water heater stand above floor sink
* remove old drain lines and repair the kitchen sink drain line the above used to tie in to
* whole house drain pipe snaking to ensure no blockages
* camera inpsection before and after all work was done to ensure everything is in order

Russell was professional, timely, and coordinated the concrete work with my wife and I so we experienced minimal down time.

I will definitely be working with Russell again when we get to the point of re-modeling our bathrooms and kitchen.

Julio and his team were amazing and fixed our clogged kitchen sink. The clog went very far down our building’s pipes, and they did everything professionally and thoroughly. They even wear shoe covers to make sure our floors didn’t get dirty as they went in and out. Highly recommend!

Repair person, Stan was very courteous and very professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with Washer and fixed it in just 20 minutes. Also explained what he did and how to take care of it.
I would recommend the Fuse Appliance Repair to any one. You will be amazed how good they are.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. The owner caused damage to my things and went ahead and said that it was an accident didn't matter.

Garbage disposal issue. I called and the next day Diego showed up on time and replaced it and had it up and running. With no problems. He was professional and nice. Considerate of my home. I would recommend.

We called Adrian for a quote to replace our water heater as we were unable to get it to work. Over the phone, Adrian had us tried several things to troubleshoot it because he said our heater was 1. a good brand 2. relatively new to be breaking down. After several attempts with no success he asked if it might be that our gas was not on...turns out, that was it :) Adrian was SO helpful and obviously wasn't just trying to have us replace our water heater without first making sure it really was broken. When our water heater does need replacing, we will definitely be calling Adrian!

My homeowners insurance assigned them to me. They didn't return my calls. The insurance company had to call them and was finally able to set up an appointment and then they didn't show up. I had to take the day off to wait around for them and now I have to figure out how to take another day off when the new plumber comes. Hope you have better luck with this worthless business.
