I just moved into a new home only to find I had a gas leak. Sanders Plumbing was recommended by another local company and it definitely worked out for the best. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process. I ended up having to completely replace the gas lines and Sanders fixed me up quick. Kenny and Kevin were thorough and constantly updating me on the work. The work was completed over two days and everyone wore a mask and kept their distance, which I really appreciated. As someone new to the area, I cannot stress enough how fortunate I feel to have found a great, trustworthy local company. Would highly recommend.

Had a major plumbing issue and called Sanders Plumbing from a recommendation I received. So glad I did. David and Kevin showed up and immediately went to work and didn’t stop until they were finished. Shawn with Mr. Plumber was awesome to work with! They are a very respectful and professional company and Shawn was great to work with. They are very responsive and quick to help. Quote was on a timely manner and we didn’t have to wait forever for service. We had a small leak and a defective part (not on their side) and they were so helpful and quick to come and repair and replace what needed to be done! Highly recommend them!

Our sewage grinder pumps failed and needed to be replaced on short notice. After some bad interactions with other plumbing companies, we were recommended Sanders Plumbing by the pump service center. Sanders exceeded expectations and got the job done quickly.
Klee was courteous, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. It was an unpleasant job but he had a great attitude the whole time.
I also appreciated that pricing was fair and transparent, without the haggling or bait-and-switch tactics I had gotten from other places. Will definitely recommend, and use them again if the need arises.

The City of Fort Worth had new meters and all new gas lines run in our house. We were very lucky to have Sanders Plumbing do the work. They were knowledgeable and kept us up to date on all the work. They finished on time when they said they would. Very respectful group. I will use them again the next time I paying for it!

Third time our Church has used Sanders Plumbing for a big job. This time had a major leak in a long run underground water main to one of our buildings. Phil Sanders (owner) worked closely with us to find best and still economical way to get the big job done. Went above and beyond making sure that we would have method to trace piping in future as needed. Always friendly and helpful on phone. On-site workers always great to work with. This time a race against cold weather and they came through for us!

I asked Sanders Plumbing to come out to provide a quote to replace the main line from my house to the water meter as well as a quote to fix a small leak at the meter. I was required to pay a service fee of $89 simply to receive a quote so that I didn't shop around too much. I was NOT told about this in advance and had refused to have a plumber from a different company out to provide a quote because they were charging a $40 service fee. Had I known Sanders would charge a service fee, I would not have requested a quote from them.

Additionally, the plumber who came out wanted to consult with the master plumber before providing a quote on the replacement and left without providing the quote I had requested and paid an $89 service fee for. To date, I have still not received that quote, despite following up about the quote with Sanders.

Jon and Chris were EXCEPTIONAL!! Not only were they on time, they were early. Both were very professional and went above and beyond to do an amazing job. They had to dig in my yard and were very careful not to destroy my grass in the process and put everything back the way they found it. They were knowledgeable in explaining the problem, how they corrected it, and what to look for in the future. I will definitely call Sanders Plumbing Inc for future needs and will not hesitate to refer this company as well. Thank you!!

Sanders Plumbing is a great company to do business. They are fare on their pricing and the do the job right the first time. They have a great staff of employees from the workers, office staff and even the owner will take a job. Anytime I have an issue they are the ones I call.

We manage Macho Self Storage, but for some reason I couldn't create a review from our business Google account. Today we had a plumbing problem in both our apartment and in the office. Sanders Plumbing told me that it might be Friday, but would try to work us in as quickly as possible. It was only a couple of hours later that Dustin called to say he was on the way! He was able to fix the issues quickly. He was professional and courteous. We can't recommend Sanders highly enough!

Jon & Joe - Just left our place in Benbrook and they were here for a insurance claim that has been going back & forth with our Insurance Company for 6 months! These guys were amazing and very thorough -they tested and kept going until the found what had to be the problem and wrote their report supporting our cause and the facts that there is water damage and what caused the damage. When and if you need plumbers - Call Sanders Plumbing Inc - Even the employee in the office were great on the phone and scheduling and getting everything approved with the Insurance company. I would give them 10 STARS - Only allows you to give them 5 stars

Kenneth Sanders was professional & informative about city code & my safety about how old my flue was from the water heater and how it was going to be replaced. He did a great job, made the area presentable & clean up the mess he made. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend this company.

They did the job in an hour less than they had quoted and for far less cost than another national chain plumbing company had estimated. They were courteous and prompt as well. Unfortunately we discovered we had a really bad plumbing problem after 5 o'clock today and they came right over and immediately diagnosed the issue and got to work. They fixed the leak, the clog and got us back to working order in no time. I would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for an honest, knowledgable and friendly plumber. Sanders plumbing (specifically David) took outstanding care of my mother inlaw! They genuinely care about people in their emergency plumbing issues and understand the unexpected position people can find themselves in. David gave multiple options at various prices to get as far into the diagnosis and fix as the current budget would allow. He showed up on the day he promised and communicated well when he had to be a little late. All prices were a fraction of what my mother inlaw has paid before with other companies. We had an amazing experience with Sanders Plumbing. From the first call to the office,Nanette was super friendly, felt a connection with her from the start. Called and spoke to Phillip regarding an issue with our tankless hot water heater. Phillip walked me through the issue and thoroughly explained what he thought the problem might be. He was absolutely right and we were able to get our hot water running soon after. I have never used this company before but with the professionalism and expertise provided by Phillip we will absolutely call them for our plumbing needs again. I can't recommend this company enough. I had been to 2 plumbing service companies to get my garbage disposal leak fixed. After the 2nd so called plumber took out a saw because the garbage disposal parts where seized and he warned me that the flange might be ruined for this new new sink in the course of hacking away, I said STOP! I called Sanders Plumbing as one more desperate attempt to find a reliable service. Sanders Plumbing worked out fabulously! They patiently dealt with my suspicions and me handing to them the manufacturer guidelines for getting a new flange applied correctly. [gasp] They took it all in strides and EASILY removed the old disposal, without a saw!! All this for less than the other two quotes. I am sold on their professionalism and expertise. Their business magnet is now on my refrigerator! Klee and David ROCK!!

David came out to us on a friday night for an emergency repair on our back flow preventer. If I had to describe his level of service in one word it would be OUTSTANDING. He showed up quickly and was able to evaluate exactly what we needed to restore running water. This guy was working with little to no light at some times, digging to where he needed to fix the problem. After he was done and water was restored the yard looked like he had never been there. We will definitely recommend Sanders Plumbing to others!

Thanks to the prompt, hard work of David and Kevin with Sanders Plumbing my water service was restored to my residence after the city water department managed to clog my water lines with gunk, sand and other debris.
These 2 men flushed the lines twice and still one of the filters to a faucet looked as if it were a beach in search of water. It took several hours into the evening, but they stayed with the job of fully restoring water to all of the appropriate outlets.
Very grateful for a job well-done!

Had a gas leak on Saturday and Sanders Plumbing was one of the plumbing companies recommended by Atmos. David and Chris came out that same afternoon, and started the work, and David was back with Darryl on Monday morning to finish. It was a long day for them, but they didn't miss a beat and completed the repair, got the inspector out, and Atmos out to turn back on the gas all in the same day. I also had several old gas lines under the house that were no longer being used, so they cut those and capped them. They thoroughly checked all my systems and fixed a couple of code violations. Their work was stellar and at a fair price. I will use them again and highly recommend David and Sanders Plumbing.

I have a tankless water heater that needed servicing. I went to the brand's website to find an authorized plumber in my area and saw that Sanders Plumbing was listed. I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable plumber who knew these water heaters and offered some good advice. I scheduled an appointment to have it serviced and not only did the plumber show up, so did the owner, Philip Sanders. They did not originally install this hot water heater and they found countless issues that are a result of the poor service I received from the company who did install it. Philip Sanders provided me a detailed written description of all the issues, including quoting the references to the plumbing code for each problem he found. He did not charge me for this kindness. Instead he told me exactly how to handle the issue and what to do if the original company doesn't agree to fix all their mistakes. Philip Sanders and Sanders Plumbing is the most reputable, honest, customer focused plumbing company I've ever dealt with. If you need a plumber, I encourage you to call them. You will be treated with respect and your needs will be professionally resolved by a licensed plumber who knows what he is doing. GREAT COMPANY. GREAT PEOPLE.

Last week Sanders performed the annual service on my Navien tankless water heater. They technician was on time and did a great job, for a reasonable price. I asked a few questions during the service and the tech answered them. I will gladly use Sanders again for any plumbing issues I have in my home.

Sanders Plumbing was called in to re-plumb our house during the Atmos gas outage/ replacement of gas mains. They did excellent work, brought in the right resources to get through the work as quickly as possible, and were very professional. Would highly recommend.

I recently needed to put in a new water heater. They put in the new water heat precisely to code and while they were working on it, they noticed water on the floor that wasn't from the water heater.
They identified it as a slab leak. They fixed the slab leak.
When the inspector came the next day to check their work, I was on the phone. I pointed him to where he could check the water heater and the slab repair. Within a minute he was walking back and gave me a smile and a thumbs up!

Jones, and Chris came out to our house. They were amazing and quick to find our problem. We just moved in and had a clog in our pipes, and toilet leaking water and spreading through. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and knew what to do. I called them back out to replace my toilets as well. I definitely recommend both of them. Very nice, and professional!

Sanders Plumbing put in two smart flush toilets for me in 2008, and I kept the business card because they were so professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves! So recently I called them for several plumbing issues: put in shut off valves under my kitchen sink and replace the faucet, plus fix the leaks on three of the handles in one of my bathrooms - these were 65 year old faucets, original to the house! They were able to salvage the faucets through sheer know how and an extensive collection of parts for old faucets.
I am again impressed with their knowledge, efficiency, courtesy, and complete professionalism. This also extends to their office personnel - Annette was very helpful and always courteous.
Plus, they clean up after themselves and leave the space better than they found it. How many plumbers can claim all of that?
I unreservedly recommend them.

Called because of hot water issues in home. They quickly came out same day as called.
Mr. Sanders was very pleasant and made a good impression for his company. He seemed knowledgeable but when you are charging 120.00 per hour I expect results and production, not 4 hrs of conversation on my dime.
They were unable to find the issue but spent hours conversing with me. Ultimately they removed a external pump that was on top of water heater and changed out 2 thermostats on water heater unit amounting in a total of 1 hour of work and 60.00 in parts. They charged for all the time of conversation that was spent. We had to leave prior to the thermostats being finished and they left a bill for us that totaled almost 800.00. The most frustrating thing was we still had the same hot water issue that we had called about. We then woke up in the morning to have no hot water at all. I spent a couple of hours trouble shooting the problem to find that when the new thermostats were installed they had tripped a test button on them so there was no power to the water heater. We notified Sanders Plumbing via email of what had happened and offered to pay almost 400.00 for what was done because we agreed to their charge of 120.00 per hour starting when they leave their shop or previous client no matter how far. We paid for 2.5 hours of labor and all the parts that did not even fix our problem. Sanders plumbing has decided that this was not a fair amount for what was done and has returned the check and begun to threaten to file a lien on our property.

These gentlemen have taken good care of me. They installed a new water line without damaging the driveway it ran under. They even had a spare element on hand for my water heater. When they unclogged my sewer and caused some extra incidental damage, they didn't charge me to come out and fix it.

My shower drain and toilet drain was stopped up. I called them around 9:30 am, told them it was a non emergency, they said they would send John out soon and he arrived around 10:45 am. He and his helper finished up at 1:pm. It was a hard blockage.

While he was working on the blockage, I told him I was thinking about having a new toilet installed. He said I could save a service call if they did it while they were here this time. I picked one up and got it back to the house just as they finished clearing the blockage. They got that installed, and everything is working fine now.

John and his assistant were both very professional, they followed Covid safety procedures, and the price was very reasonable.

Exceptional customer service! Estimate was quick. The service was amazing, fast, and friendly. Sanders plumbing fixed my kitchen sink. The team from sanders plumbing were very knowledgeable. The plumbers here are very honest and straightforward unlike most plumbing places i know. Definitely recommend sanders plumbing.

David came to my daughter’s house while I was house sitting and fixed both toilets and a couple of faucet water line that got messed up after the city of Fort Worth did pipeline construction on the street. He was prompt, courteous, meticulous, and fixed all the waterline issues that were damaged. I highly recommend him and Sander’s plumbing and will be using them again in the future.

Tony and Kaleb replaced the gas pipes under our house. They were friendly, professional, and did great work. They arrived at the time they said and finished early, making sure to clean up on their way. They were also very patient with one of our cats that jumped into the crawl space under the house to give them a helping hand. Couldn't recommend them more!

They were very professional & so nice! Informed me about everything going on & answered any questions I had. I learned so much from just sitting outside while they were working! At the end of the job I needed to get in touch with the City of Fort Worth for a little additional work on their end. Jon called the city as a heads up to them to kind of explained the process so far which helped when I called them. Kept the area cleaned while they were here & left it cleaned once they left. I live in the northwest Dallas area which has had ongoing natural gas outages over the last several weeks. Sanders Plumbing is one of the many companies/contractors for Atmos Energy who are repairing and restoring resident's gas service and I was fortunate enough to have had them assigned to our home. The repairs took place over a 24 hour period as it was a large project...running a new gas line from the meter at the alley all the way to the house. During that time, their proffesionalism, courtesy and communication with me and my family was outstanding. Their efficiency was also amazing, like a well oiled machine. They really know how to keep customers happy and were nothing short of great. They earned a new customer in all of this as they will be the only company I call for all my plumbing needs. Sanders Plumbing put in new gas lines throughout our house in conjunction with an Atmos mainline relocation from the back alley to the front easement. They were professional, prompt, thorough and easy to work with. Our house was built in 1929 so suffice it to say that you never know what you are going to uncover when any major work is done. There were some minor issues, but in each case, Tony (Sanders) came to us with several possible resolutions. Suffice it to say that we will use Sanders again for any plumbing work that we require.

My gas was turned off when the Atmos had to replace my meter.
And they called Sanders Plumbing to lite my pilot lights.
My hot water heater’s where not up to code so they did the repair and got the job done. David & Darryle and a Apprentice Zee did a great job.

A crew came out to replace an outdoor water spigot, they were fantastic! Called to schedule a quote, they came out the same day, gave a quote and fixed it the next morning. Jon was great as was his partner, great experience, I’ll definitely be using them again.

Jordon and Trevon were at my mom Debbie Maddux's house today and did wonderful work repairing a broken outdoor faucet bib. They explained everything in terms she understood, did the job quickly and cleaned up their mess totally. We now have a new plumbing company to add to our list of home service providers.

Had one of Sanders Plumbers by the name of Todd Bryant come out to my business recently and he did an excellent job of fixing what I call a faucet he calls a bib hose connection that was leaking for a long time. He was very pleasant to talk to and answered every question I had. Explained everything he was going to do before he did it so that there wasn't any surprises. He used what I call a compression fitting to get all the pipes back together and I thought this isn't going to work but to my surprise I haven't had a single drop of water yet. Of all the repair quotes that I received, Sanders Plumbing took the time to explain the quote in detail as well as what could potentially go awry; so, that I could make an educated repair option decision. David and Philip not only explained what needed to be repaired, they thoroughly explained all repair options and required steps and costs.

David and Kevin did an excellent job replacing the pipes and fixing the gas leaks at my mom's house. I would call them back anytime. They explained everything that needed to be done and answered all of our questions and made my mom feel comfortable. Thank you David and Kevin.

Terrible service!
Called about our tankless water heater not working. The technician arrived within a couple hours and spent about 30 minutes checking the unit over. Charged me $175 to tell me that it wasn't working and they would need to see if they could find parts.
After a week of cold showers and no call back, I followed up. The technician blamed it on his manager, and said they were supposed to call me to explain that they were not going to be able to repair the unit. He then said he would have to get back to me on prices for a new unit. Another week goes by with no call. When I called back, they said I would need to spend $800 on a new unit, plus installation. I ended up finding one online for a 1/3 of the cost and installed it myself.
That's what I get for not getting a referral and using a company without reviews.

I have never had a plumber go to so much trouble to fix my clogged pots. He worked harder than any plumber I have ever dealt with. He brought backup on the second day Devon to help him. He was amazing I could not recommend more highly.

Recently had the gas service to my home completely redone. Jordan and his crew were courteous and did outstanding work. We very much appreciate their professionalism.

I would give this company half a star if I could. They were supposed to go and do a job for me and I had to call them six times to check and see if it was done. A week later and six phone calls later, I finally got an answer that they NEVER did the job. She said they got too busy and didn't get to it. That's ok, if you got busy just tell somebody. Then she said no they weren't going to do the job. WOW. It's business like this that make us look bad to our customers. Just be honest with me up front and tell me you don't want to do the job.

These people are a joke! Buyer beware, they didn't pull the permits required by the city of Ft. Worth, then they didn't show up for weeks on end to compete the project. They cause my client to fail the final inspection on the building they where constructing they are a joke! Watch out!!!!
