As part of a rotten bathroom floor repair, Sal’s team came in to replace our old iron sewer lines with ABS (2020) The team came in with hazmat suits, dug up the old iron system in the crawl space and replacedthe house sewer pipes in under a week. Very professional team, clean worksite and well priced for the work.

Terrible customer service. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would! Makes you send pictures. Won't even come to look at the problems & give an estimate. Tells me to order all replacement parts in advance to replace an entire bathroom when all I need is to replace a shower valve.

Too lazy to even come assess the problem so how would he even know what needs replacing??? At least talk to the customer and treat them like a real person rather than just texting and telling them to order all kinds of stuff before even coming to give an estimate. Terrible customer service. Rude attitude. Ridiculous requests. Waste of time!

I'll keep looking for a real handyman, one that actually cares.

I used the leak detection services of this business and I am extremely pleased with the results. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He identified the issue quickly and had the necessary materials and tools to address it promptly. I was particularly impressed with their customer service, as they were very responsive to my inquiries. Highly recommend!

David came out the same day I called him. Our water heater bit the dust the night nefore. Called David at 8am, he was here by 11 with the new water heater and it was all ready to roll by 1pm.

He's extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and knew exactly what to spec out for the replacement. I highly recommend David.

The plumbing contractor was excellent! We had a burst pipe that had flooded our upstairs, so we needed someone to come out urgently. This happened late Friday, so we were concerned about getting someone out on the Saturday, but this company was great!

Appt at 2pm so far no phone call as to status of my appt.
