We've had Rayne Water since 2001 until we sold our house in 2019 in Elk Grove, Sacramento, CA. Best system and service! We just bought a house in San Jose, CA 2 months ago and thankfully, Rayne has few locations in the bay area including San Jose. We again contacted them, bought their new and best system last month. My husband and I can never live without a water softener that makes the water taste so good as well as protection of our investment from the hard water that will damage your pipes and calcium deposit long term. The best benefit is health!

Jose did a thorough and accurate job locating my water leak in a line that runs about 200 feet from our well house with another 100 or so feet leading to bibs in our paddock. I had to dig about 4 feet down to reach the cracked coupling, so accuracy was important to me.

Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!
