I just purchased one of Clearwater's whole house water softener salt-based systems that they just installed yesterday.Clearwater is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.They take their time with the details and will send a picture and bio of the technicians that will handling your request. I've never worked with a company that provided that level of detail.JR and his assistants came by to talk through the installation process, cost and left me with a few quote options to consider. They were on time and extremely knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and their quality of work surpassed any other company I've worked with in the past.I recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Matt and Austin came out on the 12th to work on the laundry room (washer back up issues). Both were very professional and explained everything they were doing and what was going on, staying late and even working in the stormy weather and then the next day Chris and Austin came out to install clean outs and Chris walked me through everything they had done. Everyone was so nice and on the ball. It was a big job and I really appreciate all the work they put in

Had two different plumbing issues in the home I purchased a couple months ago. Maxwell was sent out for one of the repairs and Brian K for the other. Both teams were very professional and got the jobs done for a reasonable price. The lady I talked to on the phone both times to put in the service requests was also very pleasant to talk to and helped get a team to my house relatively quickly. Can’t recommend ClearWater enough!

*UPDATE* Our water main broke on Friday after business hours, I scheduled an appointment online for the next closest appointment and they came out on Sunday to fix. Jakeob and Logan were great! Again, everything you want in a plumber. Knowledgeable, amiable, explained the work, and a fair price. I highly recommend this company over any of the big box companies advertised on the radio or TV.Andy and David were awesome. They inspected everything, explained everything and just overall very friendly and respectful. Everything you would want in a great plumber!

Brian is exceptional. Not only did they do a quality job, but also ensure that we understood the pricing and options. When something did not work, Brian took his time to explain things in great detail and ensured that all of the work that was completed was overseen by him. He never passed us off to someone else without ensuring quality control. I am not sure you can find a better plumber.

Maxwell and his associate did a wonderful job for me during a very tough time. Answered all of my questions, let me know all of my options and were very helpful. I recommend this company to anyone and the Otter Club Membership program is a good deal--I joined. You can have peace of mind with ClearWater Plumbers.

Cory Reeves and his assistant were both very professional. They took great care in cleaning out the clog in our pipes. Cory spent extra time to show me the video footage of our pipes so I could see for myself the state they were in so that my husband and I could make the best, informed decision on future steps to take to maintain our home’s plumbing.

If you're reading reviews trying to find out which plumber to use go ahead and save yourself the time and contact ClearWater. Ask for Maxwell and Terrance if they are available. Best contractors I have ever worked with. Max and his team were extremely knowledgable and really took the time to talk through repair options to ensure we got the right fix for what our house needed. I will be a repeat customer for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else as well.

Chrispy and Desi (Desiree) arrived 3 days ahead of schedule to replace the burst pipes in my wall, which was a tremendous relief for me. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and the pipes were replaced the same day so I didn't have to stay in a hotel. I am also a returning customer and have referred Clearwater Plumbers to friends and family members for the reasons above and the reasonable costs of their services. My wife and I were horrified to learn that part of the cast iron pipe beneath our slab had failed, and that the pipe had been blocked by dirt and rocks beneath our foundation. The joy of owning an older home!We received quotes from three different plumbing companies, one of which insisted on cutting up our bamboo floors and cutting a 3'x3' hold in our foundation to diagnose the issue. Had we done that, they would have destroyed our floors, displaced us from our home—and, ultimately, had to perform the same job that Clearwater did.The second company wanted to charge us around $12,000 to dig a massive trench to reroute the compromised pipe, ripping up a huge section of our pool decking in the process.Nick (from ClearWater) was great—we felt extremely comfortable with him and his associate (whose name escapes me, unfortunately) within a few minutes of our initial consultation. And Nick was a great communicator throughout the process.The ClearWater team explained our options to us, and ultimately presented us with a more budget-friendly (but still very expensive) option. The best part? It didn't involve cutting up our floors or a huge portion of our pool decking. Instead, they recommended that we dig a 10' trench beneath the problem pipe and replace everything.As you can see from the photos, it was a monster job.I'll be honest in saying that there were a few miscommunications throughout the process, and we did get a few scratches on our flooring/stairs when the team replaced a massive, 22-year-old water heater on the second floor of our home (another part of this huge job).That said, ClearWater owned up to everything and went above and beyond to make things right. They're going to pay for a contractor to come take care of the damages resulting from the water heater installation project. That's the type of integrity you hope for when you hire a contractor for a huge job like this one.The subcontractor just left our house a few hours ago, leaving behind a tidy, clean worksite and only a fresh patch of concrete to prove they were ever here. All-in-all, it's a job VERY well done.Plumbing issues SUCK. They're expensive and, chances are, you have NO CLUE what they're talking about.I can tell you from firsthand experience that the ClearWater team is honest, hard-working, reliable and worth the investment. The only thing worse than writing a big check one time is writing a big check two times—because the company that cashed the first check didn't take care of business.If you need the best, I highly recommend ClearWater Plumbing!

Bryson and Ben came out to fix a leaky hot water heater. The communication beforehand was great and the arrived right at the beginning of the service call window. Once here, they were friendly, clean, and professional in every way. Oh, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Fixed the problem on the first call. This was my first time using Clearwater Plumbers. I highly recommend for residential repairs. Will use them again when the need arises.

Chrispy was so great! Clear Water was the only plumber to answer the phone during this terrible Texas storm. We were without heat or hot water and they made us a priority to get us a new water heater within 48 hours of my first call! I 100% recommend this company.

The staffis super friendly and very professional.On the day of the service call, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a courtesy text to include a picture of the scheduled technician along with a short bio. Cory and Andrew did an awesome job listening to all my concerns and offering several solutions. Not only were they able to address the leak under my kitchen sink, they also did a great job installing my new garbage disposal. No more leaks!! While no one wants to need a plumber, but I recommend ClearWater if you do. Everyone I talked to from the office to the plumbers were extremely courteous and professional. Evan and Dez had the unenviable job of repairing a pipe in the tight, muddy space under the slab. The repair was completed in a thorough but timely manner. They did a great job of answering all my questions as well. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Brian was extremely meticulous with installing my water softer correctly, and ensuring the system was working at its best. He provided helpful key pointers and suggestions to ensure the system keeps running efficiently. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing and water softner needs.

I am buying a house in the area and wanted the lateral line. In the off chance there was root penetration or a collapse I needed a video of the line before closing on the house. Fairly quick and easy job (assuming the camera head doesn’t get stuck in a collapse).Clearwater gave me a 2 hour window which their tech Cory and his apprentice Christian arrived well within. Clearwater sends a text message with a photo of who is arriving along with a few sentences about them. I really appreciated that and haven’t seen a company do that before.Cory also called me and let me know when he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived at the house it was well within the initial timeframe.I was worried that Clearwater would over charge, as most plumbing companies do, for a quick video inspection. But the price point was actually extremely fair. Cory and Christian had the job done fairly quickly.I was extremely impressed with everything from the pricing to the Cory’s and Christian’s professionalism. I will be using Clearwater again if I ever need anything and would recommend them if you need any Plumbing work done.Lastly this is an extremely minor thing to notice but I think it speaks highly of someone. Cory made sure to always walk on the path and never took the quick shortcut through the grass lawn. Very small thing but I always notice that and appreciate it.

Clearwater Plumbers have done a great job for me several times. They responded and seviced my house during the ice storm, for a possible water heater gas leak, and to replace water heater and install a dishwasher. Each time they have been timely, clean, and very courteous. They went above and beyond while installing my dishwasher; fixing a valve on the pipes as well as updating the pipe routing( air vent). Chrispy and Desiree were friendly and respectful. They even engaged in my daughter's endless curiosity and conversation. Each time I call I am greeted with a friendly voice and a follow up call. I highly recommend them.

Hello,I'm updating this review as we had to call Clearwater for a leak on our washer faucet. Once again, Clearwater to the rescue! They are timely, professional, and make the process of being inconvenienced by our plumbing, actually enjoyable. Chris P. and Desirae were amazing, respectful, and proficient. Not only did we get our faucet fixed (quickly might I add), but we were able to get some insight into a few other concerns at the house. I highly recommend their services. I almost forgot, Misty in the office, was such a delight as well and made the end to end process very smooth. Thank you clearwater!From January 2022 - We used Clearwater Plumbing for a water heater replacement. We were able to get an estimate and replacement all in the same morning. Evan and Henry were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgably. Evan was able to answer all my questions, and even provides some valuable insight into other plumbing concerns I had for my new home. They made sure the job was done on time and done right! Class act from start to finish! From scheduling to installation to invoice, the level of customer service is one that does not exist anymore from businesses. Polite, classy, and professional. The guys were so nice and explained everything even giving me some options. They identified the problem and installed the new toilet that same day. We recently had a major plumbing problem that required the services of a competent plumbing company.We called Clear Water and they rearranged their scheduling and came out the same day. Jacob discovered the problem and walked us through the repair process. They were totally booked for a few days before they could start the repairs ….but they took the time and effort to engineer a way so we were not totally without water.The repairs were very involved and handled masterfully ….thanks to Shane, Matt, Vinnie and several others ….we were up and running in a few days. We are so grateful to these guys! They were efficient and kept us updated on the repairs.We highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

David H is the best plumber I have ever met. He saved me after a plumber from a different company caused 3 leaks that were flooding my house. David was at my house in 30 minutes and fixed all 3 problems in about 15 minutes. He explained everything and gave me lots of tips and tricks to prevent and deal with plumbing issues. I will definitely use Clearwater for all plumbing in the future.

We knew we had called the right place the minute we made our appointment.Clearwater Plumbers has a great scheduling system and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent communication and notification via text so we were always in the loop. We were facing a tricky Bath Remodel. We needed to remove a Jacuzzi jetted Roman tub and replace with a plain tub. It was the same brand and tub size, but the original install of the jetted tub in 2012 was not done correctly. Brian K. at Clear Water Plumbers found a solution that would allow us to replace the tub correctly with minimal time and expense. Brian and team went the extra mile to make sure all the work was top notch. They also replaced our shower and sink faucets with ease and expertise. Prompt, courteous, and professional. We appreciated that they truly cared about our predicament and were patient with us and helped us navigate our special situation. If you want your service done correctly with no hassle, then Clearwater plumbers is who you should call.

Really Impressed with their communication. Had a text with confirmation of day and time window for my appointment within 10 minutes of my initial phone call. Brian gave me his best description of what they'd be able to do for my project, as well as provided me with some other good ideas for some other projects I'll be taking on. Really appreciated the clear communication and the text day-of appointment that included Brian's picture and a brief bio about him.Fast forward to fix-it day. Brian and Trevor showed up on time and completed the job on schedule, even with running into a few unforeseen issues after drywall was removed. Again I appreciate the communication, transparency, and friendliness of the both of them. Not sure how far along Trevor is as an apprentice, but I really appreciated overhearing how Brian was speaking to him. Instructing in a positive educational way. As someone who has to train others on the job as well, it's refreshing to hear it being done in a positive way and with patience.

I contacted ClearWater Plumbers after my plumbing system became clogged. I found them on Google. From the first contact they were professional and seemed interested in helping to solve my problem. Excellent customer service. My technician, Gary A, was the sweetest and most considerate plumber. He was extra careful when handling doors, always polite, and let me fully explain the issue before giving his expertise. He even wore a mask the entire time. He was also incredibly thorough by checking the front AND the back for clean outs and testing the plumbing before he left. I work from home and was in the middle of a meeting but he was so patient. I kept apologizing because my two dogs were barking while the was talking and he never complained. He even offered to check my water heater, explained the way my plumbing system worked and discussed possible replacements for my low flow toilets. If ever I need plumbing service again I will be requesting him. I’m so thankful I found this place.

Nick O. Came today to help me with a clogged drain from my washer. He came in and explained everything perfectly and made it super easy to make the decision to have my main line Hydro Jetted. I would highly recommend Clear Water to anyone that has plumbing issues. If I have any more issues Clear Water will be the only call I make. In September 2021 we contacted Clearwater to give us an estimate on trenchless pipe repair. We were looking to replace the main line in our home under our slab. Their plumber came out and gave an estimate of a little over $14,000. It was most expensive quote, but to us the least evasive. Based off their reviews we decided to go head with the repairs. They completed the job in about two and half weeks.Fast forward to May of 2022 (first time running the AC since the repairs) we noticed that AC drain line was clogged and the overflowing water had damaged our flooring. We suspected that AC drain line had been lined over when the repairs were done. We called Clearwater out to have them check the line. The plumber attempted several times to unclog with a snake. We told him about the major work done by his company in September. He came to the conclusion the AC drain line had been lined over when the repairs were done. He stated he would get back to us once he talked to his superiors.We were given two options, an AC condensate pump or to have the drain line connection re-established which would require going through the wall and the slab. We decided on the AC condensate pump. Before they installed the pump we asked how they planned to address the damage to our floors. We were told that management was aware of the issue and someone would be in touch. The pump was installed free of charge. When we asked about our floor we were again told that management was aware and someone would be in touch.After a week we had not been contacted, so we initiated contact. Each time we called we were told that management was aware and someone would call us back. We went back and forth went with them for several weeks. During our conversation they tried to shift blame to us, saying that the overflow switch on our AC was not working properly. Which was not the issues. Our house was built in the 60's the switch is there but the condensation line is not required to be tied in. Side note we had a new AC and Furnace installed February 2021, City of Fort Worth inspected and signed off. Finally at the end of June, first of July Clearwater sent a floor guy out to see if he could fix the floor. He took a sample off the floor. He was not able to match it. Clearwater came back and said they wanted repair the damaged flooring by tying in mix match planks to the existing flooring. We declined and reminded them that we paid $14,000 to avoid having to replace our floor and mix match flooring would not be acceptable.End of July rolls around we had been calling for updates once, if not twice a week. We asked to speak to the owner. No call back. At that time we advised that we are going to seek legal action. The next day we received a call letting us know that Clearwater would be submitting a claim to their insurance. The contact at Clearwater made a final attempt to get us to accept the repair offer by telling us that once the claim was submitted it would be up to the insurance company who may determine that we were at fault. Basically, you should take what we are offering because you might not get anything.Insurance adjuster contacted us to come out take pictures. It took about a month for them to settle the claim, because they two were looking to assign us at least partial fault for what they believed to be a malfunctioning AC overflow switch. Ultimately fault was assigned to Clearwater and the insurance ended up paying for a full replacement of the floor.

From the moment I called to ask about services I had a great experience. The receptionist who answered was incredibly professional, patient, and kind! She is a huge reason why I decided to go with ClearWater - such great customer service!! David H. came to install two toilets in my home - he was great!! He explained everything to me, broke down the pricing, and did an excellent job!!! Very impressed with ClearWater!

We hired Clear Water Plumbers to relocate our water heater from our interior utility room/pantry to the garage. Brian came to our home to complete the relocation. The project was quite extensive. Due to the design of our home, it was not as simple as running lines into the attic, across to the garage, and down to the new location. The work was clean, with care taken to minimize the disruption to our walls.Brian is a great representative of Clear Water Plumbubg! We were very, very pleased to have received the recommendation for Clear Water froma friend and will hire them for any other plumbing work in our future!

Evan & his Assistant Jason did a great job!They were dressed nice, & showed integrity.Although this visit was a routine visit to make sure everything was running properly they were very thorough!We like the fact of having what they call “Otter Club Membership “It’s a low fee it comes with a Water Heater Flush, scope all the drains, and plumbing inspection on everything considered plumbing.You should consider getting it if you don’t already. I had my older hot water replaced, it was making noise in my pipes. Evan and his helper Shane did a great job. They were informative, polite, explained things in detail and in general and left the area clean and fixed. I would recommend Clearwater to anyone who has a plumbing issue large or small, they will fix you up!

I highly recommend ClearWater. I had Matt and David help me unclog my drain and they were extremely friendly and we had a great time. I was blown away by the exceptional service! They were blazing fast, hard working, and informed me about every step in the process. It's great to know that service like this still exist. The value was great too for the speed and quality they provided. ClearWater is definitely now my go to plumbing service!

I've used their services twice now and I'm happy. I've had them swap a water heater and repair a leaky arrow valve outside. I also had them look at a toilet because I suspected it was leaking. They were able to troubleshoot and tell me it was a simple issue without charging for a crazy unnecessary repair. Prices seem to be straight forward and up front, not sure how price compares to other companies.

After an absolutely terrible experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing services, I was put in touch with ClearWater Plumbers. I called and they scheduled me for the next day between 11am-1pm.Master plumber Brian K called me at 10:55am to let me know he was on the way and by 11:30am he was on site. At around noon he confirmed where the leak was and answered all my questions about the necessary repair. I agreed to the repair quote (which was drastically different than what the other plumbing company wanted to do) and by 2pm the repair was completed and water restored to the house.Brian did an amazing job and I would recommend ClearWater Plumbing to any one. If you're on the fence, just give them a call. Do NOT call or trust any big corporation company with a free estimate. Nearly lost thousands of dollars and they were no where near the real issue. Just call ClearWater, they will be honest with you.

Update to previous comments:They came back out after I left this bad review and seemingly fixed the problem but damaged my property in the process. I have notified them of this and attempted to get them to simply cover the charge of a new scale I had to purchase after the flood they caused damaged any electronic equipment I had there. Been weeks and no response. Struggling to see how this company has good reviews.They came out the first time for one month ago because my toilet kept running from time toTime , happening more and more frequently. I was working from home as I advised while booking the appointment. Tech came into my office and advised he was done problem was entirely fixed so I signed and he left and I went back to work. On my break I went to use it and it’s more broken than before. Had to call him back and have him fighting the flusher so the toilet would simply flush. Since then, at least four times the toilet will not flush, the flusher just being so loose you can’t even press it with enough pressure to get a flush. I have to remove the tank and screw with it manually to get it to work again and get the water to stop running.Charged me $231. After looking up the parts specified on the invoice, total close of parts was $12 ish dollars give or take. Meaning they think their labor that had to come out twice and still not completely fox my toilet is worth $219 an hour (wasn’t there longer than 45). Absolutely ridiculous.They have good reviews, that’s why I went with them. Maybe they do excel in other areas , but don’t use them for toilet repair.

We had a great experience and won’t hesitate to use this company again in the future if needed. Chris and Desi did an excellent job detecting and fixing our leak quickly and under the estimated quote.

Clearwater plumbers are great! We had to unexpectedly replace the PRV when moved in to our new house. They worked super hard in first locating the PRV in front of the house. Then replacing it. Alex, Andrew, & Shane are super nice and professional. Happy to use them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone else as well!

Clear Water has been my go to plumbing company for a few years now. They are one of the few trustworthy plumbing companies in my area. They don't fabricate issues to make a quick buck and the work they perform is high quality and reasonably priced. Today David H. stopped by for an annual inspection and water heater flush. One of the perks for joining their club. I was very pleased with how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He walked me through my entire plumbing line and took the time to explain how everything worked. I really appreciate you sharing your expertise David, thanks again.

Called and told them I had a slab leak. I wanted an estimate. This wasn't a service call for a stopped up drain. This job would have been $10k at the very, very least but they wanted $42.00 to come bid it? Who in their right mind would pay that? If they're going to nickel and dime a potential client at the outset I certainly don't want to work with them.PS - I have taken bids from several companies and none of them have charged me anything. The lowest bid so far is $28.5k. Your loss.

Gary A came out to our house today to unclog the main sewer drain. Of course you never want to call a plumber but after being put off for 2 days by another company we called Clearwater and I am SO glad that we did. First off we were constantly kept updated on when the Tech would be out and my husband even commented on how nice the ladies in the office were that answered our call. Gary came out the next morning and It was such a great experience. The price was super reasonable and no unexpected fees. Gary was extremely nice and very clear on exactly what was wrong. We have used ClearWater Plumbers for years now, at two different homes and they have always been easy to schedule with quick appointment times. The work is always quality and it gets the job done. We had a gas leak during last years crazy winter storm and their team was able to almost immediately figure out how to get it taken care of and have our heat back on. Nate in particular has been to our home multiple times. He is friendly and professional and clearly knows what he is doing. I called to preemptively replace a hot water heater that was getting close to its last days. I was able to schedule a non-emergency appointment in less than a week. The tech, Potter was exceptional. He was fast, helped me understand what was involved with the installation and gave me options! After a few hours the water hadn’t gotten hot again. I called the office and Potter was back out to check on the heater yet that evening (5pm on a Friday!). He was able to determine that the internal thermostat wasn’t working and quickly replaced it. I was so thankful he was able to come back same day. Very please with the service all around.

I had a water heater replaced by Jakeob and Logan. They showed up on time and had the old one out and new one in along with answering all my questions in two and half hours. They did a great job and cleaned up everything around the site. I will gladly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Heard from 3 different people they are on time, do great work, are reasonably priced and, their Google reviews are exceptional. My appointment window was 12 to 2. At 2:15 having not heard anything I called to see if maybe there was a problem. Lexi, (whom was polite and professional), told me their guy was cleaning up at the appointment in front of me. At 3:15 I initiated contact again to see about an ETA. Lexi (again professional), called their guy and called me back saying 45 minutes to an hour, I then canceled. Jobs don't always go right or run long so I get it. Had THEY called me at any time saying they where going to be late I could have worked around it and taken care of something else in the meantime but instead I sat and waited and wasted half a day. It was a small job outside that I needed done that may have possibly played a part in my lack of experience with them but if it went well I was going to use them for my water heater that's about to stop working. Maybe it was just an unfortunate experience for me. If you use them I hope it goes better for you.

I highly recommend Clear Water Plumbing for plumbing repairs. Chris came out and after running the routine checks explained everything I would need. We were able to call the water heater company and found out both the parts were under warranty and they could only be ordered through them. Since we had to wait on parts I called Clean Water to reschedule and Chris came back out. His level of professionalism and expertise are exceptional. He is a great asset to this company. Had Clearwater come to remove and install Roman tub faucet in master bath. Chrispy and Victor were excellent. Very informative, worked the problem, and did a solid job. They were professional and trustworthy as they communicated the process. Have used Clearwater several times before and although they are pricey I will go back to them again in the future because of the work they do.

I am pleased that I came across ClearWater Plumbers. After reaching out to another plumbing service that was not responsive, ClearWater immediately returned my call and was able to schedule an appointment the same week. Victor and Chris, arrived at the time scheduled (and called to let me know there ETA). Work and repair was needed on an outside faucet. Victor did an evaluation and provided me with two options and an estimate. Given they were dealing with an older home and plumbing, they thought outside the box and were true problem solvers. Crispy & Shane arrived first thing in the morning to troubleshoot my motion sensor kitchen faucet. They easily solved the problem with the solenoid piece and I was good to go on to work. So lucky to have a great plumber in the neighborhood!I joined the Otter Club!

Everyone at ClearWater Plumbers provided excellent service. The receptionist Brook was very thorough when setting the appointment. A small leak under the master bath sink had been detected by an inspector and a prompt repair was necessary as a condition of the sale of the Condo. Brook scheduled an appointment for the very day that I called. I was out of town at the time and she took down all of the numbers for the Condo Manager, the Realtor, etc. Trey and Greg were prompt with coming to the Condo, analyzed the situation, called me for approval to proceed and promptly sent me the invoice. As I was out of town and in a meeting, I called the office after 5pm to leave a message about making the payment. Even after hours, they returned my call and I was able to pay and receive via email a documented and paid invoice for my Realtor to present to the Buyer.

This was my first time using ClearWater at the recommendation of my brother-in-law. I got lucky admittedly and they were able to get out here really quickly, my toilet was leaking and the two gentleman that came Chris and Zack were very nice, very professional they came wearing masks I didn't even have to worry about asking about that since I am an older person. Clear Water Plumbers replaced a double check valve on our sprinkler system this week. They were punctual and polite. They were very reasonable on the price of this repair. We live in a 1954 house with cast-iron plumbing that is starting to fail. While most of it has been replaced, Clearwater was able to identify the last area that is causing us sewer issues. Yesterday the system started to back up and Clearwater worked all day to find a crew to send out. By late afternoon Gary and Desirea arrived and quickly resolved the issue. I can not thank the Clearwater team enough for all of their help and quick responses. We look forward to them repairing and replacing the last of our issues once and for all.

We used clearwater to find a leak under our driveway and replace the old broken pipe. The office staff were excellent at communicating everything with us and keeping us update. The techs were so friendly, on time, professional and very knowledgeable. They did an awesome job replacing the line with no damage to our driveway and minimal disturbance to our new sod. Will definitely use them again for any future problems. I felt confident I could trust them to suggest and make the appropriate repairs.

Unfortunately I had to use Clearwater Plumbers twice this week. Trey and Chris came out to unclog a drain. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Two days later my hot water heater cracked. This time Victor and Chis came out. They had my hot water heater changed out in a couple of hours. Great service and professionalism. They kept me informed on the progress the whole way. I had a quote from another plumbing company and Clearwater was about $300 cheaper. I highly recommend Clearwater.

Nick did a great job. Down to the point of obtaining a part to “do it right, not just a patch”. Then came in on his day off to finish the job. Last night I discovered my whole front yard was standing in water. By 9:00 AM the city had arrived to shut off the meter at the street and by 2:00 PM David H of ClearWater Plumbing had completed the repair for a surprisingly reasonable fee. I have used ClearWater Plumbers on a few occasions. They have been fair and honest every time. The first time we called they told us what the problem likely was over the phone and my husband was able to fix it easily saving us an unneeded expense of them coming out to do it. My latest experience was amazing and it was because of Brian and Alex. They showed up on time with mask and shoe covers. They wore the mask the entire time (several hours). Brian told me all the details of prices and what diagnostics he would do to fix a plumbing leak before beginning. He spent a couple hours making sure the leak was fixed, he didn’t just assume it was fixed and leave. I also was about to get a new built in refrigerator. The water ruined my last one in a years time. Brian came up with a solution of a reverse osmosis system. He installed it making sure no one would see any trace of the line that needed to be run across the kitchen. They cleaned up everything before leaving. They answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I’m so impressed and thankful.

So I thought … but once the 2 Clearwater Techs Victor & Matt arrived, they tested my pressure and explained some great facts about city water pressure. They helped me get down to real issue, turned out to be just a homeowner user error. They were very polite and considerate. They even helped me set up my new sprinkler to ensure I could see the pressure. I will definitely be choosing them again if I have any future plumbing issues.

Shane and Austin of ClearWater did an outstanding job on our hot water heater project. It was a very complicated job due to some unique aspects of our 90 year old home. Yet, they came through with high quality work and a very successful job.

Clear Water Plumbers were fast and very professional. We called on a Tuesday morning and they were out later that afternoon. They fixed our issues quickly and the price was very reasonable. We came home from vacation to find soaked floors throughout the house. Clearwater was able to get 2 technicians out the same day, while other companies said it would take 2-3 days. Trey and Gary arrived right on time, quickly zeroed in on where the problem was, and provided the cost to access the pipe. Within 15 minutes, we could see where the pipe had been punctured by a finishing nail.They had the pipe replaced and our water back on in under an hour, leaving no mess and only removing a tiny portion of drywall to access the pipe. Costs to be incurred at each step were transparent and fair throughout the process.Would definitely recommend!

I have used ClearWater Plumbers on 4 separate occasions for various reasons. Most recently we had a pipe burst in the attic due to the freeze that flooded our entire house. Devin, Jakeob, and Jack worked on our house for 5 days total repairing an extremely damaged exterior plumbing system. We called them at 11:00am on a Saturday and they were at our house assessing the issue by 1:00pm the same day. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest in their business practice. They took their time and ensured the job was done professionally. Along with being reliable and trustworthy, they took great care of our property and were straightforward in their estimates. By far the best plumbing experience I ever had. It is not even close. I had a serious slab leak and was unable to make progress with 2 prior plumbers. I received an upfront quote on a reroute around the problem that didn't require jack hammering through the interior slab. Chris and Devin knocked it out of the park and on price. Very professional, on time and they listen to your needs and explain things so well. My repair required wall access and that can be scary for a homeowner but Chris made efficient, perfect cutouts and my painter complimented them saying they were clean, perfect and he can make it look like it never happened. I cannot recommend Clearwater Plumbers enough. Thank you!

I had a gas leak within the walls and needed emergency repair. I contacted Clearwater and they were able to come out to do and estimate and make the necessary repair within 2 days.The two plumbers that assisted were knowledgeable, friendly and fair on price.I’m very happy with the job they did and will definitely use them for any other plumbing needs I may have.

Clearwater has done a few jobs for me - always on time and always do a good job. This time I needed quite a few items taken care of: a new water softener, an instant hot water heater for a shower that was slow to warm up, a new reverse osmosis system for the kitchen sink with the hot and cold water spigots, and lastly new plumbing fixtures in all our toilets. Bryan and Nick did a superb job. They arrived on time, and carefully did each item well. I love how they made my reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink disaster proof. My old one (installed my Oliver's Pure water - NEVER use them) leaked an caused a fair amount of under the cabinet damage. Clearwater installed an automatic shut-off valve and an alarm so that will never happen again. The new plumbing fixtures in the toilets rid our house of pipe noises. As a courtesy, they drained our water heaters for us. I also signed up for them to refill the water softener 4 times a year which will really save my back from lugging those heavy bags from the store and lifting them to fill the softener. Bryan and Nick were very pleasant, kept clean work areas, wore the shoe booties on the carpeted area and did their work efficiently and well. I would rate them A+ and recommend using Clearwater without reservation.

I was raised in New York by a Master Plumber and when I relocated to Texas a few years ago, I was worried that I wouldn't find anyone that could compare to my own family and boy, was I WRONG! Brian Kohutek and his team are a valuable resource that I will trust ALL my plumbing needs with! Not only was Brian patient and respected my need to run his estimates by my father, but he then took the time to explain how and why certain things are done differently in this part of the country due to different soil conditions, City ordinances, etc! We noticed that our water heater was leaking into the pan. We called Clearwater due to neighborhood reviews. We were very pleased with our service. Everyone was friendly from the initial call until the end. My technician was timely and very informative. He helped us identify other things in our house to prevent future plumbing issues. David even offered to speak on the phone with the city water department to ensure they understood our problem. Great company. I had a water heater that needed to be replace quickly. JR and Edward showed up at 8:30am, walked me through what needed to be done & why, and took care of it within a couple of hours. My Plumber today, Chris, was skilled, punctual, kind, respectful, professional, and informative. I have to have plumbing services on main line each and every year during holiday season due to roots. Edward and Chris did an excellent job locating and fixing the leak in my kitchen. They were professional, courteous, and polite. Most companies come to your house and either try to sell you something or convince you need to pay for expensive repairs or upgrades. Edward and Chris were just real. I didn't feel as they were trying to rip me off like most companies. It was for this reason I inquired about a preventative maintenance plan and was thrilled to learn they do have a three year plan for a low cost. they come out once a year and check all of your plumbing to ensure everything looks good. I also get discounts should a plumbing emergency arise. Super happy with Edward and Chris and will ask for these two in the future. Great job guys!

Brian and Patrick came out today to install a soft water loop and plumb in a softener/filter system. They did an outstanding job. They paid a lot of attention to detail in making sure the lines were nice and straight so I now have a showpiece install in my garage that is a joy to look at. They showed up when they said they would, called ahead, and were the nicest/knowledgeable plumbers I've ever run into. I will definitely be calling them again for my next project or issue. I cannot recommend them enough.

Evan and Edward are AWESOME! Called them needing a plumber for a water leak @ my meter that the city of White Settlement said was leaking from my side of the meter. Evan & Edward showed up about 1 1/2 hours after my call checked it out gave me my best case scenario to my worst case. Crossed my fingers and told them to go for my best case. After about 30 minutes they found that the leak was on the city side of the meter. So instantly I was relieved because the city drug their feet for 3 days before they came out to check the leak and to tell me that it was my problem.. Evan called the city water department out to show them it was in fact not my,problem but theirs. Evan and Edward did a GREAT JOB! I still got a $484. Bill but I can assure you that the city will be receiving a visit to reimburse me for their incompetence. Thank you so much Evan & Edward & Clearwater for your prompt & Honest Service! I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone needing a reputable Plumbers!!

Pricing is hidden. Dispatch doesn't give you an idea of cost, pricing from plumber was way too high, so I paid $42 to waste their time and my money. I am giving two stars because the plumbers were professional.Reply: Agree, dispatch did tell me the licensed plumber would have to give pricing. I took a chance, never believing the pricing would have been so unreasonable. Really seems like it be in both our best interest, I wasted $42 dollars, and you had two guys waste their time.I think most reasonable customers understand that circumstances can change pricing, but if I would have known how much it was going to costs me to auger a toilet or perform a smoke test, I would have never asked you out, and I would still have $42 dollars in my pocket.The customer follow up was in no way an attempt to right a wrong, it is your typical process, in addition, I had just been taken advantage of. I do not appreciate the characterization of this.Want transparency, the smoke test was quoted at $375, I would urge folks to look up what is involved, half hour and a $5 dollar smoke bomb. More transparency, clogged toilet quoted at $175, Damn near buy a new toilet for that! I rented an auger at the rental store for $9 and had it unclogged in less than 15 minutes. What value did ClearWater provide?

I called due to a leak in my sprinkler system. I told them the only time my meter shows a leak the main to the sprinkler system is on. I showed the spot where there was water near the valve. They said they had to check the house pressure when the sprinkler system on and off to make sure the leak was not the house. After verifying the leak was not in the house they told me they do not do sprinkler systems and did not want to tear up my yard and charged me $125 to check the water pressure on my house.

We called about a clogged drain, they gave us a two hour window and showed up within the first 20 minutes. Nick and Matt were professional, wore shoe covers, sweet to my kids, got the job done in less than an hour and also gave us some helpful tips for other areas of our house. We have used Clearwater before and are still impressed. We will always use them! Thanks for the quality, well-informed, fast and professional work.

Update: I no longer recommend ClearWater Plumbers. After we called them out the last time for water backing up into our tub and toilet, I was incredibly frustrated with their service, recommendations and cost to clear a clog that turned out to be the beginning of roots blocking my line. When the plumber first arrived, he couldn't find the main clean out and gave up rather quickly. It turns out after he left and we looked for it, it was right in our front yard next to the sidewalk. I was charged over $400 just to remove the toilet, run an auger to clear the clog and run a camera that took at most an hour. After that was done and he discovered the roots with the camera, I was not given the option to try destroying the roots with an auger, or any other affordable solutions. Instead the plumber immediately jumped to recommending changing out our entire main line to pvc for a whopping $7k. The roots were not severe, and barely were beginning to creep in to our main line. After my own research, i realized there are definitely other options to try first before changing out your entire main line. When we were hesitant and not immediately agreeing to the absurd recommendation, he began going lower in his quote to try to get us to schedule that day. From that experience, we felt they took advantage of our desperate situation to try and make as much money as possible. The plumber was nice enough and respectful, but did try to push us on a extremely expensive solutions. Not to mention the cost to clear the clog would have been cheaper if he had located the main line. After this experience, i no longer trust this company to not take advantage of its customers and charge exorbitant prices for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend you go with someone else because if it comes down to needing them for a job you may be desperate on, they will take advantage of you.*** Old review***I was recommended Clearwater by my realtor. Customer service was nice and efficient and Zach came out to give me a quote. He came back the next day to fix a leak in my 1940s house under my toilet. They replaced old cast iron and lead pipe from the ground up and put in a new toilet. My favorite thing about him and his partner that did the work was how clean they were. They put booties on and laid down a tarp as not to track dirt from the crawlspace on my rug as the access was in my bedroom closet. Zach also invited me to look at their work under the crawlspace and took the time to explain any questions I had about the work he did or potential work I needed done. They were kind, patient and professional, and I definitely will be calling them out for any plumbing work in the future!

The technicians were EARLY!! The last plumbing company I scheduled didn’t even bother to show up, so I was pretty pleased to receive a call that Clearwater was on the way. They were friendly, gave me options on what could be done with my toilet, and started the work right away. I will definitely recommend them and use them again!

They are very reasonably priced. Had three quotes from different companies, on installing a gas line for cooktop. Chose Clearwater based on reviews (they were priced in the middle, but fair) Very courteous and great customer service. Cory and Daniel came out to do the install and were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I’d recommend them and may have them out before too long to update my water heater!

Chris and Edward came to our home today for a repair of a hot water leak. They quickly identified the source and gave us options regarding the repair. Their behavior was completely professional and friendly. The costs were carefully reviewed and explained, and they take credit cards for payment They will be our plumbers forever.

Brian and his team were very friendly and got everything done in a timely manner. They kept us updated throughout the whole process. Told us what would take longer than expected but got it done quick. We did run into an issue on Saturday but Brian took the time to come out and fix all that was left unattended. I would definitely recommend Brian and his team. Unfortunately his front desk is a different story. Which is why I am giving 4 stars.I will have to complain about his front desk receptionist. Amy? I believe. She did not have customer service skills at all. She hung up on my husband after he told her he didn’t appreciate the way she was talking with us. Stated “oh so you heard the recorded phone call.” When I told my husband she was talking to me like I was incapable of listening. Told me multiple times “Brian doesn’t work weekends” but once she finally took the time to get ahold of him he came right out. She was just downright rude, with terrible customer service.

Had a plumbing issue that flooded our downstairs. Called Clearwater Plumbers and Evan was not only able to make it out the day I called, he was there at the very beginning of the time window I was given. Let me start off by saying these guys are awesome! I bought a DR Horton house a few years ago and never used the gas fireplace. When the inspectors came out, when we went to sell it, we were told that we needed to fix the fireplace because it had no gas flow. DR Horton refused to fix it because the warranty expired. I called Clearwater up and they were able to come out within a few hours. Jeremy was the plumber that came and he was very polite. He was able to fix it quickly and you could tell right off that he knew what he was doing. The price was also very affordable. I couldn't be happier and I'm so glad that I called them! I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs at our new house.

We had a garbage disposal go out and called Clearwater because of all their positive reviews. The dispatcher was very professional, providing a clear understanding of what was involved, how much the trip call would be if we didn't use them to do the work (Only $26), and had the plumber out the same day within hours.Nick Olivas was the person who arrived on time. He also was very professional, friendly, and helpful explaining what was going on. He gave me two options, told me the pros and the cons, and then exerted no pressure regarding which option to go with. Just had a pretty good experience with Shane and Omar at Clearwater Plumbers. I know replacing a garbage disposal is not the hardest thing to do, I have done it in the past. Time was against me, so I Googled several places and got to Clearwater on Google. Well out of 74 reviews they have a 4.8 rating out of 5. Thats impressive. So I called... Their pricing was higher than a couple other places I called, but sometimes you pay for what you get. I bit the bullet and paid the higher price. They did a good job, were a pleasure to have around while they replaced/installed the new disposal. They were also very nice to our dogs and our little man. I would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

I received the worse news anyone could get that the plumbing in my house was broken. Finding a plumbing company that will do a good job is difficult enough not to mention expensive. My daughter did her search on the web and came up with Clearwater. It was the only name she gave me because of the reviews. I can only tell you that they took great care of me and my plumbing. The guys Jeremy, Omar, Anthony and Zach were great and they answered and kept answering and going over everything with me. You see I was going to pay a lot of money to get it all fixed and I wanted to make sure I was going to get what I was paying for and I understood what they were going to do. They were great and I have them in my phone now. I will use them again if I have any other plumbing needs. I totally recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing needs. They were great. As to the crew that worked in my house they were respectful, funny, hard working and trustworthy. Thank you to them for taking such good care of me.

We have used Clearwater a couple of times now. Our most recent need was to repair the fireplace gas valve in our wall. JR came to our house. He was on time and extremely professional. He fixed the valve in a short amount of time. He showed us that the contractor who installed the fireplace did not use the proper gas pipe, and replaced it with the correct pipe. The sheetrock that JR cut was a perfect rectangle, and I was able to use it to to repair the wall. I was impressed he took the time and care on the sheetrock to make my repair easy. We have been more than pleased on each occasion with Clearwater. They are our plumber of choice! Excellent job JR!

We found Edward and Chris to be honest, knowledgeable and very efficient when they came to our home for what we assumed would be a hot water heater replacement. Our water heater was 10 years old and they easily could have told us the leak in our water heater was because it needed replacing. Instead, they informed us that the problem was a leak in a water line and our water heater was still fine. When the time comes to replace our water heater, or when any other plumbing need arises, ClearWater Plumbers will be the first and only one we will call.

Nick and Matt were my technicians. They were extremely helpful in brainstorming how to solve my severe rain water flooding from the uphill neighbors and a decaying retaining wall. Nick and Matt were also able to provide a more economic solution to cleaning out the house drain. I recently purchased a house in the country and wasn't familiar with the well system and water softener on the property. I called several plumbers out . Clearwater was by far the most efficient, knowledgeable and professional group I met with. Shane Dowdy (service tech) took the time to give me a thorough explanation of how the systems function and offered several options to resolve our problem (sulfur odor from hot water heater). Although I declined the service... The company followed up the same day to check on our experience. I offered to pay the company for the service call, to no avail. I can say that Clearwater is a very professional and honest service provider and would be comfortable referring my own family to them in the future. Great work Shane!

I have used these guys several times for my plumbing issues. I’ve had some repairs that needed to be done plus some other things. They were very straightforward with me. The dispatcher scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me, then the plumbers (Paul and Roberto) gave me a 30 minute notice they were on the way. Paul examined and explained the cause and solution to our problem and also the potential problems that could occur during the fix. I had a water pipe that was broken and had a fast deadline to get it repaired. Mr. Corey came out and gave me an honest estimate and different options regarding that repair. I have been very pleased with Clearwater plumbers. They fixed a slab leak for us awhile ago and did a fantastic job. Recently we had a broken pipe in our yard which was leaking a lot of water. We called on them again and in a very short time a new line was put in. The process is always very easy. We highly recommend.

Nick and Chris P. arrived within an hour and scoped the pipe with a camera, and showed me the grease clog to confirm the problem. These guys were fantastic. Best plumbers I’ve ever used. They came on a Sunday and worked all day (until 9:00) fixing a pretty bad issue at my house. Instead of up charging me, they worked to find a way to do it for less expensive and ended up saving me a lot of money. Very rare to find that.The best part was even though they had to dig up our flower bed to make the repair, they went to Home Depot and bought mulch and fixed it to where it looked like new. Without giving too much detail, trust me, just figuring out the issues that were at play was no easy task (long story). I was in the process of selling a rehabbed house when the buyer's inspection revealed a water leak. I called multiple (4-6) plumbers on a Friday afternoon and received two callbacks. We had an end of day problem with a water heater in a rental property. At first call they were booked, but the office called me back a few minutes later with an technician ready to head out to fix the problem. Technician was friendly and helpful. We will use them again in the future.Update: How a company handles problems shows their true colors. The water heater was not working as expected, and the technician went out and made adjustments to correct the problem.What I especially like about this company is that they understand my need for communication as the landlord. They kept me in the loop at every step of the way, which was so appreciated.

These guys have taken very good care of me. I've used for multiple domestic jobs, including some really big remodel work. Professional, reasonably priced, responsive, and accommodating to my specific needs. And have come out later to fix stuff that frankly, I can't really prove was even their fault. Old school take-care-of-the-customer philosophy.I'm sure there are other good plumber companies out there too, but I can't imagine anyone being better. Do Not Trust This Company! I requested a tech come out to give me an estimate a few months ago on a broken pipe and a cracked pipe that was damaged in the freeze. They told me there would be a trip fee of $25. I agreed. When the tech sent me an estimate for replacing all of my plumbing at $23,000.00 I was shocked! That is not what I asked for so obviously I declined the service and took the $25 loss. I get a call from a manager or owner since I declined the service. He apologizes for the inflated estimate for work I didn't want and explains he will use it in his training the next day and refund the trip fee by check in the mail. I thank him. I am still waiting on that check 3 months later. Everyone at that company is full of BS and Lies. I wrote off the money, no big deal, but I will not forget their lack of integrity. I suggest you steer clear.

ClearWater Plumber Jeremy, arrived earlier than anticipated was very polite and went right to work. After a few minutes he verified the problem and went about ordering a new Electric hot water on demand system, not only did he replace the system but he enhanced it and improved it. I'm not going to tell you it was cheap, but it was a much better system and installed much safer than before. Plus he added a catch all with a drain so it wont leak through the ceiling again. I couldn't have asked for better service.

First of all my hats off to the owners of this great company because your employees reflect how they are treated from management. Wow, what an incredible experience! Who would ever even get to say such a thing about plumbers?!?!? I’ve had several trades in my home this past few weeks (painters, carpet, tile, electricians, and now plumbers). Without question, the CLEARWATER PLUMBERS were THE BEST by a country mile! Two gentlemen showed up, on time, clean-cut, tools in hand, stocked service van; wearing masks and booties. They explained everything to me without fear or pressure and gave me an up-front cost to do the work. They cleaned up after themselves, thanked me for the business and drove away. Within 20 minutes of them leaving, I get a phone call from their office asking me if everything was done to my satisfaction. Wow! No one is this good anymore! No one! Great job Clearwater Plumbers! I will never call another plumber to my home, as long as there’s Clearwater Plumbers! (For the record, I’ve used them before over the years and have always had a good experience, but this one was especially good!)

I never review but feel compelled to do so. After purchasing a country home I decided to replace the hot water heater. I purchased everything I needed but the sweated on gate vales would not close all the way and leaked when turned. Murphy’s Law I got busy with my work so I gave up for the day. The next day my wife informed me the well failed to pump so I called Clearwater for help. They arrived on time and gave us two reasonable quotes. One to replace the valves with ball valves and one to install my water heater and to replace the aging pressure tank, valves & the oddly ran lines around my tank with PEX. I chose the latter. Two additional trucks came, one with my new equipment and one with a well pump specialist. They all rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They finished what I considered a large job the same day. I can’t say enough good things about this company, the quality workmanship and the professionalism of the plumbers.

I was looking for a plumber to fix a lot of issues around the house. I called and talked to Victor of Clearwater and was told that many of my problems were most likely due to our hard well water, and that they would come test it out for free. I thought that was awesome. They came by, and installed a top of the line water softener system, and a reverse osmosis drinking water system for my kitchen sink (we quit having to pay for Ozarka water delivered to the house).The great thing now is our toilets and fixtures are staying shiny and clean way longer, and the water softener system extended the life of the parts inside the fixtures. On top of all that, i don't see water deposits on the outside finishes. I can honestly say, everything was well worth it.I also requested for a few toilets to be fixed and the water heater elements changed and drained. Two plumbers came to my house and another came to drop off the equipment. The plumbers and customer service staff treated me well, answered all my questions and completed all the jobs fast and efficiently. Most importantly, I was treated with amazing service.

During this crazy weather and over 30 hours of no power, an uninsulated pipe in an exterior wall froze and burst causing flooding through my downstairs. I was desperate to get someone out to help. After calling a big name plumbing company, who told me it would be two weeks before they could even come out, I called ClearWater. They came out next day and were even earlier than the time I was given. They did everything they could and fixed the pipe in no time! I couldn’t be more happy/grateful that during this epic Texas snow storm they came out and helped me!

Right before a dinner party, I discovered my disposal wasn't working. Within three hours -- that's fast for a Saturday afternoon! -- Evan had come and gone, and my disposal was working again. After Evan couldn't get the disposal to work, after he'd hit the reset button, he and I both thought I needed a new disposal. That's not inexpensive. I did the math and told him I'd come out ahead if I paid for an additional service call with my home warranty company and let them fix it.Evan was not deterred from telling me my options with Clearwater. He could have just said, Thank you. That will be $42. But he didn't. Instead, he took the time to explain my options as far as different disposals and their associated costs. In doing so, he looked once again beneath the sink where he discovered that -- lo and behold -- the disposal was unplugged!It was a simple fix (obviously), but Evan's professionalism in explaining my options resulted in his looking one more time beneath the sink, where he discovered what the REAL problem had been. By his doing so, he saved me a $75 additional service-call fee from my home warranty company. Seeing as how both my father and I had been noodling around beneath the sink and had never noticed that the disposal was unplugged, I'm pretty happy that I'm out only $42. It could have been a lot worse and for no real reason at all.

Victor and David were fantastic!! Very polite and professional. They installed my water heaters in less than 4 hours and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely use them again.

Not happy at all. Although they were quick to answer the phone and quick to come out, once the service tech analyzed the problem (needed new sink faucet) the tech told me that if I signed up with their service for $99 a year I would be eligible for a discounted price of $650. Yes, you read that right,$650 to replace the kitchen sink faucet! He claims that this was the price Clearwater had set and that it was a reasonable price. I finally had to ask him to just leave and had to call someone else. The next company who came out replaced the faucet for $240 with parts! Needless to say, I will never call this company again. In my opinion, they were trying to take advantage of someone in need.

Amazing experience! Brian K was very informative and personable. He called before he came and arrived when expected. He was very upfront on all repair options and did not try and steer me to the high priced option. He fixed what needed to be fixed very quickly and answered all of my questions. I will always call these guys first from now on.

I’m going to start by saying that Clearwater Plumbers are amazing. I’m a property manager and will only use Clearwater, they are courteous, professional, fast and get the job done. One on my properties had an issue with the toilet not flushing, I called in the morning and Clearwater called my tenant to schedule a service call that afternoon. And as they promised, Nicholas the technician was there on time. After inspecting the problem and clearing the blockage, Nicholas explained that the problem is actually coming from the city sewer and I should call the city. I had called Clear water after having a different plumbing service come out, and I wish I had found them first. Evan and Silver were nothing but professional. They explained the situation, gave me very good price quotes. SIGNIFICANTLY less the the first plumber (who drilled a whole in my line and left, everything floating through my yard for my kids) . They always called when on their way, and handled everything with a heart. These guys aren't just out to take your money, they treated me as though they would their wife and children. Making sure it was done correctly and the same issues would not be recurring. We had no working bathrooms for 7 day's and these guys got me fixed up in two.

We called Clearwater to get advise and help with our fireplace starter. Jeremy spoke with us over the phone, listened to what we wanted to do and brainstormed with us on what might work. My water main burst in my front yard late one evening. I called ClearWater when they opened. I was told that I didn’t need to be present for the estimate and repair, so I was able to continue my day at work. By 10:30, Evan was at my house. Within minutes he provided me an estimate that was significantly cheaper than the other estimate I had received. The work was completed in a couple of hours. Evan was very thorough in his description of the problem and the solution! He also provided me several options for other services. Evan took before and after pictures of the repair area which I appreciated very much! I was very happy with ClearWater’s service and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs plumbing service!

So, I called this place few weeks ago. I asked if they were familiar with my toilet system. They asked around their office and said they were. When the plumber showed up he said I need to replace some items and the initial number was like 400 dollars. Then immediately recommended I replace the whole toilet. Then comes back a few minutes later and says he recommends replacing all five of my toilets (like 4K in cost). Kept saying he wasn’t up selling just recommending. It was weird so I called the manufacturer of my toilet system and they were like you have 10 yr warranty and we will mail you the parts it’s pretty easy to fix. It took me 10 minutes to fix it with no cost. I called their manager to complain and never heard a response. Thus my complaint.

Had a water leak in one of my showers that caused me to shut off the main water line. Received a quote from another company that seemed slightly overpriced. Called Clearwater, they assessed the situation and gave me options the other company didn’t even offer at a cost of 1/3 less than the latter. Due to timing, they even offered a temporary fix to get me through the weekend. Monday comes and by noon my plumbing is back to an even better state that before. If in the future I need any additional service, I will be sure to have them do the work without question.

Brian & Daniel saved the day! I had called another plumbing company and they had recommended and priced some extensive work to fix my toilet/tub issue. On the recommendation of a co-worker and many others via message boards, I called ClearWater to have them look at it before I paid a lot of money to the other company. Brian and Daniel showed up and were not only very courteous and dog-friendly but ended up working out the issue in about 15 minutes. In turns out the backup the other company assumed was there had cleared itself out. Brian & Daniel figured it out by doing a little extra due diligence and work on the front end that saved my family a lot of money. On top of all that, they were able to swiftly fix an issue we had with a wax ring in our master in no time and give me some very knowledgeable diagnostics regarding my house. I cannot recommend them enough!

Just a great company. I had another company lined up to do some work and they stood me up. I accidentally called Clearwater trying to track down the original company and Clearwater said call back if you can't reach them we have some opening this afternoon. Well needless to say I called them back and they were able to c o me out that same day. The technician they sent was professional friendly and finished the work up quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend them.

Daniel came to my home and I showed him my problem. Where my faucet was leaking. By the time I got my shoes on and headed back out side he was headed back in to tell me my options to temporarily fix the problem to fix it. I like how he gave me options and even told me up front the cost if he had to go in the wall. He got the job done quickly. They over charged me once, then tried to do it again. Get another quote before using this company. In response to your reply. The repair man was friendly, it was only after he left and I received another quote that I realized how much Clearwater was overcharging. Also I did voice my displeasure over the phone with you soon after your visit . Whoever I talked to was more interested in arguing with me than anything else. I left this review so people will see they need to get another quote before agreeing to hiring your company. Also don't get the Otter Club membership, it wasn't worth it my opinion

We've used Clearwater for all of our plumbing needs. They are very quick to respond and do a great job on the repair and clean up. I've used them for both small and large projects and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician, J.R., was prompt and quickly repaired a component inside the shower knob to restore appropriate hot and cold water. He had to drive a bit to find a store open the day following Thanksgiving. I am always a little surprised at the charges, over $400 for that relatively brief visit, but I did have a $50 gift card from Clearwater. In July, charges for rinsing 2 Rinnai water heaters was > $200 each. Oh well. The service was excellent and I will continue to use Clearwater plumbing.

Just completed plumbing service by Jeremy and Anthony. ClearWater Plumbing returned my call promptly to schedule the service visit. Techs called about 30 minutes before arriving at scheduled time. They were personable, professional and very competent. Jeremy promptly analysized my needs and provided an estimate of the cost for repairs. The guys wore booties in the house and were careful to go the extra mile to leave everything in as good a shape as they found it, or better, when they finished. We are very pleased with the service. For a couple of old retirees, my wife said it all when she said after Jeremy and Anthony left, “You know, I would feel safe with those guys if I were here alone and needed plumbing services.”

Great service! We needed a plumber to come out for our hot water. They came out within the hour and knew immediately what the issue was. It had been raining out so they wore shoe covers so not to get our floors dirty. They promptly fixed the issue and even looked at a shower faucet for us that we had been having issues with. They were very friendly and we will definitely use them again!

Maybe their work is good but didn't get that far. I got 3 estimates from 3 master plumbers. These guys told me it would be over $7600 because they had to tunnel under my house to fix the problem..(they could somehow tell this from their camera that stopped working within 10 seconds while I was standing there). My new go to plumber looked at the problem and said all that needed to be done was replace the wasteline from the house to the tank and charged $800 to do it. He said even if there was another problem digging under the house was definitely not the place to start. Will never call these guys again.

Excellent experience with Clearwater. Both their phone staff and technicians I met were very prompt and professional. Brian installed a water softener and whole house filter in our new home. Very happy with the service.

I had a gas leak and they did a great job fixing it. Very professional, they even noticed a potential problem with my air conditioner and checked it out for me. They fixed that problem too, and saved me a lot of time and hassle later dealing with what could have been a much larger problem. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.

The lady that answered the phone was very nice. I had one simple question. I have the toilets, what do you charge to install. Couldn't answer without having a technician come out. My sister called asking for a price to install a water softener, which she had on location. Couldn't answer that question either. Because two simple questions couldn't be answered, Clearwater lost two potential customers.

I'm not a big review guy, but I had to take the time to recognize JR's above and beyond customer service and top quality workmanship. James from Clearwater did an awesome job on our outside tap. It was a difficult job and he completed the job timely and efficiently. Clearwater does provide with a 3 year warranty on their workmanship which can come handy.

Had a leak in my main water supply line. I was pretty sure where the leak was, but when I called Clearwater they said that the entire line would have to be replaced. I asked if they couldn't just find the leak and fix it, and they said no. They quoted me a price between $6,000 and $10,000 for the new line, depending on what method they used. Ouch! To their credit, they didn't charge me for the estimate. I hired my neighborhood handyman to dig up the pipe and locate the leak. Four hours and $80 later, he had excavated and located the leak. I called another plumber and they sent a truck right out, and they repaired the leak for $175. Total price for repair: $255. The lesson: Don't trust these guys. They will try to sell you services you don't need. Companies like these give plumbers a bad name.

Hard to believe how good this was...I am used service folks in general being late, over selling their solutions, and charging an extra price for every little thing.Paul, who met me just as I rolled up, was the exact opposite. He showed me what the issue was (an outside faucet leak), the various ways of fixing it, the cost of fixing it, and actually showed me several different choices of faucets to reinstall. Then when it was all done, he thoroughly tested everything. Not just this faucet, but all around.I casually mentioned that it was a rent house, and when we bought it, the water pressure was high. He said let's take a look. Next thing I know he measured the pressure, told me the possible issues, and then gave me the same menu of choices. NO high pressure. NO fear of the world ending. Just a balanced look at what options I might have.This is when he mentioned that if I signed up for a service plan, the expense would be discounted by more than the cost of the service plan, so it was essentially free. I am not used to plans like this.Best Buy always makes me mad when that Big Screen TV is so great, UNTIL I get to the checkout, where they try and scare me into thinking it will break as soon as I get home. Not Paul. He never mentioned the service plan, until it would save me money (sorry Paul, if this gets you into trouble!)I figured it was going to be another week until we could take care of it, since it was several hours of work, but surprise.... Nope. Paul fixed it right then and there. Saved me two trips, and a tank of gas.If this sounds too good to be true, it sadly is more of a commentary on how many other companies take us, the customer, for granted.Clearwater Plumbers has got my business for a long time to come!WhichPS I won't mention the book reviews I got from Paul as he worked as y'all might think I am related to the company some how (but it did happen LOL )

Our hot water heater was 19 years old and dying a slow and painful death. We went from having hot water to water that was no better than luke warm in about a 2 week period. I was forced to take cold showers in the Army and was not having it. I looked online for a plumber that had a good rating and was lucky to find Clearwater. They earned every bit of their 5 stars.I called in one afternoon and scheduled an appointment for between 3 and 5 pm the next day. Paul, the tech, called me at 305pm to tell me he was on his way and about 20 minutes out. He showed up, was professional, thorough and didn't have a hint of the proverbial plumber's crack. He checked the water heater and our water pressure and gave me three strong options at very reasonable prices. After deciding just to replace the old piece of junk, he told me that he could be back out the next morning to do the job.The only hiccup we had was a call I received from Vic right after Paul left saying that they were booked solid the next day. Unfortunately we were leaving on a Spring Break trip that evening and wouldn't be back. Vic worked some sort of magic and was able to get Paul scheduled for the job the next day as promised.Paul and his apprentice showed up on time the next morning and were in and out in no time. They got me fixed, up to code and the hot water flowing again.I'm sure I could have paid someone a couple of bucks less to do the job but I wouldn't have received the level of service that I did. Clearwater Plumbers is now my go to for all of my plumbing needs. As a matter of fact, I'm going to have them back in a few months to add a water pressure booster to my system so that the hot water can literally just blast the dirt off of my kids.Thanks Paul. Nick and Casey came to do a camera inspection of our sewer. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly, and took plenty of time to teach me about things. They have been a little slow in providing the estimates I asked for, but it was a complex inspection. The company appears to be a well-run outfit.

Brian called in advance to tell me he was coming and he was on time. I showed him my dripping tub faucet which he fixed quickly. He noticed the hot water flow was restricted and flushed the pipe which helped immensely. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked for a bid to repipe the house. He was able to give me a quick estimate and said he would send me an email with more detail. During the appointment, he took time to answer any questions I had. I have to say it was a positive experience.

Loved them. They came out one day to give me an estimate and they came out the very next day to do repairs. I had a slab leak and was terrified I would either have a hole the size of a small car in my wood floors or have numerous holes in the walls and ceilings. They were very assuring they did not want to tear up my house and they didn't. I have three small holes near the floor and now it is fixed.They even referred a painter to do the touch ups.They were extremely nice, professional, clean, AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. These plumbers were referred to me by another plumber and they were great! I will feel confident to call them for any future plumbing issues. GREAT JOB!!!

I woke up to my water heater leaking all over the garage. I called ClearWater Plumbers in the morning and by early afternoon Victor was at my house replacing it. Victor has done a couple of other jobs around my house over the last year and a half and always does a great job. He gave a fair estimate, explained the process and was respectful of my home. He demonstrated how to light the heater, adjust the temp, and how to maintain it to get the most life out of it. Upon draining the old water heater it left some rust staining on my drive way, but Victor went above and beyond... he went to Home Depot to get a cleaner to clean it up without being asked. They have a customer for life.

These guys are great, Nick and Joiner came out to do some hydro jetting of a bad drain i have. They were very courteous and they finished in less than an hour after arrival. Very upfront with recommendations and pricing as well.

Called fri before Easter at 1 pm.. they were at my house by 2:30. Put new hot water heater in by 5 pm. It was done quickly and efficiently. I’m a repeat customer and all 3 times they responded in a timely fashion. So I think they are exceptional. The only downside is they are very expensive and that would be only reason to hesitate using them for a project like this.

After the first visit and spending $190 the work verbally explained and what was on the invoice didn't match. When the issue was not resolved the same plumber came out and wrote two quotes for what he thought MIGHT be wrong. To clear a line I was quote for a new toilet, new bathtub shower valve replacement .... Which I never asked for. The quotes were both over $3,000. ? I called Stinson Plumbing and they came out, cleared the line by blowing air through it and didn't even charge me because he felt so bad that Clearwater obviously tried to take advantage of people that didn't understand what needed to be done. I'll never call Clearwater again.

I ran into an issue when installing a new natural gas grill with the existing gas lines. The main valve had split and was obviously leaking. After making a few phone calls ClearWater was able to get help out to me very quickly. Brian K. was my tech and after evaluating the situation, he was able to come up with a better and safer alternative than what was previously installed. Had a leak in upstairs bathroom. They cut 3 holes in my ceiling and said it was a grout leak. Charged us $380.00I called another plumber and he fixed the leak. Faucet had a 1/2inch opening where water was dripping in on wall...then floor. .Now, I have to get ceiling repaired and re-texured and painted. cost will be $1000.Terrible service.

Had an under achieving plumer try to clear blockage in sewage line with no success. Called Clearwater and they came out and cleared the blockage. They ran a camera down the line and found a break in the pipe. They gave me two fair quotes to fix it and payment options. Two days later they came a fix the problem. My yard is a little beat up but pipes work just fine so I am happy. I would recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

These guys did a quality job on replacing my 15 year old water heater. They were able to come out the same day I called. In addition to cleaning up after they were done, they also showed up on time and finished a half hour earlier than expected.

earlier this year i called bc there was a stoppage in my sink. i told them over the phone and in person to please sign me up for the otterclub and do an inspection before giving me a quote. i left for 30 mins to get the money from bank thinking meanwhile they were doing the plumbing inspection.on my way back the tech calls me with the quote i told him ok did you do the inspection. he said no (wth) i said well can you do it bc i want to sign up for the yearly membership and i get a free inspection.i get to the house and these 2 kids (they were really young maybe 20-25) were outside. i asked have they completed the inspection. they said no bc they were taking a break..i was angry bc my appt was for 230 and i called them at 315 asking if they were going to be coming and they showed up almost at 4 then i tell them at least 3 times in person to do the inspection and i even walked them to all the bathrooms and spigots and plumbing/water access etc just for them not to do it.i said can i at least review your estimate and it was alright but i asked what was the warranty and he said none. i said so im going to spend $600 and you cant even guarantee that it will get unclogged? he said maybe he can get me a 2 wk warranty. then i asked if that included the otterclub discount rate and he said no. omg i felt my day was wasted. i asked them to leave and i did NOT pay the $25 trip fee bc they wasted my day.. on my way out of the house (i dont live there i live 30 mins away) i went to the bathroom bc i smelled something ugly.. mo fuc*ers took a s*it and didnt even flush it.this was very disappointing b/c clearwater was referred to me by a family member. i give them a rating bc my son in law claims they were awesome when they did an inspection at his house. i was really hoping for the same experience.

Our house is 92 years old and fixing our plumbing can be quite tricky. Clearwater plumbers did an excellent job of repairing a part of our hot water system. Given the age of the plumbing this is just the beginning and we will be calling Clearwater plumbers again!

We just moved into our new house and for the past several weeks we have been getting a lot of Texas Rain. We were pleased with our first service and got a quote for a french drain installation for $8,000. Grant it we could have went with another company , but was pleased with Eddy the first service and stayed with them. The project took about 4 days and the last day they were putting the dirt back into the trench and one of their employees said that they were finishing up and it would be as if they were never there . When we came home from work there was debris and garbage in our next door neighbors lawn and they asked what was going on. On top of that the drains were placed above ground and water was still standing and not draining. The pipe was already clogged with mud coming out of the end. The yard looked like a swamp and in worse condition then it was before. For 8,000 to install 1 french drain is a lot of money. If the job was done correctly i would be in a better disposition. Right now ... I am so stressed out because it has just rained again and the yard is just as much as flooded as before and the pipe is already clogged with mud and debris causing more back up i to the yard and the standing water is still there. Hind sight looking in we should have gone with a landscaping agency or really done more research before hiring them on to install a french drain. Atleast we would have been satisified with the first job done right then stress over this disaster. If anyone knows how we can get help. It will be much appreciated. I took pictures and not to sure what to do to fix it.

The broken hose fitting was replaced quickly and efficiently. However, there was alot of unsolicited up selling. My house is only 3 years old and I was given an $1100 quote to replace the sewer line... I was also offered a free home inspection that I was told, normally costs $175. It wasn't a good time of day, my girlfriend was getting ready for work, so I asked if I could take a rain check on the inspection. I was then told it was a one time offer. In retrospect, based on my sewer line replacement quote, everything in my house would have had to be ripped out and replaced... less up selling please.

Devin came to my house perfectly within his time frame. He was polite, professional, and very courteous. He showed me where the roots of heinous Texas weeds had invaded my space. MY personal space, causing a massive build up of poo water. Devin was gracious enough to clear the blockage and give me a locate in the front yard as to where the blockage had occurred. I was thankful for his services. I got to digging immediately. Found the evil roots, used my sawzall to cut out the pipe, impressed my neighbors with my handyman skills. And kablamo! Running poo water! Thank you, Clearwater! For tonight, I'm riding a black unicorn down the side of an erupting volcano as I drink from a chalice filled with the laughter of small children!

We did not actually use the service but we were nearly swiped by a driver in his truck today. We were sitting at a stop sign, the far right of 3 lanes, to turn right the driver was turning left in front of us, he would have needed to legally be turning into the far left lane from us. In an effort to not have to yield to oncoming traffic before he turned, he cut across the lane next to us nearly hitting us, while barely slowing down, the car he did not want to yield to passed in front of us barely a second after he cleared the intersection. If the drivers for this company are this unsafe, I would not want them in my house.

The faucet on my kitchen sink had low water pressure on the hot side so we called Clearwater after reading some reviews. Two guys came and looked around the house telling me we had galvanized pipes, which we do because we live in an old house, and told me my only option was to repipe the entire house which was going to cost $13k and that wouldn't even cover us having to repair all the damage they would cause like taking out Sheetrock and digging trenches through the yard.While we know at some point this is probably something that we need to take care of but they NEVER even turned on the kitchen sink which was what I called about. I ended up having another plumber come out, he actually DID turn on the faucet and it turns out some little hardened piece of avocado or something got stuck in the screen. He took it out and the hot water pressure was back to normal. This is absolutely a lesson in doing your research and getting second opinions.

I had ClearWater come out to inspect a property and they provided excellent service. They answered all my questions and provided me with quotes and options for reconfiguring plumbing on the property.

Really great insight on job, and honest opinions, which saved me money. Gave me a quote one day, and got the job done the next day! I even received a military discount. Was really satisfied with the work completed.

They quoted me a price but either would-not or could-not show me how the price was calculated. I was told that's parts and labor...I asked to see what parts and how much labor would be required. Again, we don't know how its calculated and we can't tell you what parts. They do not charge you based on the actual parts or actual labor required. So if it takes them 1 hour and $20 in parts or if it takes 10 hours and $400 in parts, its all the same quote. I won't mention the total amount of their quote but again, just ask to see the math. I'm actually ok with an estimate as long as it gets true'd up based on the actual time and parts required. Not good business.

Great service... Techs arrived early... provided exactly what I needed as well as giving related information... and discussed other possible work I would like to have done down the road... I would definitely recommend ClearWater Plumbers to any and all family and friends in need of plumbing services...

The plumbing team did a great job in installing the toilet. The used drop cloth to protect the floor and other things to keep the house clean. When done, the cleaned up afterwards.

Watch out for this company! They come right out but 95% of their time they are trying to sell you new pipes or coatings that are extremely expensive, and NOT necedssary when a video camera proves there are NO breaks and water is flowing smoothly through all the pipes.Scam? You be the judge, I made my mind up alreay.

I had an initial experience with them that was disappointing, but they made a good effort to address what happened and apologize. They have good customer service and seem very knowledgeable. Their prices are higher than the competition though.
