Was able to contact Phillip in which he came to my house the day of. Phil was over helping me inspect low water pressure issues in my kitchen and was very detail oriented. Instead of replacing the entire faucet as some other plumbers suggested, Phillip was honest and found an alternative solution! Will definitely be recommending this company to all friends with plumbing issues.

This isn't the first time we have used the services of the Peerless. They do professional work at reasonable rates by highly experienced plumbers. We had them install a new kitchen faucet today and they did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up afterward. If you want quality work from a reliable plumbing company, call Peerless.

TL;DR - Well-intentioned company but needs to invest in scheduling/texting software for appointments. Need to have dispatching software that includes detailed work-order notes. I never used this company. If the owner contacts me to acknowledge this feedback, then I will delete this review.

This company needs to invest in appointment scheduling software and/or texting software. For starters, my experience trying to schedule resulted in playing phone tag. It wasn't until the office lady Elizabeth gave me her personal cell phone that was I able to connect... while I was speaking with her, the office phone rang twice and, to her credit, she answered both calls and asked them to wait on hold. She blocked out a 4-hour window (8am to 12). Less than ideal, but ok.

On the day of the scheduled service, at 10 am, a different number callsme. (I had the office number saved in my phone and Elizabeth's cell... but did not recognize the number and did not answer). I called back at 11 and they had already re-routed a technician to another home.

I spoke with a Mark on the phone, who proceeded to ask me what work I needed to do and then tell me it could not be done by them. This is odd because I explained everything to Elizabeth earlier when I scheduled the appointment.

I wanted the shower faucet replaced. I purchased three different types in hopes one would match. Mark explained that light demolition (tile removal) was needed and they don't do that. This is frustrating because i explained the project up-front with Elizabeth when i scheduled.

To his credit, Mark asked me to send pictures and said he would assess. I sent pictures. He never responded. I asked via text please confirm and he called me back 10 min later and asked me what exactly do i need to confirm? i explained I sent him pictures so he could make an assessment. We talked briefly and then call ended abruptly... I was a tad rude because i was frustrated at this point for the poor communication. Even when i sent text messages, my phone would show them as read and there would be no response.

So, I'm not sure if i am qualified to give this review since i never used this company. I will say this company came highly recommended by a friend.

Lastly, i sent Mark a follow-up text, asking if he could tell me the name of the specialty hardware store i could check out for the the hardware i may need... 30min later and no response. I guess they are too busy to chase small plumbing jobs.

Lonnie gave us an excellent price and even better service! He fixed both hose bibs outside and our shower for under $200 and everything is working great!!! Glad to finally find a good honest and local plumber! We will definitely be using him for other repairs and projects in the future!

Mike was awesome! We had a horrible experience with another company and called L&S to come out. Our technician, Mike was very thorough, transparent and left no stone unturned when it came to explaining the issue. He walked through in great detail the service plan available. Needless to say, because of Mike we signed up for regular maintenance service. Thank goodness there are great service providers out there....

Lonnie Bravo does substandard work. He dry fitted pipes together and went to lunch. Upon return he never glued them. He put pipes and drains on wrong walls, drains facing the wrong direction, toilet flanges too close to the wall (non ADA), wrong size pipe, etc. He decided on his own to change a floorplan to make it easier for him to do plumbing. All this had to be ripped out and redone. He was paid a fee to start and we received no value.

In addition, he filed a lien for the entire amount. Despite doing bad work he never supplied fixtures or finished but filed a lien stating he did. This was all for CHURCH!

His lawyer, Stanley Cramb, filed a lien without properly notifying the client then becamne unreachable to help remove the fraudulent lien.

Avoid this guy at all costs or else it will cost you a lot of grief!

He was 100% professional and friendly from the minute he arrived on the property and he worked hard to dig up the leaking water pipe leading to the house to replace with a new pipe. The plumber and his team were some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. Our main drainpipe from the front yard to the street was old and made of clay so our tree's roots in the front yard had destroyed a lot of it and we kept getting clogged, toilets and showers. They came a day before and ran a camera down the pipe to see the condition, gave me a very reasonable estimate with a lifetime warranty, and started working on it the next morning..

Had Shawn come out to replace my 20 year old water heater. They did a good job replacing it, worked clean, and got my heater up to code. I was satisfied with the work and the price was fair.

I have a unique home, half under ground, half a second floor, I could not find the source of my issue, water and odor. Two other plumbers declined the job due to the house. Gulfstream came out, without hesitation diagnosed and repaired my issue. Corey and his staff are amazing. Best value I have purchased in a long time. I would recommend Gulfstream to anyone needing an issue solved with excellent service. Salute.
