Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fort Worth

Damaged my own plumbing in my old house on a holiday weekend. Mr Rooter was available to help within an hour of calling and were able to repair a major leak at my home, that required excavation, over the course of two afternoons. Excellent service and excellent work. Matthew, my tech, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. Highly recommended

Clinton Walker was the best to work with. Mr. Walker was efficient, thorough, on time and so kind. We will defiantly we using him again!

Patrick was wonderful. Really helped us out and wanted to do the best job he knew how to, which was perfect! We appreciate Patrick coming out to Weatherford and spending the day with us fixing all our plumbing issues.

My wife and I have recently purchased a home in Bedford and soon after moving in we found a crack in the line from the home to the city sewer and rotos had grown in causing it to back up. Patrick McConnell from Mr. Rooter plumbing diagnosed the problem and ALSO performed the repair.
We were pleased with his professional demeanor and friendly nature. What was more impressive was his willingness to show us what was happening and the fact that he DUG ALL HIS OWN HOLES! Wow! This guy worked hard!
We would highly recommend him.

I'm making an assumption here that this location is also supposed to serve the Euless, TX area. I came home from work last night shortly after 8 p.m. to find both my toilets seeming to be clogged as the water would fill to the top of the bowl and then recede but never really flush. I called the emergency number for my area only to have the phone continuously ring for what seemed like 5 straight minutes before somebody from an after hours call center answered. I told them the problem and gave them my phone number to have someone call me back. I've still never received a call. 24/7 emergency service is a joke unless it has a different meaning than it implies. In any case, I've already resolved my problem with no help from Mr. Rooter. If you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend this company. If I have reviewed the wrong location for my area, my hope is that the proper location will be advised of this review.

On Tuesday July 26, 2022 we called Mr. Rooter because of a clogged drain in our kitchen. I explained to your technician, Brett, that we had a clog and he suggested running a cable in the drain to unclog it. Brett ran the cable all the way out once and back and told me that there was grease in the drain. I asked if he could run the cable again and he told me that it would not remedy the problem because the cable would just go through the clog and the clog would reseal once the cable was retracted. He billed us $365.50 and left as quickly as he arrived. All we had to show for our time was a invoice that stated:

Clogged island sink. Ran cable attempting to remove blockage. Ran 75ft. Pulled back cable, incased in grease over 40ft of cable. No foot
vent installed. Recommend treating with sizzle or finding a company that will hydro jet from the interior. Unable to clear grease.

We did as he suggested to no avail. We called one of your competitors to hydro jet the same area. They advised against using hydro jetting because of the possible mess and hazard that it would create. They wanted to use a cable too but I was reluctant because of what I was told by Brett. Nevertheless, they convinced us to try the cable again and were able to clear the drain. The new plumber asked, Why did the first guy only run the cable one time? I now have the same question. We paid for a service and only received half effort, excuses and disappointment. I am so angry that we went four days without access to our kitchen sink only because of your technician's lack of effort.

We had to pay someone else to do what you should have done the first time!

Mr Rooter consistently provides quality work for me, with knowledgeable professionals that go above and beyond to be helpful and informative. They are always on time and very thorough. I’ve been using them for years and will continue to do so.

Only company to immediately answer the phone without rerouting me when I had an emergency slab leak on a Saturday. Their service tech Mo came out quickly, figured out the problem and was on the phone arranging diggers for a Sunday to expose the leak for repair and recommending a great water damage restoration service. So kind, reassuring, and professional - and on top of that reasonably priced!

Scheduler said they would be at my house in the afternoon. When I called at 4 I was still scheduled. At 5:15 they requested that I wait until first thing next morning. Luckily my sewer wasn't completely blocked. Once the serviceman got here he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was finished in 20 minutes, ran a camera, and gave us an estimate for replacing my very old sewer line.

First of all $500 for something that didn’t even take an hour is outrageous. I had a leaking outdoor faucet and I was given an initial quote that I was okay with paying only to find out after the work began that there would be an additional fee. That is very unprofessional because the faucet was already removed. So if I would have said no then I would be stuck with a removed pipe and once the water was turned back on it would spew with no way of stopping it. And on top of that I would be paying $75 for a coming out fee. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Adding additional fees after the work begins leaves the customer stuck and not in a place to say no.

I had a deep drain grease clog I couldn't clear myself, so I did some research and chose Mr. Rooter. They sent a technician, Kelvin, who successfully cleared the clog. I made the right choice; it was totally worth the cost! Thanks again Kelvin!! (If you see this)

The appointment was scheduled for the morning. I had to call twice, and the second time they assigned a new plumber to install my new toilet. The new plumber did not arrive until 3pm.

Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service, on time, and they tell you up front what the price will be. Patrick was prompt, courteous, and explained every thing he did and why. I've had other plumbers, but none as professional and up-front as Mr. Rooter. I will be keeping them on my list of go-to companies going forward.

We are very disappointed with the service that we received from Mr. Rooter plumbing. The technician came out to one of our rental houses and did not correctly diagnose the problem, was rude to us on the phone and then gave our tenants conflicting I formation from what he told us which led to further problems. We then had to hire another plumber the next day who was very knowledgable and able to solve the problem over the phone. We tried to contact customer service and it has now been over a week to receive any sort of answer. I absolutely would not use this company and would find someone else.

We needed a washcloth removed from a toilet. It turned out to be only 6' down the drain, but the charge was $179. The plumber was only here for 15 minutes or less. The cost seems excessive. I called the day before and paid a $99. downpayment but the night-plumber said he could not get here until 2:00 A.M. so we decided not to use him. He was not the most cordial person, but he was likely overwhelmed with all the frozen pipes, and I'm sure our problem did not seem as urgent. The next day a plumber came and did a good job and was quick and courteous, but the price seemed out of range for such a small, quick job.

Brett was professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Rate him 10 of 10!

Mr. Pascal Adams was/ is very professional. He explained everything he was doing . . He gave me an estimated and told me if the camera had to be used it would be more. I'm glad he told before and not afterwards. The price just right!

Repairman was early, very knowledgeable did the repair quickly and correctly. Charges for repairs were surprisingly fair.

Sinatra and Isaac were great! They got our line unclogged and gave us an estimate on repairing the line. They were very thorough and professional.

Pascual Adame has done work for me twice. He's thorough in his job. He is thinking about what's best for the customer and is pleasant to work with.
