Couldn’t have been nicer, and helped us with an additional issue beyond what they initially came to do without hesitation. Would absolutely call them again

I had a problem with my toilet forever and previously had called a company who said they’d fix it but the same thing happened again month later. The people working at this company care so much and came RIGHT AWAY to fix the problem. I had a guy named Shane I think and he was so professional and fast, plus took great care to clean the area he was working when he finished. Not “Good” - man, more like GREAT-man!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Bill and his team are very responsive! I call and they make every effort to get there asap. My first time working with bill was a small renovation on the third floor. He ran new pipes for 4 radiators, a tub and a sink. He’s on time and his prices are fair. I’ll keep working with him.

I had my hot water heater replaced a week ago. The two workers were respectful of my property and answered all of my questions.

Thank God for KCS Plumbing! Had an urgent issue with a broken radiator in my home and KCS was quick to respond and efficient with their service in replacing the radiator! This is a brutal winter already and thankfully my family can now be warm. We appreciate you Keith and KCS Plumbing!

Sewer was backed up. Called on a Sunday and Tony came out within a couple of hours for an emergency fee (Monday was a holiday). Tried to clean it but ran into issues so he came back out the next day with a camera free of charge. Referred me to an excavating plumber due to an issue at the connection and gave me an estimate on the cost that was in line with what the excavating plumber quoted.Situation sucks, but Tony was awesome through it all.

They did a great job very prompt and courteous explained the process to me the whole time and I am very pleased with the results

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

The owners wife handles all calls she is rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. She doesn't like her job or people. Charged me for a service that wasn't completed. Would never use this company again. Would not recommend to anyone.

I called to make an appointment to have someone check out one of my toilets that wasn’t draining all the way. The owner scheduled me for the next day then asked what the issue was. When I told him, he gave me some tips to try to fix it easily myself, and told me that he’d keep my appointment scheduled just in case the tips didn’t work. He also shared with me some history I didn’t know about the house I’m in now. His family’s company had done a lot of the plumbing work on the house almost 50 years ago! He was so patient and kind, and honest. The tip he gave me worked! He saved me money, taught me some cool history and some plumbing 101, and was all around such a kind and respectful person. If I ever need a plumber I will surely call this company. Such a great experience in a 5 minute phone call.

Not a great experience. Showed up about 20 minutes late in the morning and then rescheduled to later in the day because they couldn't find parking. Later in the day they called about a half hour after the estimated window to tell me they would have to reschedule to the next day. The next day they still didn't show up during their estimated window after I purposely found them a parking spot, so I cancelled my appointment. I would suggest reading reviews from multiple websites.

Had and emergency today. The second floor toilet valve connecting the water to the tank split. Water was rushing all over the floor. Turned the water off and called Andy. He called me back in 5 minutes. Was on his way from one job to another and I fell in between the two jobs. He stopped by in 15 minutes after me call. I was prepared to wait until tomorrow. Fixed the valve quickly. I've been using him for 18 years. This is an example of why I do.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing issues! The prices are very reasonable, they won't try and screw you over like a lot of other plumbers would! Brian was great to communicate with!! Called in an issue yesterday, the technician was there in the morning. John Bolli did a great job. These guys are honest and fast.

Mike and Bobbie (I hope Igor his name right) was very informative explained everything to me from start to finish. And the cleaned up the area. Will use this company again.
