Brandon got back to me quickly. He fixed the problems we knew we had, and diagnosed a couple we didn’t know about. The work looks good, and the cost was reasonable. Professional and trustworthy, in my opinion.

This staff was excellent. Every associate I encountered was welcoming and pleasant. We even joked a lil?.The was by far the best plumbing supply store Ive ever been to. They exceeded my expectations. Great job guys.

From Ronnie who answered the phone, worked dispatch, and handled billing, to the plumber, Tony, who responded quickly to our call, the team is friendly, efficient, professional, competent, and top-notch. They communicate clearly and effectively.Definitely the go to group.

Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and above all professional. Today was the 2nd time I sent an employee over with older parts of plumbing requesting replacement which was unavailable at the big stores. He came back with correct and newer parts that worked perfectly. No shocking prices or we don't have that stuff. Thanks for the great help guys. Happy New Year 2019.

Knight’s responded even though the day was half over. Westin and Micheal showed up, took a look, and explained the possible ways to repair the leak and the pricing for each. They were able to repair it fast and cleanly with no extra surprises, and even showed us a better way to turn off our water in emergencies. They were polite and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Knight’s again if we need plumbing help. Thank you!

The quality didn't meet the price at all. Hired for plumbing part in our remodeling project. The scope was clearly outlined (prepare the piping for connecting with shower and sink faucet, connect the bathtub), they estimated it for 4 hrs of work + cost of parts to be delivered by them. Spent an hour of paid time for waiting for the required parts to be delivered by their guy. Failed to complete the scope within initially agreed time, didn't connect the bathtub. When installing the faucets we revealed, that they mixed the pipes with hot and cold water when routing the necks. Had to reroute ourselves at the end. I really regret that I couldn't stop paycheck. It was a shame from their side. Will never hire them again.

8/9/21 Referred to Grove by a Home Depot associate and I'm very glad I went here. My girlfriend and I had a great experience during our first visit and I expect we will be returning many more times. I contacted McClain Bros after trying to call multiple other emergency plumbers and having no luck. I had a basement full of water and was feeling desperate. I reached Rich right away who immediately figured out how to get a crew out to our place, and then he even talked me through turning off the water to our house in the meantime. Mike and his team arrived way quicker than we had expected, they were professional, efficient, helpful, and explained everything so clearly to us. They determined where the leak was coming from and what would need to be done. I would 100% call McClain Bros again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

I used this company to unclog a clogged washer drain.Mike was the technician who helped me. He was respectful, professional and skillful. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!
