His service is cool but he's utterly disrespectful. The old guy is working illegally and the younger guy TJ smells like marijuana.

This guy is my hero! I wouldn't call it Best Price' - I'd call it Pricelss, when they come out at 9:30 PM to fix your messed-up plumbing, and remain cheerful when it's a dirty, tiring, and difficult job. Then insist on cleaning up, too. I am so grateful.

Nice, friendly, and very family-oriented. Plumber had no trouble navigating our crazy playroom, and he was very personable with the toddler-bug. Great price, for working families; and we will definitely call again! :)

Best price plumbing is honest about what you really need to know to save you your money and frustration I personally know this I work at discount plus in Hillsboro this company only buys the best tools for the job and correct tool this is important as a contractor and will always get the job done right the first time.

Rude not helpful. Just bragged about his 34 years as a journeyman. Said he would call back did not.This fellow seemed to enjoy my frustration. I dont' know what his agenda was, however it certainly was not to help us.
Reviews should be tempered and evenly balanced; I am sorry this was not a good experience. I believe it is a professionals job to try and help and that mean even telling the client up front you cant help them.. Oh and his last comment was no charge for the estimate.

Disapointment.

We have used Best Price Plumbing & Drain since moving to Oregon. Everytime Luther has been to our home, he has been so efficient, knows plumbing inside out, and can fix anything. On one of his visits, I thought we would need a new kitchen faucet, purchased two different kinds so that Luther could decide which one would work best. Instead of installing a new one, he was able to replace some small internal parts of our old Moen faucet, which saved us a lot of money. His fees are very reasonable, and he does a great job. Thank you, Luther.

The basement of our office flooded during heavy rain. The big name plumbing companies were all booked solid and we would have to wait hours or until the next day for service. As I called a half dozen different companies, our expensive equipment was threatened by the rising water. Best Price Plumbing understood the urgency of our situation and arrived about an hour after I called. The problem was solved and we were saved! They were straight-forward, affordable, and picked up a new commercial sump-pump for us.
