Mike, Chrissy, and the whole Black Cat team are the best. Repipe, install tankless water heater, install new fixtures. Now I'm working with them on new construction. Very high quality work, on time, on budget, great people.

Mike, the owner, was lovely: very straightforward and very clear about the bid, pricing and timelines for work to be done. All communication was easy. They worked to fit our timeline restrictions into their schedule, did the work quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed everyone on their team and are confident in the work they performed.

Horrible job doing the repipe. Very expensive and left a huge mess under the house and said they would take the old away. They did not. Had another plumber come out and he thought I had done it. Completely unhappy with this disaster of a job after spending $8000. The piping is just thrown under there with shortcuts everywhere instead of making it look nice. Realized this horrible work after I crawled under the house. They must’ve thought they could leave this disaster thinking I’d never see it. I am very easy to please this is literally the first bad review I’ve ever left anyone.

We used them for a major re-piping project at our condominiums and it was the consensus that they were the best contractors we'd ever used. They were clean, respectful of our space, they always let us know what to expect and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Black Cat Plumbing, I'll never use anyone else!

Great Company!

I want to thank Black Cat. Our kitchen faucet broke over the weekend and was spewing water all over the place. I called Monday morning, and Brenton came over when his original appointment cancelled. He was professional and thorough and nailed it! Thanks!

Terrible work ethic. Sat outside for over an hour taking smoke breaks. Leaving cigarette butts all over the property, did not finish on time and rude to the tenants when asked how much longer until the water is back on. We'll past 730 when they were supposed to be done by 5. Maybe if you guys didn't take so many smoke breaks you would have completed the job on time.
