The other day we woke up to no hot water. When we went out to the garage to take a look at the water heater it was leaking severely. After reading several reviews online we decided to call Lane Plumbing. The owner, Jim, actually answered himself. I explained the situation to him and that I was having surgery the next day so any thing he could do would be a big help. He assured me he would do everything he could to get me taken care of that day and he did! His crew was out that evening to install a new water heater and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I tried to call and get help with burst pipes. The man who answered was so rude, said there were no appointments and hung up on me. Completely rude and unprofessional. I will never use or recommend this place.

Sampson was pleasant and professional with the installation of my hot water heater. It took him less than two hours to install and clean up after the job. He explained the components of the hot water heater if i wanted to increase the temperature. He also told me other issues regarding my plumbing that may be a problem in the near future. The main faucet is leaking, even when it’s turned off. He came fast and did a great job. He’s very professional. Sure I will call this company in the future.
