Bradly was just here installing 2 new toilets in my upstairs bathrooms. He was on time and highly professional. Did a fantastic job and cleaned as he went. I would highly recommend this company. So much so that I asked for an estimate for the next round of repairs/upgrades that I’m planning.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I called Cub's plumbing to have a well filter installed in my new house. The owner, Kevin, is awesome! He was able to fit me into his schedule on a short notice and did a great job. He was professional, on- time, and left everything very clean. I'm so pleased with the water quality after he installed the filter. I will definitely be calling them again for various renovation projects I have planned.

Luke performed amazing renovations for two of my clients. One was remodeling the entire kitchen in a 100 year old home. The finished product was nicely updated and more efficient. Another project he performed was finishing a 1500 sq ft basement in a 1970 ranch home. It’s spanned many months but the project was amazing. Luke is also easy to get in touch with and not flaky like 90% of contractors out there.

I called Around the Clock Plumbing to come out and clean the pipe that goes from the house to the street. He came out we thought that it was done and so we paid him $150.00. The next day we had our toliet overflow and flood our kitchen. He said that he would come out. He did not. We called the next day he said that he had already come out and fixed it while we were at work. We got home, more flooding. Called him again multiple times. He answers and says that he will be by before10 the next morning. I took off work he failed to show up. Called him again. He says that we need someone else to fix it. I told him then we want our money back. He says no that he did what we paid him to do. He clearly did not do the job. I would never ask him to come out again.

DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF!! They claim to understand how water filtration systems work which is why I had them come to my house. They looked at my system and told me it was running fine and then charged me $185. I had to learn the hard way that there was something wrong with my water filtration system when I got a $250 water bill a month later. Asked them for a receipt to show the City and they refused to provide a receipt. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
