Wake Sewer & Drain Cleaning Services

I didn't even get past calling them for service. The person that answered the phone was rude and spoke over me when I was trying to speak with them about the issue we are having. They were completely uninterested and only wanted to take my name and number. If this is an answering service they use, they need to get a new one.

Called for service last night. Service tech, Junior, arrived first thing in the morning, was very knowledgeable and got our main drain line unclogged in time for our event. Excellent service. Thanks!

Josh was able to come out same day mid afternoon, lug his large electric snake out to clear the main sewer line, in less than half an hour. Josh triple checked that the cutter had cleared the obstruction. And the price was quite reasonable for same day service.

My tenant had a sewer backup and called my regular plumber. My regular plumber was booked up, so they suggested that she call Wake Sewer and Drain. They did arrive promptly and took care of the problem--a backup near the city's line. The sewer lines in this house are less than 2 years old, and the clean outs are easy to access. It took the guy less than 30 minutes to clear the block. When my tenant called me and told me she was charged $235 for less than 30 minutes worth of work, I started considering an occupational change. That's $570/hour. Wow. I've never paid more than $100 to have a blocked sewer cleared, even on a weekend evening. Total ripoff. Be careful with these folks unless you want to pay more than double the price for service.

We had a simple clogged sink. They did fix the problem. 15 minutes of work and $205 later. They left pipe sludge all over the floor, sink, and shower curtain. For that much money, they could have at least cleaned up. Will not be using again.

We had an issue with our plumbing where there was sewage and water Outside of our house. Wake sewer and drain cleaning service came out on the same day and fixed it while another plumber came out a few days before and couldn't.

It wasn't their own crew, but 2 subcontractors that came within 3 hours of my call. They had the right equipment (long snake) and knew what they were doing. 15 minutes and $275 later, the line was clear. No complaints, other than it seemed a little pricey for the time spent. But I would use them again.

I recently called to have my drains flushed. When I called to get a ETA Kevin (the person who called me back) was yelling and extremely rude. Kevin stated that someone had come to my unit(which was lie) and done the job. When I told Kevin no one had shown up and I had someone at home all day. He began yelling saying he didn’t know, he had given my address to another worker and the worker said they completed the job.I again asked was he sure he went to the correct unit and that maybe it was miscommunicated. He was very hostile and did not seem to be willing to help or find out what was going on. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone, not even my worse enemy.

We live in a house built in the 1960s and frequently need our drains cleaned. We've never been disappointed! They are professional, courteous and on time. I called at 10A and Junior was here before 11. He took care to set aside things that might get dirty. Once he was done (in a matter of minutes), he asked my husband to double check and make sure the job was done to his pleasing. I'm grateful we can count on them!

I had a kitchen sink clogging and asked for help. Wake Sewer and Drain Cleaning was really busy, so even though I booked the service, I called another company for help. It turned out that regular plumbing service company/technician may not have the right equipment to do this kind of work. After they failed, I called Wake Sewer again and it happened they had a cancellation and I filled in the spot. The technician from Wake Sewer was very professional and experienced. Most importantly he had the right equipment: a very long snake that could go very deep into the sewer line to clean things up. The take is for sewer and draining issues, you'd better find a company specializing it. Wake Sewer and Draining obviously is the few of them that can get the job done.

They quoted us $150 for snaking our pipes because our kitchen sink was clogged. The guys showed up same day (thank God), got the job done and then asked for $250. When my husband called back, the guy on the phone insisted that he never said $150. Buyer beware.

Great service to clean a main drainage line blockage at a fair price. The guys were very nice and funny as a bonus. Would definitely recommend.
