James and team repiped our entire home. They came in under the estimate, worked quickly and cleaning and were really good people. They proved great service and a reasonable price and we intend to use them for our remodeling from here on out!!!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

plumber Ken came to the rescue when the entire pipe fitting under a bathroom sink needed to be ripped out and installed from scratch. He diagnosed the situation and had the supplies on his truck to take care of the repair in a timely fashion. Five Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

ALL of the toilets and showers backed up in our house. I actually got a little stressed. It was Christmas Eve, family was going to come over. Crap. No time to investigate myself, and in the end, I'm glad I did not. I had never used a plumber before. Steve at Roto Rooter made the stressful situation disappear with his professionalism and friendly demeanour. His knowledge of plumbing systems led him away from doing what I would have done (good call on his part) and to the easiest, quickest, least intrusive solution. Our drain line was left in much better shape than before it clogged. If you have any issues with your home or business plumbing, call Roto Rooter and ask for Steve. You will not regret it.

Joe has been my plumber for many years. Initially he was contracted via Mogastone when when we upgraded our kitchen counter tops. He has replaced our water heaters twice and recently took time out of his day to help me troubleshoot over the phone an issue with our pipes under our kitchen sink. He even helped us diagnose and fix a small leak in our walls that was causing mushrooms to grown in our dining room! Last but not least, he is just one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I strongly recommend his plumbing services.

Great job installing our new shower tray and faucet/shower fixtures. As this project required some planning and prep before Walston Plumbing arrived, we appreciated all the guidance received prior to our appointment. Felix and his helper were polite and gave a lot of attention to their work, offering good suggestions on placement of fixtures before they began the work. Felix also offered good advice on preparing for installation of the shower door even though that will require a different craftsman.
Once the tiling was laid, Felix returned to complete installation of faucet & shower fixtures. BEAUTIFUL!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

One bathroom house built in 1912. The bath tub had a drum instead of a ptrap so we had standing water in the tub. Cast iron pipe for the tub and toilet was replaced with PVC and vanity pipes replaced. The tub was somewhat of an emergency. I called on Thursday afternoon, Lacy was very sensitive to our situation and scheduled the work for Friday afternoon. Brad fit us into his schedule and called before arriving. Brad is knowledgeable, professional and works very quick. He conscious and cares that the customer is pleased. He wasn’t able to finish on Friday, he came back Saturday on a holiday weekend to complete the job! I can’t thank Optimal enough for helping us and will use them again. Thanks Lacy! Thanks Brad!

I LOVE this company! When the school I work for had a plumbing disaster last week, I read Bizzy Bee's terrific reviews and was confident that THIS was the company to help us out in our hour of need -- and boy was I ever right in that assessment! Andrea in the office was awesome and worked out a way that one of their top guys, Daniel, could get over to us quickly to resolve our problem--which is VERY important when you are a school and the safety and welfare of students and faculty alike are paramount concerns. Notwithstanding the somewhat disgusting and difficult nature of what had to be done to clean out our blocked pipes, Daniel brought his great work ethic and terrific sense of humor to the whole event, which actually made it weirdly fun in the end. Our principal was blown away when Daniel presented him with some natural honey at the conclusion of the job. You'd never have guessed that was possible, but it was. Thank you Andrea and Daniel! Bizzy Bee has become our plumber of choice for all our future plumbing needs!!!
