Coats Plumbing has done multiple jobs for us over the past few years and we’ve always been very pleased. They have great communication, quick scheduling, and are priced very reasonably. It’s hard to find companies that are highly skilled and do honest work, so whenever we need anything plumbing related, Coats will always be our first call.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

plumber Ken came to the rescue when the entire pipe fitting under a bathroom sink needed to be ripped out and installed from scratch. He diagnosed the situation and had the supplies on his truck to take care of the repair in a timely fashion. Five Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kevin came out on a Sunday and took his time trying to pinpoint our issue. He came back Monday morning, once he could buy the part from the supplier, and installed it quickly. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and considerate. We have a bit of a complex setup yet he was quickly able to diagnosis the issue.

Great Experience! Billy came out on the service call, showed up early and we discussed options for a major repair to restore water service to my home. After discussing options, he was prepared to get to work, keeping me informed along the way. He fixed the problem quickly, and let me know what options I should consider moving forward related to the fix. All around, great experience. I recommend them highly. Very pleased.

We needed to have a dryer vent moved. Dillon and Michael were dispatched. These two young men were super. They were efficient, neat, courteous, and completed this difficult job quickly. They made sure all debris was picked up and that I was completely satisfied with the work they had done.

Great job installing our new shower tray and faucet/shower fixtures. As this project required some planning and prep before Walston Plumbing arrived, we appreciated all the guidance received prior to our appointment. Felix and his helper were polite and gave a lot of attention to their work, offering good suggestions on placement of fixtures before they began the work. Felix also offered good advice on preparing for installation of the shower door even though that will require a different craftsman.
Once the tiling was laid, Felix returned to complete installation of faucet & shower fixtures. BEAUTIFUL!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

We have worked with Optimal Plumbing a few times since buying our new house, and we will continue to use them for all future project or issues we may have. Paul was awesome, and explain the issue we were having in detail and explained all of our options. He wasn't pushy and allowed us time to make a decision that we felt comfortable with. They are often available to come out the same day you call, and they are flexible with the hours - offering after 5 and weekend options.

They replaced my badly leaking hot water heater on the Saturday morning that I called them (shutoff valve failed so it was an emergency) for several hundred dollars less than a competitor. I'm very impressed by their service.
