Cary Plumbing Company

Posting this on behalf of my elderly mother. Cary plumbing was working on her neighbors water. They tore up her front yard and also cut her water line as well as another neighbors water line. They did fix the water lines (which should’ve never been bothered with in the first place). They were rude when she called to see what they could do to fix the mess they made of her yard. While I understand they are not a landscaping company, the least they could’ve done was apologize and tried their best to leave the lawn as close to what it looked like before.

Rich Soto with Cary Plumbing is the best, most professional plumber in the Triangle! Not only is he great at his job, he's very honest and friendly. He's been to my house on 3 separate occasions and I trust him implicitly. He's the only plumber I'll use. I can't recommend him enough!

We have used Cary Plumming over the years and highly recommend them. The value and service can’t be beat. We always think a service will be way too expensive but it always comes out less than we think! They are fair on their prices. And we always get a informative professional who explains it all. He fixed 3 toilet issues for us last week and everything is working perfect now.

Recently quality of service bad. Had house repiped. Dry wall and paints was sloppy, did not cut in rooms and did not paint whole areas of ceiling. Has 2 painters come out. Took 5 months to complete. I will not use the again. The owner does not care and make excuses

I have used Cary Plumbing many times and thought of them as a good plumbing company to deal with. I had to use them today because my water heater went bad. They came out quickly. Give them credit for that. I however may not use them again. They quoted me 1500 and change for a new regular water heater replacement. I am pretty sure that is really high. They used to be at least competitive with their pricing. He could or would not tell me how much of that was the water heater and how much was the labor. I asked him to fix something else on a toilet. Simple fix.He proceed to tell me there would be the equivalent to another trip charge to fix the toilet. That added another 116.00 dollar labor/trip charge for just doing a simple fix to a toilet when they were already here charging me 1500 for the water heater installation. That is just like he left and came back for another service call. He then told me the toilet and labor would be just over 200.00. So you would think the total would be just over 1700. When we settled up it was 1921.92 because taxes were added. He did not quote me with taxes or mention taxes would be added when i was talking to him about doing the toilet. I used to really like this company and trusted them. I have often referred people to them. Not sure how their company ;philosophy changed but it seems like it has.

It is so rare to find a company that does what they say they are going to do, when they are going to do it, does it, and then does it well, with no mess left behind, but Cary Plumbing does just that. We had an exceptional experience with the installation of our tank-less H2O heater. Highly recommend.

Daniel is the best! I had an old rusty garbage disposal that was leaking water all over the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. On the advice of pretty much all of my neighbors, I called Cary Plumbing Company. They were able to fit me into their schedule for the very next day. Daniel called ahead to give me an ETA, arrived promptly on time, and immediately got down to work. When I expressed curiosity about the replacement process, he was kind enough to explain every step to me and walk me through exactly what he was doing. Now I have a sparkling new garbage disposal that is much quieter and more efficient than the previous one, and a much better understanding of exactly how everything works under the sink. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Cary Plumbing Company, and with Daniel specifically. You rock!

We got a quote for a tankless water heater about 3 years ago, didn't purchase at the time. Got another quote a month ago and the price had gone up 20% for the exact same model. I understand that prices go up, but that seemed way too high. We didn't purchase, so can't comment on their work.

Really solid experience all around! I loved that they decided to send 2 people as i had a bigger job, which saved me money! The guys were able to come a few days early because of a cancellation as well! Once they got here they were super friendly and professional. They put up with my barking dog and by the end were best friends with him. As far as the work they explained everything clearly and listened to all my concerns and asks. We even collaborated to install some Aquor House Hydrants and it was really easy to work with them. Neither of us had installed one before and they took the challenge in stride even when we hit a few speed bumps. Everything turned out perfect and i couldn't be happier! Thank you so much CPC! Will be on my recommendation list from now on!

I called Cary Plumbing because of a clogged main sewer line & they were able to fit me in only 2 hrs later. Rich was the plumber & he was great! Very professional, honest & trustworthy. He used machines to clear the line, then the Town of Cary had to clear the line on their side. Rich made sure everything was handled correctly with that also-- not leaving until he knew everything was OK. This was less expensive than I expected. I've had many plumbers do work in the past, with varied results. I will definitely call Cary Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. I told my neighbors I highly recommend them, & will ask that they send Rich again if possible!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Cary Plumbing today.. It was a joy. When they left I was smiling from ear to ear... They were able to locate and repair a nasty leaky pipe which 2 other plumbers from another company spent 2 days trying to find and never did.... I called their office at 9 am, they walked in the door at 9:30 am, had the location diagnosed in 20 minutes, replaced the pipe, and were gone in 1 hour... The pipe was located behind a kitchen wall and so, not an easy pipe to find.... Mike, the supervisor, was the best plumber I have ever seen... Both Cahill and Mike exuded confidence, had great personalities and work ethics... I will never choose another plumbing company as long as I am in Cary.. I have been a Cary Plumbing customer for 15 years. I have most recently used their service in July 2020. The technician was on time, kind and solved my problem with ease. I definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. I will not use another plumbing company.

I had Cary Plumbing Company to install a new waterline from the meter to the house. They did a great job. The new installation was clean. I’m very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Between my daughters and my house I have used Cary Plumbing three times in the last 12 to 18 months and each time I have had a good experience. Three different crews showed up and all were knowledgeable plumbing professionals.

I tried to call and get help with burst pipes. The man who answered was so rude, said there were no appointments and hung up on me. Completely rude and unprofessional. I will never use or recommend this place.

I have used a few plumbers in the past and Cary Plumbing will be the only one I use going forward. They have excellent customer service and do the job right the first time. They installed my tankless water heater along with replacing a few facets that were dripping and installation was on time and service was great and have never had any issue. If you need the job done right the first time call Cary Plumbing would highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that Cary Plumbing MAY have cleaned up their act, but I am still cleaning up their mistakes.

Years ago, these guys repiped my whole house as a part of the class action lawsuit that was going around in the late 1990s.

Since then, I have had four different plumbers come to my home to fix plumbing problems. Each time, the plumbers were amazed by what they saw in my walls. Basic plumbing 101 mistakes that the plumbers found hard to believe -- and that ended up costing me thousands in repairs.

Most recently: A connection to my washer/dryer that was totally melted because the previous plumber was soldering pipe connections next to plastic. They left the melted connection, covered it up with drywall, and left me to discover it. Then, when I was getting that repaired, the new plumber pointed out several pipes that aren't installed properly. He's surprised they haven't failed already.

So should you trust Cary Plumbing?

Maybe. Their recent reviews are good and the shoddy work done at my house was done years ago. Maybe those guys who screwed up my house have moved on.

All I know is that every time I have a plumber out to my house, they comment on how poorly done the work that they are replacing was originally completed. And I'm up to four different repairs of Cary Plumbing's original work.

And all I know is that I won't have them back at my house.

RESPONSE TO CARY PLUMBING:

So, Cary Plumbing: First -- you are right. I didn't reach out to you. Mostly because I knew that any chance of getting you to accept ownership of these errors after 20 years was unlikely. I'm pretty sure most companies wouldn't accept ownership of mistakes after such a long period of time. And that's reasonable.

But more importantly, after what I've seen of your work, there's just no way I'm letting you back in my house.

Now, check out the picture below. It's of the most recent bit of work that I had to have replaced. It's the water junction box behind my washer that I mention in my original review above.

Two things to take note of: First, the top left corner of the box is literally melted. The plumber who fixed the repair says it is likely that happened when your guys were soldering pipes. There are scorch marks on my drywall that would seem to confirm that thinking.

Second, notice that your employee fed the water pipes from the top of the box. The faucets were installed upside down.

So would you call this best practice?

Is that what you mean when you say that you were required to do the work a certain way? Was feeding pipes upside down and melting the box while soldering a part of the requirements?

What bugs me all these years later is that just like the other three repairs of your work that I've had to have completed in the last few years (and the two that I still have to have done), your employee covered this work up and moved on -- knowing that the likelihood of me ever finding it was small.

As for your current satisfied customers, I'm happy for you.

Heck -- you guys could be super plumbers now. And the person(s) responsible for all the poor work done in my house could be long gone from your company. I acknowledge that in my initial review.

But every time something fails in my house -- and that's a pretty common occurrence over the last few years -- I'm reminded of the reason that I'll never use you again.

Joe and Jason showed up in time. I told them what was going on and they dug right in to troubleshooting the source of the issue. They quickly found the source, swapped out the faulty components, explained the work they had done, cleaned everything up, and pulled out the driveway of a happy customer. 100% calling Cary plumbing again if I have any issues.

I have been using Cary Plumbing for over 20 years. They do good work but seriously overpriced. I just had a service call about a leak. They charged $311.03 for diagnosing a leak that they will end up opening a wall for to explore where the leak is and replaced a toilet fill valve that is $46 for three valves from Amazon which would make it only $15 for the one that they used. They charged me $42 for materials. Had they told me this I would have fixed it myself. What a ripoff of a longtime customer. When I said something about this the person who answered the phone was a bit rude.

Second time dealing with Cary Plumbing both times the workers have been professional and efficient. Today needed a new valve on one toilet and another toilet replaced. He was early, quiet so the baby didn't wake, and done in less than 2 hours.

Will use them again (hopefully not too soon).

I've been using Cary Plumbing for several years now and they have always done a great job, both in quality, and also in communication. This most recent encounter was especially good:

A Friday evening our hot water heater died, and after cleaning up the water I called the after hours line. I got a callback very quickly and was talked through my options by someone who genuinely seemed to want to help me, instead of just get my business. All options were clearly laid out, and I was helped all the way. Though they don't do water heater installs on the weekend, they managed to get me an appointment on Monday.

The crew was friendly and really did an excellent job. Where the previous heater had a mix of copper and PEX pipes bent at weird angles and the expansion tank suspended awkwardly, this crew did a very professional job. Ripping out and installing all new piping (including some in the crawl space) to make sure its installed cleanly, and even calling another crew to drop off a special part to mount the expansion tank really seemed like going the extra mile.

I was talked through all that they did and they even kindly humored my questions about various parts and what they did, as well as maintenance.

Very impressed and will definitely use them again.

Had a tech come out to set up an RO system under my sink, and also run a connection to my fridge. Was quick and very helpful. Definitely recommend them to anyone in their service area.

Cary Plumbing re-plumbed our entire house in July 2023. The team were exceptional. Arrived on time, performed the work on time and to the highest quality. Travis who performed the drywall work after the pipes had been replaced is quite simply a magician. Our walls and ceilings look better now than before the work was done. This was a very big job but you wouldn't have know that with the speed at which it was executed and the fact that you would never know that every pipe to every point in the house and outside has been re-piped. Our experience with Juan and Cary Plumbing was great. We had an emergency repair request while having my father at home under hospice care. Highly stressful time but Juan was super, he did the repair, cleaned and went far beyond what was required to ease the situation.

Rich was very professional and pleasant! He did a great job unclogging a massive back up and then repaired a worn out back water valve. Saved us hundreds of dollars by repairing rather than replacing the system. Did all his work quickly and efficiently and with a very cheerful attitude. I hired the company to fix a broken sewer line. The initial consultation took a little while to book, although it was around the holidays, so not super surprising. The price was fair, and the the guys who fixed the line were friendly and clear about the process.

Weeks out from the repair, things are looking great!

I woke up to no hot water. Cary plumbing sent two employees over, they were quick, efficient, kind and professional. I went back to work (upstairs : ) ) , they replaced the water heater, cleaned up the mess, checked the faucets and hot water, collected my payment and gone. Quick, thorough and neat. they were nice but had to come 5 times one plumber had to adjust what previous one did a simple toilet issue and the 5th visit regarding the SAME issue was told I need anew toilet.. it is 9 years old only used by one/ no one else told me that I needed a new toilet will not call on them again!

Cary Plumbing has been my go to company for plumbing issues until the last time I called them. They quoted me an absurd price to replace my hot water heater. I bought and installed one myself and saved $1,000.

We have had Cary Pluming come to our home twice. The first time was in 2015. We had a leak near our meter. Today we thought we had a similar leak. Water leaking around the hot water heater - fortunately in the garage. Called Cary Plumbing after talking to neighbors. They were booked out, but indicated they could have someone out late the same day. Received a return call moving up the appointment time. Then received a 3rd call saying they could have someone there within an hour as another job had completed. Brandon and another employee arrived. They were a great “tag team” identified a leaking pipe, and replaced it. The Hot Water Tank had some age but was still good, Brandon let me know replacement costs, options and answered all questions. Wow, what lack of expertise, professionalism, and customer service! Long story short, I called them to fix a leak and an odor in the bathroom. The leak only got fixed after their second visit, and the odor never got fixed even after their fourth visit, and they charged me more than double what it should have cost on their first visit.

When I called them about the second invoice, I had to explain my situation three times over 2 days only to be told that if I do not pay the invoice, they will pass it along to the collection services. I have had many bad experience with plumbers, but this was by far the worst.

By the way, I reached out to a friend who had some experience in pipe fitting, and he was able to identify and resolve the odor issue within an hour.

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to use Cary Plumbing to repair some old fittings, replace a few leaking indoor and outdoor faucets, and fix a pipe leak. I was told it would take 3-4 hrs with one plumber at $116/hr. The office person also mentioned that a trainee would be coming out to watch/help/observe, and that I would NOT be charged for his/her time. When I did a walkthrough with the plumber before starting work, I asked his estimate on time. He said 3-4hrs, which lined up with the office person's estimate. Both repairmen were courteous and professional. Except for a few minor things, I thought the job was well done. When I received a bill for just under $1000, I was shocked. I called the office to get an explanation as to why my bill was almost double the original estimate. After talking to the plumber that did the work, the office person called me back and said that the second person did indeed WORK THE ENTIRE TIME (which I know was not the case because I was there the entire time), that my charge of $174/hr for the entire duration of the job was justified, and that I actually SAVED money by having 2 plumbers there to do my job. Well during his down time on the job, that second plumber told me he had just moved here from another state a few months ago and was learning the trade, just as the office person had said. The last dagger was that the plumber rounded up to the next 1/2 hour (at $174/hr) for the total time. After this experience, I cannot recommend Cary Plumbing.

My recent experience with this company was absolutely horrible. I used them once about a year ago to install a faucet and called them for repeat business since the first time was a good experience and pricing was fair.

A year ago, they installed one faucet, sent one plumber, total was less than $200 for parts and labor for one plumber. Called again giving them repeat business, for a similar job to be done, only this time 2 faucets in double sink vanity. They sent 2 people - a plumber and a helper - with no mention of this up front. Why would we expect them to send 2 people at an additional cost when last time only 1 plumber came to do virtually the same type of work? When the plumber and helper came, they asked where the outside spicket was that they were there to repair. They actually had an incorrect work order and didn't know what work they were there to do until my husband told him. When I called asking why we were being charged a higher hourly rate for 2 people (plumber and trainee), the receptionist said it was a 2 person job - yet the first time on an almost identical faucet install only one plumber was sent. It does not take 2 people to install faucets. We were charged a higher hourly rate, billed almost $300 in parts and 2 hours labor at $174/hr - total invoice almost $700 for installlation of 2 faucets in a bathroom vanity. Took 3 days for Cary Plumbing to provide an itemized invoice, I assume because they needed time to doctor it up to make it look legitimate. Not sure how parts can cost almost $300 for a few water hoses and misc parts to install 2 faucets (which we purchased in advance). In addition, they had to be called back immediately because one faucet was leaking after they left the job - obviously they did not test their work before leaving. Horrible experience - find another plumbing company - there are lots around. My husband said the plumber was rude, and ditto for the receptionist when I called repeatedly asking for the invoice.

Our septic tank and leach field failed and we called several plumbers to get a quote to get our home connected to the city sewer. Out of the 10 plumbers we called, only 3 were available to give us a quote. Mike from Cary Plumbing was super friendly and listened to me when I was explaining my situation. He had an answer to every one of the questions that I had. He also knew exactly what processes needed to be executed to get us connected. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other two plumbers that talked over and down to me. I was confident after my interaction with Mike that Cary Plumbing's team could handle this job. I was not wrong. Frankie, his assistant, and Bill did a fantastic job. It was their mission to get us hooked up to the city within the day and they hustled and made it happen. Bill was a wizard on the excavator. I have never seen anyone maneuver so skillfully on an excavator like that. It was truly impressive. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. For all future plumbing needs, Cary Plumbing is getting the first call.

Came home from a week away to a leaking water heater. Luckily it appears that it had been leaking less than a day. Since it was the weekend, and not a real emergency, called first thing Monday morning.

Talked to someone who took all my information and said the scheduling people would have to call me back within 30 minutes. The person wasn't sure they could get out today. Not expecting same day, just need to get it fixed.

Within 15 minutes scheduling called back. They confirmed the type of water heater and said they would be out within a half hour. Tech called about 15 minutes later that they were on the way.

Water heater replaced, they were cleaned up and gone before noon.

Couldn't ask for more than that.

Great communication. Great response time. Very professional looking install. They recommended and installed a couple of upgrades (new house shutoff that's a ball valve and a pan under the new water heater, both things I was going to ask for anyway).

We will definitely be calling them the next time.

My only complaint is that their off hours message should include their hours. I could not find them on their web site either.

Great service

Cary Plumbing has tried to fix my daughter’ three toilets in her rental until multiple times. She is still having an issue with the master toilet running cause a high water bill. The last time the technician came out I was at the house for her as she works full time. The technician was ver nice and polite and showed me what he was replacing. When my daughter called the rental agency about the toilet still running she was told the reason they could not properly fix the toilet was because I rushed them. That is totally untrue as I am retired and had nothing else to do that day.

Cary plumbing completely replaced our Quest pipes with Pex throughout the entire upstairs. They also put in all new fixtures, sinks, drains and pipes for our master bathroom remodel. This was a completely new design which entailed removal of all plumbing for the new layout.

Mike Tingen with Cary plumbing was the lead plumber from start to finish on the entire project. His attention to detail is phenomenal!!!

We will use Cary Plumbing when we remodel the kitchen and Quest pipe replacement downstairs in the 2nd/final phase.

I recently had Donnie come out to my home to fix a couple of toilet issues. I've called on Cary Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs since I bought my current home almost thirteen years ago. They have always been professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. I have recommended them time and time again and now my neighbors call on them when they have any plumbing needs. It's rare to find a company that you choose to do business with repeatedly. It's obviously great to not have a need for a plumber, but when I do, I rest easy knowing I have a reliable company that I can count on. Donnie and Brandon are simply the best of the best. I will definitely continue to use them and am grateful for all the wonderful work they have done for me.

This company came back to fix an outdoor faucet which was defective after only 6 months of use. Good customer service. Jason was knowledgeable and prompt.

We just moved into our home on October 5th. On October 9th the kitchen sink backed up while the dishwasher was running. Not too big of a deal, we decided we would deal with it the next day. Well the next day, Sunday, we woke to find the first floor toilet had back up, water all over the place. Now we were in panic mode. We called Cary Plumbing after hours emergency number. Within a few minutes, Jason from Cary Plumbing called back. He was at our door within a half hour and diagnosed our problem right away, the main sewer line was clogged. Jason got to work right away and within 45 minutes unclogged the main sewer line. We are forever great full for all that was done. We will be using Cary Plumbing in the near future for other plumbing projects we are planning to do. Thank you again Jason for coming out on a Sunday to save the day!!

Cary Plumbing installed our last (2) water heaters at our Hair Salon business. I called them today to repair our Water Heater and they responded to diagnose the issue. After determining that we need a new gas flow valve, I requested the order for the part, then install as soon as possible. We are a business and clearly need hot water to serve our customers. We diagnosed the problem Fri. 1:00 pm, however the man who orders the part is not in the office this pm. So apparently no one else to take over this task. Therefore they WONT order this part until Mon. The day I was hoping for install. Then apparently I would have to wait until Wed. or Thur. for install because that is how far out they are scheduled. Their after hours man will only schedule when part arrives and if he is available. My HVAC contractor recognizes that we are a business and responds in a more accommodating way. Cary Plumbing does not serve the small business. Wonder how they do residential???????

they also adjusted two brass bathroom sink drains that we had been told at move-in were broken and would be very expensive to replace. Each service performed by Cary Plumbing over 6 years has been been professional and thorough - never a recall. Most recent call had to be scheduled several days ahead for the first time. They apologized and offered to flag it for any cancellation and their system worked!! They do their very best to accommodate you !! Jason efficiently took care of the problem this time but we have never had anyone we would not have again. Thank you Cary Plumbing , Cary plumbers, and most important of all -- thanks to the efficient office personnel - the ones who REALLY take care of you!

We had a problem with the plumbing technician that originally came out to try and solve our problem. Cary plumbing was amazing in their response. Mike Tingen, supervisor, came over the following day and resolved our plumbing issue in under two hours. In response to our troubles the day before, he refused to take payment. He did amazing work and now has a customer for life. We happily recommend this company!

My 10 year old gas water heater started to leak yesterday, letting me know that it was time for it to be replaced. I did a search on the Interned to help me make an intelligent choice in contracting with a plumbing company. I was impressed with the customer testimonials and web site of Cary Plumbing Co... I called them and received a competitive quote and good appointment choices. Zack and Bancho arrived on time and quickly and carefully removed the old system and installed a new unit. All looks good and I am very happy to have chosen Cary Plumbing for this job.

Amazing overpriced!!! I has a small gas leak and they charged $190 per hour labor rate. I later learned that my HVAC company charges $80 per hour. AVOID.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Cary Plumbing Company. The plumber who came for our simple toilet installation took the time to answer a myriad of questions about how to solve a water flow problem in our kitchen. He took the initiative to check everything out, found a problem and after making the initial fix checked every possible point where it might recur. Three thumbs up and we'll never call anybody else!

A few months ago I called them to unclog my kitchen sink. They showed up spent about 35mins and cleared the clog. 2 days later I had to called them to come and unclog my downstairs shower which they claimed was a continuation of the problem and this was common. A few days later my luck my downstairs bathroom ptrap had a leak so I figured I would give these guys call. BIG MISTAKE!

They fixed the ptrap and failed to mention that my pop needed to be replaced. A few months went by and my popup broke. I gave them a call and figured they would come out and fix it no problem as this was in the same bathroom they had just fixed. WRONG! Took them 1 week to come out which I thought was strange but figured they were busy.

Once the guy came out he mentioned it would be 1 hour of labor and $27 for parts. What!?? How could you charge me another hour of labor if you were the one that came and changed my ptrap? Wouldnt you just have told me to replace both? The guy said if we dont see a problem we dont worry about it. Sometimes these popups break when they get tighten to much.

Who do you think was the one who tighten popup in the first place? It was them and they claimed they only had 90 warranty on parts. It wouldn't have mattered since they say this is a new issue.

Please be warned and stay away. I told the guys this was ridiculous and asked what they could do for me and all he said was, well I can drop my hourly rate to a continuation rate. Are you kidding me? So they were not doing that already since they created this problem?

Stay away and use someone else who isnt there to just keep taking your money. Please use another company who stands by their work.

Cary Plumbing is the real deal! Their employees are professional and experienced. The entire process from the person answering the phone, scheduling the appointment to completing the work is seamless. If there are any concerns, they come back out and address them promptly. We have an older manufactured home and the main pipe split under our family room. I called Cray Plumbing. They were able to get to me within a couple of hours. The guy was so nice he even befriended our 2 large labs. He had the leak fixed in a matter of about an hour to hour and half. He had no problems crawling around under the house. Price was reasonable. I just received a check from Cray Plumbing. After they processed the invoice they realized I was over charged and they sent me a check as reimbursement. They are a trustworthy and honest company. I will recommend Cray plumbing to everyone I know. Thank you so much for making my life a little easier.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM DUE TO HIDDEN , SURPRISE CHARGES, We hired Cary plumbing to replace the water heater in the attic. The service was good although the reason I am giving them a 1 star was they tacked on over $100 for a third installer to help the team bring down the old heater from the attic. Cary plus,bing has come to the house to give us the price to replace the heater so they knew that it was in the attic and the quote included removal and disposal. This was not disclosed to us at all and was simply added to the final bill when the installation was already complete so we couldn't do anything about it.
I would not trust Cary plumbing as you never know what additional surprise charge they will add on to the final bill. We called the company 3 times to resolve this , even offered to pay 50% but they refused to budge. Very disappointed as we went with them based on their reviews.

Their hourly rate for labor is $119, even if they only stay 10 minutes to replace a sink faucet cartridge. This is in addition to the diagnostic visit cost of $42.

I first used Cary Plumbing last year to put a water heater in my new home. The turn around time was fast, they were super affordable and the two guys that came out were great. Luckily I have not needed a plumber until this morning. Cory was patient with the issue and took his time to explain things to me. I would also like to mention that one day I had an issue with getting water to one of my outside faucets. A nice guy on call that weekend walked me through my shut-off valves and even let me send him photos where he could take a look at them to let me know what was what. I do not know many companies that would spare the time without making you feel like you were bothering them, especially on a Saturday. I will continue to use them and have recommended them time and time again.

These folks are outstanding. I had a complicated plumbing issue that I was really worried about and they totally took care of it. They were on time, took the time to investigate, brought in tools I did not know existed, and sorted everything out. We would not even think about calling anyone else for plumbing repairs. I had gotten some pretty good feedback on these guys from neighbors, but when I called, I was a little skeptical. The guy on the phone didn't say who they were and basically sounded uninterested in having my business (being that I have a BIL in the business who sounded a lot like this guy, I ignored it.). Thankfully I stuck it out cause the guys (Donnie I think was one of them) who did the install were fantastic. I was told they would be there between 830-930 and at 830, I had a phone call making sure they would be equipped to replace our current water heater with the right new one. Within 2 hours of arriving, they had the old one out and the new one in. Super happy with their work and professionalism!

We reached out to them to have a water shut-off valve replaced alongwith a few other things.They were pleasant & professional and were able to schedule us couple of days from the day we called. Danny completed the work we discussed and even fixed a leaking flush tank, all in the estimated time he gave me at the start. He was quick & cleaned up after himself. Excellent work. The payment process was quick, however an online payment system or may be a point of sale thingy the plumber could use on their phone would be a great addition, as it would nake the payment process much more easier.

I used them to fix a water main leak, and spent $3000 on it. Now when I call to ask for an estimate, they want to charge me to come over and give me an estimate. Nevertheless, I realize that inflation is impacting everybody and gas and diesel prices are way up. So, I want to say that Cary Plumbing did a great job with a water main leak, and were thoroughly professional. I would definitely use them again, and have asked them for an estimate. Will update.

Made an emergency call today (Saturday) for a blockage in our main line. The water was backing up into our downstairs toilet and sink. They were able to accommodate us same day and showed up when they said they would. Plumber took a look at everything. and figured the problem resolved itself .He still had us run some tests and ran a snake at the end of our line to remove what he thought was a partial blockage. He did not charge us which I greatly appreciated. We have used CP for years and have been very happy, I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Had a great experience! We had drain issues backing up when washing machine was draining. Called Cary Plumbing and in about 3 rings spoke to an actual person who helped me get an appointment set up. Rich the technician showed up on time - was very professional and went right to work. He took time to explain things (I’m not a do it yourselfer ha ha) and gave tips on how to handle in future as well as things to look & listen for. He was in and out in less than an hour! We are back up & running with a load of laundry humming right along, which will make my wife happy that it’s happening before she gets home!

Not real happy with the install - placed hot water heater on a concrete slab with our using a stand or block to keep it off the ground - will cause premature rusting. Poor workmanship.

Honest people and great work.

I had to call for a sewer line clog on Thanksgiving morning. Rich was on-call and called me back right away. He was at the house within the hour and had the line cleared fast. He also found the city clean-out, which the previous company was unable to do. Rich was also helpful, professional and hustled to get the work done right. I was relieved and thankful!
