KC was very professional and friendly. And most important he was there in less than 2 hours after the call. He had a difficult job to do for us since this was a tough clog but finally got it, very happy. If you’re highly price sensitive maybe want to check around but the service is top notch. Thanks again. Will use them again.

Had a leak that came from nowhere had 2 different plumbers come out quoted me very high and never told me the actual problem, found this company got them to come by they found the issue and fixed immediately at great price thanks again!

Toilet in powder room, wax seal leaking. I went online and searched for plumber near me. I chose Redco. I made appointment for next day. Plumber was on time, courteous. He assessed what was wrong, made the repair and was gone in 45 minutes. I also needed a new water turn off valve, which he replaced. Very easy scheduling, very nice customer service and very efficient work.

Had an emergency Hot Water Heater leak issue on Friday morning and also water was getting really hot. The leak was getting bigger and water turnoff did not work. Redco was very responsive and send person ASAP. They were able to remove old and and install new tank with getting required permit and finished the job late on Friday night so we could open for business on Monday morning. They even made trips on Sat & Sunday to check everything was working as expected. Customer service was top notch. I recommend them for any Plumbing work.

Master bath needed a new faucet. Redco plumbing came and replaced it. We have Covid concerns about who comes in our home, they made us feel comfortable by wearing proper coverings. Very good work, cost was good, and they cleaned up afterwards.

We called many 24/7 companies in the area and REDCO Plumbing was the only one available to send someone to come check out our hot water heater at 1am. We got Kay (Kassiem) as our tech and he was super helpful, gave us different options, and got there quicker than expected! He even reached out the following day to see if we had any other questions. Really great customer service, we’ll definitely use REDCO plumbing in the future!

This is the first and only call you should make. I called Redco at 4:25, on a Sunday. They arrived at 5:15. The two gentlemen that helped me with a clogged drain were professional and courteous. They solved the problem quickly and cleanly, and for a very satisfactory price. I recommend Redco to anyone with a plumbing emergency.

Impressed by how shockingly well they did and quick! Roto Rooter quoted me 925 for the shower repair. Redco flawlessly repaired the shower (it even works more smoothly now than before!) PLUS fixed toilet seal - BOTH for 675. Plumbing can be expensive but I feel like they charged a fair amount for both jobs. VERY happy and will use them again :)

I cannot thank them enough. We had a bad to worse situation in the bathroom of our house, not to mention it was over the weekend. I was referred through Thumbtack. I was contacted within 5 minutes of placing a request, the staff came out 2 hours after that. For a Saturday, that is beyond impressive! They helped! Thank you Redco!

We called Redco plumbing around 11:30pm on a Friday night. A live human answered our call quickly (many other companies had an automated system that took forever) and he was responsive and got a team to our house within an hour. The two techs were here for almost 4 hours trying to figure out why our bathroom and first floor was flooding and the shower was backed up. These two guys were absolutely amazing. One if their machines broke trying to clear the pipes and the bigger machine got stuck because the issue was so big. Unfortunately, with a broken and stuck machine, there was nothing more to be done. By 9:30am one of the techs that was here overnight and another tech were here working on the issue. They fixed the issue, cleaned up and set us up to change out the pump so this doesn’t happen again. All three techs that we worked with went above and beyond and we will continue using them for all of our plumbing needs!!!

Update to what’s below:
It turned out the leak returned shortly after Cory left. I let them know and Cory returned and truly fixed it for no cost. We have a well system so the sediment needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.

This indeed was a challenging job. I appreciate their desire to make it right.

I had a leaky shower faucet. The cylinder and cartridge needed removed but was damaged.

I provided the new cartridge and trim kit.

Cory was on time and professional. Removing the cartridge was a beast of a job. I’m ver grateful Cory got it out, replaced it and put the kit on.

Only two issues prevent me from giving a five star rating.

He did leave the floor of the shower dirty and there were some sharp pieces of the previous cylinder left there.

I was not given any cost info up front and he struggled to explain why there was a line item for the new cylinder which I provided.

I was more than willing to pay for labor but shouldn’t need to pay for any parts.

Ultimately we agreed the line item ultimately represented labor after we reduced the cost. But it was an odd way of characterizing the work.

Overall I do recommend Redco as they are prompt to respond and do the job correctly.

Redco installed a gas hot water heater. I called and the same day Redco installed a new hot water heater. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them very professional company.

These guys were great. They were out at my house less than 90 minutes after I contacted them. I thought it was an issue with the fill tank, but they quickly diagnosed it was the shut off valve and replaced it. I’d call them again for any plumbing need.

I called Redco when I had a leak and my water would not shut completely off. They were responsive and sent someone out soon to check it out. They were able to replace the faucets for my my washing machine and they replaced my water shut off knob for a new valve. They completed this on a Friday evening. I will need a plumber for a new kitchen faucet very soon, and I would not hesitate to have Redco come out and do thet project.

KC was the main plumber who helped us, but a few guys from their team came out to assist. They were all kind and professional. KC was a really nice guy, did great work, and fixed the whole problem. He was on-time, stayed until he got the job done, and cleaned up after himself. No shortcuts. It can be hard to get quality work done like this, especially when you are renting. Really nice team to work with. I would and will use them again on my own properties in the future.

I had a drain clogged at 430 on a Friday! I truly wasn't expecting to get service today. But KC with Redco replied back, called me to get an understanding of what the problem was and was at my house within an hour! He asset the problem and explained it to me as he was fixing the issue. Professional the entire time as well as keeping me in the loop of what was going on. Will definitely use this company again. Flawless customer service!

The guy running the show Kassiem is absolutely rude . No need to hire if that that's how they talk to customers .Needs to do some customer service training . Talks to you like gum on the bottom of his shoe .

I dealt with Kay entirely remotely. He helped me understand exactly what was going on over video calls while troubleshooting and being sensitive to cost options. He was shockingly attentive and wanted to address things as quickly as possible to make for a good experience for my guests. Highly recommend him and the company.

- charged ~250$ to unjam a garbage disposal.
- The technician said the garbage disposal needs repair just to unjam it which takes about a minute.
- I did not like the part where the technician assumed me dumb and kept me blindsided that the disposal needs a repair, portraying it be a blown up situation. Said the drain is clogged which could be a resaon the dishwasher not draining... etc etc.. all the while it being a jammed blade.
- initially told the diagnosis is 130$ and that would be it if the fix is simple, but ended up charging 100 bucks more to unjam it.

- Wouldn't call them again, it didnt seem to be a trustworthy service.

Extremely professional very punctual very reasonable pricing came when I drop of a dime and fix my needs that's what I get for trying to be a plumber but thank God for Redco Plumbing

I called to get a set of keys out of the toilet that were accidentally drooped. When the plumber, arrived he told me it would $175 for just coming out, $250 to go into the toilet, and $ for this $ for that .. none of this has been communicated prior to his arrival. I told him to leave but did pay the $175 service fee. The next day .. another plumber came out and retrieved my keys. I shouldn’t have paid the $175 but ? Idk 🤷🏼‍♂️..

Can boy say enough great things about KC and his team. I had a late night Plumbing issue and he responded within minutes. Came out, diagnosed the issue and repaired my toilet first thing in the morning. 10/5 stars if I could!

We worked with Kay and had a great experience. The first diagnosis of the problem didn’t end up being enough, and he came back and advocated for a decreased total cost since the first work didn’t fix the problem. We’ll use them again.

My water heater started leaking and I needed to get it replaced asap and I called over 12 numbers to try to get a plumber the very next day and Redco was the only one who rushed to get here to replace the water heater for me.
