I called Teal about our office well not working. He and Trey showed up an hour or so later and totally repaired the pump. They are efficient, quick and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone with a well issue. Great service and nice!

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Will definitely use the service again and would welcome Danny anytime as our service expert.

Plumber 24/7 is a reliable business. Their guy fixed several leaking faucets in my house. He showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. In terms of price, he didn't charge me as much as other plumbing businesses said they would. Reliable and professional. I recommend this business to everyone. Exceptional service!

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.
