We had Santy come out and help us with our kitchen remodel. Not only was he on time, he was very professional. He updated some of our old plumbing pipes, installed a new PRV, toilet, vanity, and sink. Santy has years of experience and it shows! Would highly recommend to anyone residential and commercial.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

My water heater decided to spring a leak and I walked downstairs to swap laundry and found a swamp in my entryway. Unfortunately because my Husband is sick with Covid we had a really hard time finding anyone willing to come to our house in any reasonable amount of time. Even though we offered to wear masks, stay upstairs, or even to sit in my car and leave the house the earliest anyone was willing to come out was in 6 days. I called around to 10+ places and the only one who returned my calls in a timely manner and was willing to come to our home was Eddie at Affordable Plumbing. We stayed upstairs and communicated through telephone. He was super knowledgeable and even helped to trouble shoot some other issues we were having for a future visit. I'm so greatful to Eddie as I had no idea how we would have survived in Quarantine with no water for 6 days. From the bottom of my heart thank you for helping this poor nurse out!

Alan did an incredible job fixing my toilet and was very eager to even help me over the phone. He was incredibly kind and quick to respond and tell me when he could come out and help. While he was helping to fix the toilet, he even showed me how to do it myself so that I could fix it on my own if a similar situation ever arose. He was very professional and very fun to talk to. I definitely recommend using The Raleigh Handyman for any repairs, and I will call Alan anytime I need a handyman in the future!

They charged $270 to install one toilet!!! Easily triple what I have paid other plumbers in the past. Total rip-off for a halfhour job and $15 of materials max. They didn’t make this pricing known ahead of time. The technician they sent was a new guy, not a licensed plumber and was not supervised by a licensed plumber. He wouldn’t leave until the bill was paid in full. I called and complained and found out that the actual plumber holding the license teaches during the days and doesn’t take part in the estimates or actual operations. Not impressed.

Representative came out and provide upfront pricing for all options considered. Bit pricier than the rest of the service providers, but was considering it since I went through Costco for the quote.

I initially posted difficulty communicating with NC Plumbing Pros to get scheduled to complete service. However, I am happy to report that contact and a follow up appointment was made. Jeremy was courteous to contact me when he got delayed on a previous job but reported promptly to my home as soon as he finished. He was professional and completed the work on my garbage disposal and faucet. I am thoroughly pleased with the way things ended. Thanks Jeremy for a job well done!!

Called this company this morning, they visited my property by 12pm, and fixed the emergency leak for a great price. The receptionist and the tech were amazing through the process. I will be sure to use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
