My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. The Montrond Company's responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency is one of the best. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you Sillas!

The night before Thanksgiving around 11:30 at night, I found out that the main drain to my house had a major clog and water began to back up into the basement. I could not use any water (including flushing toilets) until the clog was no longer. I had 20 guests coming for Thanksgiving dinner at 12pm Thanksgiving Day!! My plumber was not doing emergency calls so I called RotoRooter's 24 hour emergency service. I was not the only one in need but through reassurance they said they would be there in time for me to still be able to finish preparing and serve dinner as planned. As you can imagine, I was very anxious. I phoned 2 times during the early morning to check on E.T.A.. The dispatcher was not only pleasant but made me feel at ease during a very stressful situation. Happy to say the plumber arrived by 10:15 am. He was very courteous, professional and was able to unclog the pipe by 11:20. My first guests arrived at 12pm. My Thanksgiving went off as planned. I could not be more thankful!

Erick did a fantastic job and worked so efficiently. He answered my inquiries with the utmost competence and clarity, easily explaining difficult ideas. I'm pretty happy with it and would probably recommend it to others in the future that require plumbing services. Both Erick and Ralph were friendly, honest, and capable in this situation. I have no doubt that I will use this company again. By five o'clock in the afternoon, my request, which I had made on their website at midnight, had been satisfied. How thrilling! I'm incredibly grateful for it.

I had an excellent experience with a plumbing issue. Maddaleni Plumbing's work was efficient, got the problem in my kitchen fixed, and at a fraction of the cost of another plumber's estimate. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He fixed a problem in an hour an a half that two other plumbers couldn't accurately diagnose and fix.

Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. Fixed our sink in very short oder. Reasonable pricing and very professional in our home. So glad to not have search for a plumber any longer. All of our business will go to Real Deal

Not only was he on time, but he went above and beyond on our service and took the time to show me pictures of the before and after and really explain what he did and how we can better care for our HVAC system. 10/10 service, truly thrilled with my experience!!

The technician from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Boston Inc was very responsive and did a wonderful job. I had some leak problems and he had to do some tricks to find proper replacement parts. God job.

Rich Matthews installed an indirect water heater in our home, and the overall experience has been super-positive. He took the time to explain how indirect heating systems works, the pros and cons of other types of water heating systems, and helped us identify the best solution for our home. The first “visit” was virtual, via FaceTime, and he surveyed the existing setup with a lot of attention to detail before proposing how to proceed. He came over the next day to prep / setup, and the day after installed the heater! He is very professional, super organized, excellent communicator, has great attention to detail, followed covid-safety protocols. This has been a very positive experience. The faucet in our shower/tub started a full on steady stream of dribbling last night, this morning I called five/six plumbers before I got someone to answer directly the phone directly. Everyone else was saying they were all full up for the whole week- Joe was able to fit us in today. Fixed the issue quickly & we’re so grateful! Highly recommend!

Anthony and crew were friendly and got the job done quickly and cleanly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. It was a little pricey, but worth it for the quality.

Called to have a water heater replaced and pressure regulator valve installed and new drip and pressure relief lines ran for water heater. Dan showed up and was very professional and thorough with the estimate. I had him come back to perform the work with his other co-worker Sam and they did an amazing job. They cared about doing things right and didn't start to rush as the day got long. They had masks and covers for their shoes and cleaned up after they were done. They are good guys.

I wish I could give the less then 1 star. I needed to install 2 Ecobee Thermostat. Which takes normally 25 mins per unit. They charged me $250/unit. Total of $500 for the work of less than 1 hr this does not include the Ecobee device.. Total Rip off. On the top of that guy is so brainless, He can't put the back plate of the unit. He just kept it hanging on the wall. why would someone keep it hanging???? Will never call them.
