Not enough experience, I called to check a leak, the plumber had no idea to do the basics to find out the problem, next day I figured out the problem, after days I received the invoice, of one hr of service, do not call them, no solutions are all.

Our job look like a straight forward electric water heater, but no, there were problems in evacuating old tank. Rich had all the tools to circumvent the issue. This company did a service to replace a water heater for me. The pipes have gone extremely rusty in no time. They are completely unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times in the past few weeks about them needing to come back and take a relook but no response. I am covered under their service agreement but I have gotten no response from then after an extremely POOR JOB they did.
