Have not hired to do any work, so cannot comment on that aspect. However, when I called to ask about a problem in my bathroom, he was extremely helpful on the phone and suggested things that I can do first before having him or anybody else come over to have a look. He spent 5 to 10 minutes with me on the phone, at no charge, which is quite generous. Highly recommend calling. Said he would charge $75 to come over and take a look, FYI. Better than many other price quotes I received.

The faucet in our shower/tub started a full on steady stream of dribbling last night, this morning I called five/six plumbers before I got someone to answer directly the phone directly. Everyone else was saying they were all full up for the whole week- Joe was able to fit us in today. Fixed the issue quickly & we’re so grateful! Highly recommend!

The outside faucet was leaking and needed to be fixed. I also needed a main valve shut off and replace a few other faucets. Joe sent someone to look at it and he said he could fix it. His price was reasonable and he did an excellent Job. I called many plumbers but he responded to my call and fix it right away. I would recommend Mirabella Plumbing for any plumbing problems and call him again.

Repaired a broken valve for hot water in kitchen sink. Called Joe and he had someone at the apartment within a few hours. Professional and honest service. Reasonable rates for service call and labor. Highly recommend!

Joe helped me fix a water hammer problem over the phone. They didn't make any money off my problem, but they are on the top of my short list for plumbers.

Joe responded quickly to the typical emergency (I have no hot water) call promptly, and I had a new hot water heater at a reasonable price within 3 hours of the call. Not bad at all! Very professional, reasonably priced, honest and quick.

They came out the same day and were very reasonable in price.
