These guys did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater. Steve was prompt in answering all my questions. Was knowledgeable and practical when coming to solutions. The pricing was fair, they were on time, communicated well, and did a quality job. I would highly recommend.

Horrible service ever I had. All the thing he (his name Sam) needs is your money. I have trouble with combi heater Rianai hight efficiency unit. Then I caledl his plumber service. He came and When he saw my equipment which is new technology and he did not know how to fix it, he called Rinai customer Service but nothing job was done and all he want was money then ran out.

I am so mad about his job. Not done at all but he charged me $100 and ran out.

Please trust me if you dont want waste your time and your money.

Be careful when you get this service in your place. Avoid it. Pass it.

Drew and Peter were amazing and are definitely stars in my book! They were referred to us by our plumber because our plumber wasn't available. I can't say enough good things and would highly recommend them!

Narrow Way knows heating systems. I have a heating system with a pump running all the time. I called the company who installed the system several years back. The technician couldn't pinpoint the problem, but he suggested me to replace the control board for $1300! and say let's start with that. I am so glad I called Narrow Way. Mario came out and figured out the issue right away, now the problem has been fixed and I am so happy. From now on whenever I get boiler issues, I will always call Narrow Way first.

Updated Review:I wrote my review listed below out of frustration because I had reached out to several plumbing companies, I either didn't get a response or a response that they wouldn't come out to my unit. I took Akian Plumbing's rejection personally which is my fault. Tara, the customer service manager took the time to personally call me to get an understanding of what happened and I got an understanding from their perspective why they don't service certain areas. Anyways, really appreciate this conversation and commend them for being excellent/caring with customer service.Original Review:I called them to schedule an estimate to my unit. No one called me back. I used their website today to schedule an estimate and got a text back that they don't serve my area. Although on their website they say they serve Boston, but not Mattapan even though Mattpan is a part of Boston. Not sure why this is. Overall a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I plan on calling again for my yearly boiler maintenance.

I called him at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning and left a message. Kevin McGrath called back in 20 minutes. After explaining the situation, he said I'll come over between 9 and 10 AM, but he arrived a little earlier before 9:00 AM.

Within 20 minutes he had figured out a work-around to get it going temporarily, and explained that his son (also named Kevin) would check on getting a warranty replacement, and we could discuss this after the weekend.

The fact that he came right away, knew exactly how to fix it (being an older gentleman he knew some tricks the younger guys probably wouldn't have come up with), and on a weekend made it well worth the price. I would definitely give him a big thumbs up.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY - I WAS PROVIDED WITH MISINFORMATION and PUSHED TOWARD A SYSTEM THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN!!I was specifically interested in a Unico System (high velocity, small ducts) and called Sila to discuss. I was told the following by a project manager at the company:1. This system would cost $30,000 to install! (I spoke to the manufacturer who reported that the equipment cost was ~$6,000). Apparently, they would charge $24,000 in labor to install a system that has a smaller footprint...*My home is 800 sq feet for reference :)2. I was told by Sila that the Unico system is NOT compatible with any boiler...this is ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE. I discussed this with technicians at Unico. Obviously, the boiler needs to meet specifications to heat your home, but the Unico system is compatible with any boiler that meets those specs.3. I was pushed to consider a conventional system - which I am NOT interested in...If I could give Sila 0 Stars I would!!

Michael with Presidents Plumbing was super responsive when I had a problem with my heat. He took care of the issue and I had heat within an hour. He was super professional, explained the issue & how I can prevent it. For sure someone to rely on!

Don Nally and his team do good work and stand by it (we had a double combination boiler install). Would have preferred a bit better communication/scheduling during the job but it was worth it in the end. Also, separately had a very fast turn-around for a smaller task (disposal replacement). Would work with them again.

We had a leaking pipe in our finished basement that would have ruined the carpeting. One call to Velocity Plumbing and Heating resulted in prompt service at a reasonable price that saved the day!

Great, efficient, timely, professional.

Our heating system started blowing cold air so we called our usual plumber (who also does heating), but never received a return call after 24 hours. During that time period we also called someone else who was very highly rated and also never received a returned call. I then called Aquaflow who had some great reviews as well and Vincent called me back in about 45 minutes. He told me he could come out the next morning which was great and he even showed up exactly when he estimated that he would! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and told me every thing he was checking out to diagnose the problem. Within a couple of hours the part that failed was replaced and I had heat again. I very much appreciate his quick response and the quality of work provided, especially during some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up to your house being 49 degrees, but thanks to Vincent we will be waking up much warmer tomorrow morning!

Quality plumbing company with excellent responsiveness. As a contractor, I have had the Pavidis team start and finish many kitchen and bath projects. They have showed up when needed, given me the heads up on upcoming project hurdles and nailed their estimates. Highly recommended from a builders perspective.

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
