I own two old houses and the guys seem to be adept at dealing with their vagaries. I can't say enough good things about these guys. We had a severe and particularly difficult sewer line problem - on a downhill slope, 100 year old line, gigantic city tree sitting directly on the line - three other reputable plumbing companies told us nothing further could be done until the tree was removed. These guys were able to do the work in a timely and formidable fashion.

Customer response: EXCELLENT. The person that answered the phone gave me a few times in the afternoon. I told her I had an afternoon appointment, and she said she could squeeze me in a bit earlier. Perfect...she called back an hour later saying someone had cleared earlier, and she could send him. Result: the technician was at my house within 90 minutes of my call. Good job.

Most recently, we had a serious sewer pipe crack that needed to be replaced and both technicians did a terrific job managing the project. They got everything done in a day and really tried to give us a reasonable price for the serious nature of the repair. Highly recommend them.

I do not typically write reviews, but when I do, I want to give credit where credit is due. On Friday, I was cleaning the bathroom that is used by my three teenage boys with large Afros. The tub became clogged from debris from the window seal and hair. I came across 24 HR Emergency Plumber Boston Inc when searching on Google.
