Simon is an honest and great plumber. I dropped my contact lenses into the side hole of my bathroom room. And I want to find it out. It's like an impossible mission but I still want to give it a shot. Simon learned my situation, told me what he might do and honestly told me he could not guarantee it would succeed. Though it was very late, he still came to my place and helped to solved the problem. He tried every means he could think of. Even when I had given up, he was still trying, very professional! Another important thing is he charges very reasonably and performs greater than he asks for. Five starts! Definitely give Simon a call if you need a plumber!!!

I want to truly thank Shawn M. and the team at Brandano Plumbing who came to my home and replaced my worn-out water heater. The previous install was an absolute mess and showed the professionalism that Shawn had and the work he put in to do the job right. I have used Brandano for years and they have always done a superior job. Shout out to Mike for hiring outstanding people that care and do a great job. Five-star experience in every respect. Called Irfan on a Sunday to inquire about disconnect of an old gas stove and installation of a new one being delivered the following weekend. He called me back within 15 minutes and confirmed an appointment. He arrived on time for the disconnect and reconnect appointments, explained the work that was necessary, suggested an improvement to the configuration of the gas line/shutoff behind the stove, and was very friendly and professional throughout. He took all of the quirky aspects of the 125+ year-old building in stride and also helped me take a look at some other plumbing issues we plan to address in the near future. David at Rhino Rooter saved Mother’s Day! He came on a Sunday and spent so much time helping us with the flooding in our basement. We are grateful and all is fixed!

Very quick to respond, very communicative about arrival times. Transparent and professional. As a new homeowner I do appreciate their ability to break things down and explain clearly. Donners has been my go to plumber for years. They show up on time every time, always have the right parts, and always get the job done. I have had several heating issues dealt with by them and several water heaters replaced.

I just called last night (Sunday) at 5pm when I noticed that my water heater was leaking. They had it replaced by 11am Monday morning! They always answer the phone and consistently provide excellent service. They are very honest about prices and issues that arise and always clean up after themselves.

The one possible con is the price which is definitely high. But when that sewer is backing up or the heat is off in the middle of January they show up on time and get the job done with no issues. Excellent service and excellent quality.
