Worst ever. I have never felt the need to review a company the way I feel I need to review this one. The man I spoke to on the phone (who I believe was named Doug) was a COMPLETE jerk. They were a no show to their appointment a week ago. No big deal, these things happen. So I called them to check up on it afterwards, and he said he didn't see my name on the board. He asked when I called. I said I called yesterday and spoke on the phone with a woman to make the appt.

He said hmm did you speak with Terri? I said that may be her name. He said well there isn't even a Terri who works here, and as a matter of fact there weren't any women in the office yesterday at all, and started laughing. Basically calling me a liar!

I said, except for the fact that I called at 10:29AM yesterday and spoke to a woman with your number for over two minutes to make the appointment. I have the call logged.

What a jerk. Tried to put me in a lie, and then call me a liar for falling for a fake name. Unbelievable. After seeing several reviews of their poor customer service I should have known.

I should say, however, that the actual plumber he ended up sending was friendly and did a nice job, but I will never be using Durbin Plumbing again.

Kinman plumbing did a fantastic job at my home. They replaced my kitchen faucet, repaired pipes that were corroded under the kitchen sink, and replaced my garbage disposal. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were willing to meet my needs which meant three trips to my house. Thank you Kinman Plumbing. I would recommend you to any of my friends.

Beginning to end, I'm completely satisfied with Bryant's service call. When temperatures are a hundred degrees and your AC is out, you want everything to go right and this repair job went well. Everything up and running in less than 24 hours. Denzil was efficient, helpful, and courteous. Couldn't have asked for more. I'll be back.

Shane Gibson Plumbing made it to my doorstep before I could even get a call back from other plumbing companies. He advised me of exactly what was going on, and why it happened. He then only charged me for what was absolutely necessary to make the repairs, he was in and out like a flash. He was professional, courteous, respectful of my home leaving the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I expected to pay 3X what my total bill ended up being. I have found my plumber for life, thank you very much Shane Gibson Plumbing!

Avoid this place at all cost, lack of knowledge/expertise/professionalism/honesty is undeniable!

A-1 Drain & Sewer took care of our main drain clog, responding to our need within an hour and a half of my call. Problem solved!

Zac had come by and given me and estimate the week before. He was very informational and helpful about my option. Showed up on time and did good work.

The experience with them, from start to finish, was absolutely terrible. At one point, they abandoned a vanity on the front yard when a thunderstorm was coming which had to be moved to the back by us. Furthermore, two months after they've installed a new floor in this bathroom with the vanity, it now has a crack running completely all the way across the vanity, which is likely indicative that the floor was not properly installed. I would not recommend. If they do not have the capacity to do such a big job, they should not have bid it in the first place.

I have used Berryman plumbing numerous times over the years at multiple locations. I have used them to fix/replace water heaters, clean out roots from sewer lines, repair leaks, fix toilets, and a variety of other issues. I find them to be extremely reasonable price-wise and would not hesitate to call them again!
