A-1 Sewer and Drain Service quickly analyzed my drainage problem and efficeintly cleared my sewer line. Tim and Jeffrey were friendly...it was a pleasure to work with them.

These guys were great. I woke up to a flooded basement. I called a trusted plumber who diagnosed that I had an issue with the main drain line, so
he referred me to A-1. They put me on the schedule as their first appointment. They resolved the issue quickly and helped with another unrelated issue. They were professional, kept the job site clean, and charged a fair price. If I have another issue with a drain, I will definitely be calling them again.

These gentlemen were the absolute best. The guys that came into our home were courteous & kind, and made sure to explain everything in detail & before their next task. They also did a good job bringing equipment into our house so as to not leave a mess. Two thumbs up A1!

When every other company gave us the run around when we were trying to go through our home warranty place, these folks came out promptly and fixed our problem quickly! Great service reasonably priced! A1 was recommended by another plumbing company for their ability to bring out the Big Guns to get the job done. Within an hour of arrival and almost 150 feet of snake, our mainline was flowing. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Jared and Mike were exceptional. I called A1 late on Sunday and they were here by 10AM Monday. They went 40 feet into the main sewer line from the bathroom, removed the toilet, cut out the corrosion, and had everything back in place an hour later. Pricing was great. I have called on them 2 times and they get my business in the future!

Cleared a stubborn basement drain that another well known plumbing service could not, and for a very resonable price. I will use them again and give A1 my highest recommendation.

Best place for all your clogged drain needs.

I called an under $100 service and ended up paying $375 and they did not get my drain open. These guys came out and unstopped my drain for $150. I highly recomend them.

All hands down best place by far, everyone was nice and helpful. I called about my pipes being clogged and they came the same day and fixed it. Supper happy and cannot beat the excellent prices.

Our sink became clogged, after trying absolutely everything ourselves, we called a plumber from Maeser. He tried several options and was not successful at clearing the clog. We were told that we would need to cut out the drywall and replace 25ft of pipes. After discussing this, we decided to get a second opinion. Tim Holerbaum from A1 Sewer and Drain came out this morning. He is very personable and friendly. After about 30 minutes, he was able to completely clear our drain using a snake. We are so relieved to have a functioning sink and that we will not be spending $800+ to replace our pipes. Thanks Tim!

Incredible job by I think his name was Jesse and Mike. Tom Drexler wanted to jack hammer. They fixed this by simply by trying it a different way through the washer and bam, fixed. Go here!

We had water backing up and leaking through ceilings below. They were kind, prompt, and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend them! They did a great job!

I contacted A-1 to clean out a basement floor drain. The office staff and the “plumber” were polite and prompt. This is why I’m giving 3 stars.
The technician (NOT a plumber) arrived I led him to the basement where he tried to snake the drain. He quickly broke the springhead off of the snake. I asked him “ Aren’t you supposed to take that bolt off and clean it out that way”? He told me “no”. Collected my $100 and left.
I called another company. They unscrewed the bolt and had the line cleared, all in less then 3 minutes!! They also informed me the previous technician could have done some major damage trying to snake it out the way he did.

Tim H from A-1 showed up on time and was very polite. Even more important, he worked for over an hour to get my line out to the street sewer cleared of tree roots. I would recommend this service to anyone.

A-1 Drain & Sewer took care of our main drain clog, responding to our need within an hour and a half of my call. Problem solved!

They cleared my French drain for about a third of the price that Roto Rooter wanted and were very professional and thorough.

Called them about clogged pipes and they came out the same day. Was a quick fix. The guys were very friendly and gave me a lot of info on how to prevent another clogged pipe. I recommend this company to anyone.

Do not waste your time or money . Showed up, spent 30mins trying to clear a blocked drain and were unable to do the job they specializing in. Charged $265 for a job not completed, total rip off! Called another plumber who cleared the drain in 15mins

Call these guys first!
This is the second time I called a different plumber first and they could not unclog my toilet and drain. Both times A1 came in and finished what another plumbing company could not. These guys are efficient and knowledgeable and reasonable! From now on I will be calling A1 plumbing and sewer FIRST!

I've been using A-1 for about 10 years now to service our sewer lines (tree root issues). I highly recommend!!! Very honest, affordable, friendly and reliable company!!! I'd refer them to my mother....and I did!!!

The pipe from the drain pit for back flushing our swim pool filters was pretty much blocked. One company claimed the line couldn't be cleared with an eel machine and wanted to re-pipe the entire line. A1 arrived promptly (they have trailers and trucks with equipment to handle any situation), set up their eel machine and cleared the blockage within 45 minutes. Professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.

Tim was very patient and determined not leaving, until he got my drains open, which he did successfully !!! Thank you for your patience Tim!!!!
