Cooper is one of the kindest, humblest, smartest people I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspiring and I am so grateful to him as a person and a plumber. In 2020 I bought a 100 year old brick building with the hopes of renovating it into my live/work space. After getting into it I realized just how much work the building needed. I couldn't have done it without Coopers help. He cared just as much about the building as I did and project after project I am happy to say the building is running like new! I couldn't recommend Cooper's Plumbing more highly!

He showed up when he said he would. Gave us several options to fix our issues. He explained which option he thought was the best for us. It wasn’t the most expensive option either. He wasn’t trying to “sell” us the most expensive option just to make some extra cash in his pocket. He worked hard and got the problems fixed the same day so we could have water again. Brian Scroggins Plumbing will have my business from here on out.

Best customer service I’ve ever received. The owner (Mark) was a gem. He addressed all my needs and took take care of all questions I had for him.

I was having a minor issue with my toilet continuing to run, I called and they had a crew over within the hour. Got everything fixed and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

Called 2 weeks ahead from a referral of another plumbing company. Was quoted 800.00-1200.00 to move a washer. I accepted the quote and scheduled the service for a Monday 2 weeks away. Come Monday they didn't show up @ scheduled time (9am) to do the install. I instead get the owner to come over to merely tell me they couldn't get it done today a guy had a doctor appointment. Remember I scheduled 2 weeks ago. I then give them one last chance to see if they would work with me on the price because they didn't come when scheduled, I had already disassembled a closet, pulled the washer and dryer out and cleaned to give them adequate room. Now all that stuff has to go back. He told me it would be closer to 1200.00. At that point I realized they didn't deserve my money, very unprofessional. Lastly and the most funny part, while the owner was at my house another customer called him and said you were supposed to call me Friday and never did, he had to call them back. UNPROFESSIONAL!
