Needed some work done to complete a house inspection in order to sell house. Quire Plumbing sent out 2 guys. Knew exactly how to fix the 2 different situations. Took care of everything in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Workers were very professional and courteous. Would recommend this company above all others. Great job!

I have used Jerry Coomer plumbing numerous times over the past 10 years I have an older home which requires special skills, which Jerry possesses. I recently took out plumbing insurance in which you are billed on your water bill. Big mistake! They sent a plumbing company who spent 2 hours at my house and still could unclog my kitchen sink. They told me I would have to have my kictchen cabinets removed at my expense, in order for them to get to the part of plumbing where clog was. I called Jerry and he came right over and sucessfully unclogged the sink and replaced part of the pipe without having to remove any part of my cabinet I will never use anyone but Jerry Coomer. He definitely is an A-1 plumber.

Two days before Christmas our furnace stopped putting out heat. I called Glanz & Buffat (our regular service company) but they were swamped. As one could imagine with the frigid temps many others were in the same predicament as we were.
I called other HVAC companies but it was the same- no one could come out until Tuesday the 27th. My husband was very sick with the flu and already freezing; I was very concerned with his comfort and recovery.
My mom happened to have a technician’s private number - he was a Glanz & Buffat employee by the name of Kelly. It was a last ditch effort but I dialed Kelly’s number to see if he could help me. Well, Kelly not only talked me through it, told me what to do to get the heat going, but he checked back on us via text later that day and the next day. I am so grateful that he cared enough to give his best effort and advised us through a very difficult situation and even checked on us afterwards. Talk about going above and beyond! He has furthered our trust in Glanz & Buffat and we will continue on as loyal customers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Kelly!

extremely rude and unprofessional to customers

The response from Parker plumbing and the tone of the response is exactly the unprofessionalism that I received from this company. There are many other plumbing companies that treat customers so much better and with respect to a customer. See their REVIEWS on Yelp and BBB as there are more complaints on this company. If I had seen those first I would have never even wanted to use this company. The company was so rude to me that they yelled at me that if I wanted their service I would have to wait sometime next week. Do yourself a favor and call another company.
