Had a massive water line leak. Their crew showed up on time after a really painless communication process with the office. The two individuals that did the work were super polite, super friendly and, most important; competent. Got it done right and cleaned up things like it never happened. Thanks!

Jerry came out on a day when it was exceptionally cold and other plumbers were backed up and said they couldn't come out that same day. He came out in the evening at a time he could have charged after hour rates. We normally had been using Roto Rooter for our plumbing services but with this particular plumbing emergency, they said they couldn't come out until the next day. Jerry came out that evening and also beat the Roto Rooter price we had been charged.I felt he was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and actually cared about his work and doing a excellent job. We also appreciated how he explained to us why how drain sometimes doesn't work properly and how much it would be to fix it. This is something Roto Rooter said would cost over 1,000 and the estimate given my Jerry was substantially lower and more reasonable. He also noticed that one of our toilets had a weak flush and he told us why and gave us a great estimate in repairing the issue. We will be using the Jerry Bryant & Sons service again.

Maeser was able to quickly diagnose and repair my issue. Tom did a great job explaining the situation and I'm glad the fixture is working properly!

Ron and his team are the best. They gave the best estimates in town, did not play any games or give us the run around. They showed up on time, were very responsive, and did great work. We will absolutely be calling Good Plumbing again for services.

Liquid Fire is in fact an exceptionally Amazing Product. Just remember to read and heed all of their directions and instructions very carefully prior to the application process. Then, read them again and you will not only resolve your clogged drain problem, you will remain completely safe and unharmed, as you are working with highly caustic acid. That means among other terms the need to wear appropriate gloves, protective eye wear or a face mask if available and leaving no skin exposed in the event of unwanted direct contact through a splash back situation. Allow me to personally suggest having some clean clear water nearby in case it is needed for an emergent rinse. /// Please Note... Since my original review as listed above from seven months ago, yesterday on January 28, 2020, I was confronted with a similar need involving a different household bathroom sink. Once again I carefully adhered to the instructions leaving nothing to chance, memory nor imagination and the results once again worked like a charm. Purchased from the same local old fashioned hardware store and noticed they had a couple of similar looking knock-offs now available but I remained loyal without hesitation as I had already identified the best product without any need or desire to switch brands. Could not help but to notice within a few other reviews listed on Amazon there were a few unfair complaints about their local sources at much higher pricing levels. I paid $8.99 plus sales tax which was competitive with traditionally lesser grades of aggressive chemical treatments like Draino. If you have a beef about being ripped-off at the retail level, that is an issue completely out of the manufacturer's control or intention. Thank you once again 'Amazing Products Inc.' for bailing me out of yet another potentially much higher priced plumbing alternative. You have the knack for making my plumbing skills appear much more talented than they truly are.

They get 1 star because 0 was not a option. We are building a new home, they run our plumping before our slab was laid. They used different materials then what we asked for. Wrong sizes, wrong piping, we wanted pipes to be able to replace in years to come without tearing up our floor so they can place them into tubing that can be accessed forever but they did not do this, when we asked why they went against what we asked for we were told “oh that’s just a waste of time I have done this for years and never needed to do that”. Um ok you were paid to do what we wanted So not doing that step should make the price cheaper since not using the addition supplies but no they didn’t do that either. They also were suppose to pay the fee for state inspection after plumbing was put in when this did not happen weeks later we called and asked why we were told “oh we thought you were going to do it, but sorry we can do it now” we gave them more time to do this and called the inspector to be told they did not come in and pay fee or request a inspection. So another phone call to them to ask what the heck is going on and told “ sorry we will get it”. That should have been our signs to go elsewhere to finish the job but we again called to request them to come complete we needed plumbing connected to he septic tank, and pipes connected to water source with completing the dishwasher, refrigerator, sinks, washer, toilets, and two whirlpool tubs and showers. We decided to provide supplies since they did not use and do what we wanted the first time so we have sinks, tubs, toilets, faucets, drains and ect. Our over the phone quote was over 8000.00 we said even with us supplying everything she said oh we can knocked some money off at the end since you have all that. Ok so how much money? “I don’t know we don’t do it like that.” Upon further questioning we realized the quote did not include connection to septic tank or to the water supply. We were never given documentation of estimates or contracts but they do tell us we got them still no where to be found. We contacted a different plumber to make sure we were not in the wrong and when he hears and seen what was going on he actually called on-site plumbing in a three way call including us and he questioned there work and prices and overall job. “He was told things 100% different then we were but still wrong information and highly over priced. Our end result prolonged building of our home, half finished plumbing that can’t be fixed easily in the future like we asked, on top of hiring a new plumber to complete and repair things to pass codes. All the while onsite still has not offered any refund on what we paid pre- paid for. If anyone still decides to use this place make sure everything is documented and get individual prices for each thing! And remember there supplies are about ten times the cost elsewhere.

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

On September 18th 2022 Ed’s plumbing installed a water heater and charged me 1500 because they needed to bring it up to code in my house. Called last Thursday and spoke to someone at 6390990 and let them know my water heater isn’t working. He said he remembered me and would call me back and a week later hasn’t called me. I’ve been leaving messages everyday for a week today is Thursday July 27th 2023 and still haven’t received a response. If I could leave zero stars I would.

The plumber who came to my apartment got the job done but while he was there he threatened to kick my cat and he also was using swear words in front of my girl friend's grandmother. He was very unprofessional.
