Shane was easy to contact! He returned my call immediately . He was professional, polite and knowledgable. He was prepared and completed the difficult job in a timely manner. His price was very reasonable.
Shane did a great job explaining what we needed and helped us greatly. He was friendly, timely and while I don't look forward to plumbing emergencies, I won't hesitate to call him again and again.
Shane has fixed a couple problems we've had. He's great to work with, very responsive to texts and calls, and can get the job done quickly. Very competitive and reasonably priced.
We have called Shane several times over the past year. He shows up on schedule, and is a real professional. This last time, he tried to clear a drain, and his equipment couldn't reach the clog. He not only was able to tell us where the problem was, HE DIDN'T CHARGE US A DIME FOR HIS TIME. Shane also referred us to another company that had the correct equipment.
Shane came out the morning after I called and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The work preformed included the replacement of an old toilet flange, replacement of existing lead drainage pipe with PVC as well as replacing the main shut off valve to the house. I would hands down recommend Shane to anyone in need of a plumber.

I texted Shane and within an hour, he fixed our toilet. He's our plumber now.
Shane came through for us when we were in a pinch. We had a water valve leak and he helped us through getting it to stop. We will definitely be using him for any future plumbing needs!!

Shane helped repair a shower that wasn't draining. Of course, I tried to do it myself and that's why I ended up calling Shane. We've used him before and have always found him to be on-time, polite, and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Shane Gibson Plumbing to anyone in the Prospect/Goshen area. Shane Gibson Plumbing made it to my doorstep before I could even get a call back from other plumbing companies. He advised me of exactly what was going on, and why it happened. He then only charged me for what was absolutely necessary to make the repairs, he was in and out like a flash. He was professional, courteous, respectful of my home leaving the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I expected to pay 3X what my total bill ended up being. I have found my plumber for life, thank you very much Shane Gibson Plumbing!
