Very nice on the phone but never shown up. Failed to show 2 times and the 2nd time was a no call no show.

Excellent customer service. Randy was very helpful. He told me exactly what the problem was and helped eliminate and outside leak as a potential issue.

We had a weekend septic pipe break and they came out and saved us. They did a great job repairing the issue, and did it correctly and professionally. They’re now my go to and I'd definitely recommend them to others.

We had a leaking water heater on a Saturday night. Called two of the plumbers that advertise on the radio and best they could do was schedule for Monday. Called Stinnett and was put through to the owner Randy's cell, had my new water heater installed that day. Fair price, he's my plumber from now on.

Phenomenal!!! I can’t say enough good things about Stinnett Plumbing. It is few and far between to find a business now days that will do a good quality job, work the way they do and have good business ethics.
On a Saturday morning we woke to find out that our waterline to the house busted wide open. We were without water to the house. I thought this situation would not be resolved until the work week and we would be without water for days due to having to find a good plumber and everything else involved in restoring a water line to the house. I found Stinnett Plumbing on an internet search for plumbers in my area. They said they are open 24/7 and for emergencies. I called at about noon. Randy promptly answered and insured he would be over in a couple hours as they were in the middle of a job and had other jobs that day. However, he informed they could do the job that day. I was highly skeptical. I knew the extent of the damage and everything involved in order to complete the work. To my surprise, I was wrong! They showed up when he said they would. Randy, Jerry and Claud got out of their vehicle and immediately went to work. They dug by hand for approximately two hours trying get to the water line to find the break. Due to the extent of the break the dig required an excavator. I thought for sure now this was not going to happen. They said if I could get the yard marked for the utilities, they could still complete the job. I was really doubting if this job would be completed now. I was able to get the yard marked. They returned with an excavator and worked endlessly until approximately 945pm at which we had water restored to the house. Randy then returned on Sunday morning to back fill the dig. The charge for the job was not a gouging. The charge was a good fair market value for the work and job done.
I highly recommend Stinnett Plumbing if you looking for a plumber that does great work, does what they say they will and communicates with you to keep you informed. Like I said, I cannot say enough good words about Stinnett Plumbing , Randy, Jerry and Claud! I pray that Stinnett Plumbing continues their great business practice and they prosper greatly because of it.

The customer service was great. All were polite and courteous. However, following three tries my work was not completed correctly. When there was finally a major blunder, the owner yet refused to address the matter himself to ensure work completion. I was required to call a different company to correct and complete their work.

Jeremy from Stinnett arrived early, did a great job, worked very clean, including shoes off at the door! He was not bothered as I asked questions throughout. Will call Stinnett again every time!

Randy Stinnett came to give us an estimate for replacing all copper and cast iron pipes to prepare for our remodel. My husband and I both felt very certain that Randy and his crew would do a great job so we hired him on the spot. They came today as promised and we are VERY pleased. All the guys were professional and knowledgeable but Jerry stood out & worked tirelessly all day long.

Jeremy and Chance arrived and went straight to work. They were professional courteous and knowledgeable. They fix both toilets in my home and my kitchen sink a job well done.I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an awesome plumbing company.

Fantastic customer service! I called them today, and within 4 hours they were at my house and starting on digging 150 pipe and laying new water line. They were here till 10pm finishing the job. Will definitely use again highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! We had an issue that wasn't going to be fixed on one visit and Randy was fantastic at following up and even checking in after the work was complete to make sure everything was working properly. He and his crew were very professional. Highly recommend!

The main drain to our house was backed up and sewage was spilling into our basement. NONE of the larger companies had a 4-wheel drive vehicle that could get to our house in inclement weather. They also reported their next appointment was “days out.” Mr. Stinnett called us back immediately, and said he would be right over. He and his colleague were VERY professional and courteous. They worked on unclogging the drain and assisted in cleaning up the mess. We can’t thank him enough. No more big companies for us. Great service, great price, and great people.

We bought a very old house in March and this is probably the fourth plumber we’ve had to call out to the house. He came out on a Saturday AND He was EARLY! That is huge to us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed the problem and told us all the things we need to have done to keep it from happening again. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I just purchased our first home and ran into some plumbing issues. Randy came out on most people’s day off on Memorial Day. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what was going on. I would recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues. All around really great guy

Randy was sent through my home warranty to replace my broken water heater. He was great! He and his partner did a fast job and it was set up well. I appreciated that they cleaned up their mess too.

This is the second time they have been out for problems and have done an excellent job both times at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Randy came to my house in the middle of the night when my wife woke up to water everywhere from a backed up pipe and I was out of town. He stayed for hours to make sure he got the job done and done right! We tell everyone we know to use Stinnett Plumbing!

Will damage your property and then refuse to take responsibility. Left solder in my carpet. Will also harass you to meet with him after you decline multiple times, and makes very unprofessional remarks.

They do a great job. Service call is a little high priced but other than that they are awesome. Will not use anyone else.

Randy came out on a Saturday, diagnosed and fixed my plumbing issue all in one day! He thoroughly explained to me what was wrong and answered all my questions. He was very personable, professional and efficient! I definitely would recommend him!!!

They charged $1400 for a job that did not fix the problem for my mom... they dug up her pipes and septic trimmed and cleaned roots out of the pipes and LEFT them in the septic tank!! That caused the septic to get plugged up and brought water back into her house!! They came back out when this happened, before we realized what they had done, and then said she would need to replace her drain field!! $$$ The service man they sent brought a 12 yr old or so kid with him to the service call with out asking if this was ok and he had no knowledge of the situation or of the work that they had JUST done less than a month Pryor!!! It seemed the only thing that they Were aware of is the debris they left would absolutely back up her system causing another problem for them to try and scam her out of more money!!! 😡

I can now say I am happy with the service given and if I could I would give them 5 stars but do to the previous stmt a 4 is the best I can do. Today the guys were punctual, professional and courteous. They got the job done and was out of my house before 1.5 hours. Great Job!

At this moment I have to rate the service as 1 star as I have yet to actually get any services done although the owner has been dealing with them since the middle of last week. On day 1 when we were an add on appointment they just came to try and light a pilot light when they were informed a new unit was needed. Well after waiting 20 mins they say we need authorization and then will call to make an appointment,1 day gone. They call on Friday morning stating if they can fit us in (again mind you) on friday or saturday they will now that they have authorization. But they did not set an appointment, so we call back and make an appointment for that following monday at 3p just in case the fit in doesnt happen which we know wont happen. Of course it did not so now 3 days gone. We get a call on monday morning around 8a to say they overbooked and wont make it but assure they will be here on Tuesday at 11a. Really? All this time no hot water having to boil pots of water to take a bath. Maybe after tomorrow I can give this company a better rating but as for now their service isn't that great! Btw 4 days gone!!!

Stinnett has been to our home twice for calls under our home warranty policy. They are knowledgable, professional, and efficient. We recommend them highly.

This was very good experience. Fast, in good communication. Problem solved with disposal. Gave tip on how to keep it working so I won't need to call him again for that. Smart plumber.

I rarely give reviews but this guy deserves it! I had water leak and a gas leak in my home ( gas leak was discovered when it was thought the A/C was the only culprit) and my home warranty company sent Randy from Stinnett Plumbing out. Not only did he fix the gas leak, but also fixed a leaking toilet in my master bath that had gone undetected by a previous plumber. He was very friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. I would hands down recommend him to anyone looking for honest plumber.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I called Stinnett Plumbing after getting a quote from a more well-known brand in Louisville. Stinnett was able to come the next day (after I got off work!) and fix my issue within 45 minutes. PLUS, they only charged one-third of what the other company quoted me. Everyone needs to know about Stinnett Plumbing!

My water heater went out a couple weeks ago and I went through my home warranty company to get it serviced/replaced. Randy came out and was very upfront with not being familiar with the smart heater that was in the house (it had a computer on top of it, like seriously?! who needs a computer on their water heater?)

Still, he spoke with Whirlpool, got the part they said would fix it, and came out on a Saturday to service the machine. Unfortunately, that didnt work and he put in an order for the new heater. The next day, he calls wanting to know if he can come over after church to put in the new heater. This is Labor Day weekend! While, for reasons that have to do with the warranty company, we werent actually able to get the heater until yesterday, Randy kept me very up to date with what was going on and was always extremely professional in all our interactions.

The man deserves a raise!

We experienced a busted pipe that flooded our basement on a Sunday. Randy was fast, found the problem and fixed it effectively - as well as located another faulty pipe likely to break very soon and repaired that too. He was knowledgeable, very personable and efficient. I highly recommend Stinnett Plumbing, very trustworthy and dependable.
