We had a very unusual and unexpected plumbing issue when this plumber was called out to do what we thought would be an easy service call. If we’d had a less experienced plumber on the job, it could have really turned into a mess. But the plumber from St. John’s Plumbing was a seasoned professional and he went above and beyond the call of duty to find a solution for our unique & unexpected plumbing problem. It was truly a blessing because that was our first time using St. John’s Plumbing and I haven’t seen that kind of commitment to service by many others. I’m very grateful for his help!

Mr. Wilson was professional and honest. His response was quickly (after calling 5 plumbers who were a no-show). I recommend St John’s plumbing for big or small jobs.

Mr Wilson is a very courteous and professional plumber. This is my second time using his service and he is really knowledgeable of plumbing issues and reasonably priced. I give him my highest recommendation and will not use another plumber.

I would highly recommend St. John's plumbing. We called around 3pm we received a call back within an hour and Robert was at our home within the hour. He replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. Robert was such a friendly and kind man and there were no surprise charges. Definitely will use him again in the future!

Great service and price! Had a leaking bathtub faucet and Robert came out the same day and replaced the cartridge for me. He was very professional and friendly, cleaned up the area afterwards and fixed the problem quickly. He had to replace the handle as well and made a special trip to the hardware store to obtain the part and get it taken care of the same day without an extra trip charge. Highly recommend.

I called several plumbers Including St. Johns. I got the answering service, but he called me back in about 20 minutes. I had already scheduled service with another plumber. I am making this 5-star review solely to counter the 1-star review from the gentleman who did not receive a call back. While I can empathize, 1-star reviews should be reserved for the most abhorrent businesses. Without knowing why that person did not receive a call back, it is a very harsh reflection on a small business. People, please be fair.

I called St Johns Plumbing about a shutoff valve replacement under a kitchen sink. I was told to expect a call back. Because it's a shutoff valve I had to shutoff the whole house water supply. A few hours later, no callback. I called them and was told that there was nothing the answering person could do. I cancelled the service. Then I called another plumber who showed up within a hour.

We had trouble with some of our plumbing. I had had several handymen out to try to fix the problem and it was still not fixed. Robert showed up early, made sure he did the job correctly and charged me more than a fair price. I would choose him first anytime for my plumbing needs.

Called them because my water heater was leaking. Robert came out to do work. He also stated he would contact his guy for the water damage (which ended up being R1 Jax LLC). Robert identified the leak but would not coordinate his time of replacement with the company doing the water repair. Which meant he replaced the water heater knowing there was wet wood behind it. So now the company R1 Jax could not get behind the new water heater to probably repair. Secondly, if you use Robert, get other companies to estimate water repairs. Do not agree to use R1 Jax until you do so.

Robert came out on a very short notice and fixed my tub issue. He was very professional and finished quickly and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs.

Imagine the love of your life missing her makeup brush and the next flush not doing the job. Various snakes were ineffective in my DIY effort to clear the clog. I called the first 3 google listings under plumbers st johns flThe 2 with over 20 reviews wanted about $100 for callout & $30 for every 15 minutes with no limit. St Johns Plumbing was next with a 1 star review. I explained to the symptoms to Robert Wilson and agreed the worst case scenario would be pulling the toilet to find the makeup brush. Robert agreed to a not to exceed price half of the others. He appeared within the hour and deserves to have the real story of his service told.

Robert was here on time. The job was completed in a timely manner and at the agreed upon price. (Very reasonable price). I highly recommend using him. Will absolutely call him for any future plumbing needs.

TRAIN WRECK of an operation in my experience. Made an appointment Friday for Tuesday morning at 8:30am (spoke directly to the plumber that would be making the service call). I finally got the guy on the phone at 9am and he had no clue what I was talking about; hadn't written anything down and didn't even know what time it was. After he finally showed up 45 minutes late, he informed us he had another job to do and would probably come back after lunch. At this point, I canceled and immediately called the office to speak to a supervisor to complain. I find out the guy that completely screwed up IS one of the supervisors. I wouldn't recommend these clowns to my worst enemy.

We had a wonderful experience with St. John’s Plumbing. Very timely response, great communication of the solution to our plumbing issue, and great price. We will definitely use this company again.

I've called on Robert for years and he is always quick to come, quick to fix, and always very reasonably priced. I wish everyone in service were this professional and friendly. Today I would have been without water for the weekend but he made time to help me out of a jam.

The reviews with 5 stars tell the story, I highly recommend Robert, he took care of my clogged kitchen sink and replaced the the plumbing that was not done correctly years ago when I had my granite counter top & sink installed

Had to call twice to get a callback. I did get a call and was told he would stop by to look at my issue and never heard back. Texted 2 times and called once. Guess they are too busy for me
