After reading the great reviews on Styles Smith I was super excited to call them. What a huge disappointment. Needed a quote to replumb my house. A huge job, and a great to award to a local business. Much to my dismay after almost 3 months of promises for the owner to call back with a price. Still have not heard a word. Seriously. If you don't want the work at least be polite enough to say so.

So, the first time we used Stiles Smith, in 2011, we had a great experience. However, in 2013, we have had a horrible time with them. They did some work to our shower, and had to do some repair work to the ceiling after the job was done. THREE TIMES they stood us up. Three times, my husband waited out the house for them to come do the repair work and was missing work, and had a no-call no-show. This is unacceptable. We had recommended them to my mother-in-law as well and she had bad service too. We will no longer use this company.

I used this company 32 years ago when I built a home in Jax Bch. I couldn't be more happier with the work that was done to perfection that lasted many years! I moved away. Came back to the area but in Vilano -2013. Had a slab leak-2015. Called out two company's that were local (St Augustine) and had major misrepresentation and damage with both Companies that did not solve my problem and if any caused more damage to my home that was in good shape to where I have to have a new shower/tub area remodeled and a kitchen cabinet replaced.. I didn't want to strike out the 3rd time so I call Styles Smith Plumbing. It was the best move I made! They fixed the leak and re-piped my townhome for less than1/2 the price we were quoted on by 4 companies. The bad review I read here.... I just cannot even imagine this family owned business would do anything but the right way to plumb! I HIGHLY recommend this Company for all your plumbing/building needs!
