I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I've used these guys at least 5 times over the last 15 years and they are always professional, thorough and fairly priced. I had a busted hot water pipe under my home that I was made aware of at 3:20 PM yesterday. I called and left a voicemail, not expecting to hear anything soon. Well, to my surprise, I was immediately called back and told they could be there in an hour. At 4:19 that day, under an hour, they were there! 2 hours later, pipe replaced and no sticker shock! I was fully expecting to pay 3 times as much! Thanks guys! I'm a loyal customer for life!

Don Charles Plumbing is the best! Especially Ray! He was recommended by a friend to us when our water heater went out on NYD. Well, he wasn’t available because it was New Year’s Day but on that following Monday he called. At this time we already had someone else coming out, so we waited. Long story short: the other company completely screwed us (over a week for ONE part that wouldn’t of fixed the issue and we would of paid $375 for that when we needed a new unit) When I called Don Charles, Ray was the technician. He was completely honest with us and reliable. He came THAT day to look at what we had, told us we needed a new one, showed us one to get, we bought it, he picked it up and installed it all in one day. Amazing service!

The main valve on the outside of my condo unit would not open or close. It was a plastic valve and it deteriorated so it wouldn't move anymore. The real problem is that the city water does not have a shut off prior to my valve as the HOA pays for water. I also needed to have a new kitchen sink faucet installed which was way out of my comfort zone. Don Charles plumbing was recommended by a mutual family friend. They arrived exactly on time and were able to complete the outside repairs in just a few minutes even though the workers got soaked having to replace the valve under pressure. No complaints though. They then proceeded to replace my kitchen sink faucet which was no small trick since it was 15 years old and pretty rusted in place. They quoted me a very reasonable price and when they were done it actually came to less but I paid them the full price they originally quoted, since it was more than fair. They were professional, enjoyable to talk to and performed quality work. I highly recommend Don Charles plumbing.

I have used Don Charles Plumbing (Ray and Jose) on at least 5 occasions. They have always been reliable, honest and fair. The reason I’m writing this review is because I really needed them on an emergency basis (broken Hot water pipe). They had a man (Jose) at my house within an hour, had five men (Ray and Crew) within 2 hours and solved the problem and fixed it within 3 hours all for $189.00. Awesome Job Guys!!! Semper Fidelis!!! I had such a great experience with this company. They were so nice and were able to fit me in same day which is almost unheard of in FL. His prices are fair and he was very responsive! He showed me the line he was replacing and the material he was replacing it with and walked me through the whole process. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Installed a HYBRID HEAT PUMP HOT WATER HEATER and SEMI-PERMANENT AIR CONDITIONER. EXCELLENT, TIMELY WORK. EXCELLENT CLEAN UP. WILL REFER THEM TO MY MOTHER! (Compliment!)

I just had to replace a hot water heater Don Charles Plumbing put in to one of my rental homes a little over a year ago. The hot water heater was NOT new, and rusted out. Beware! They don't call back, their phone's message is basically We are busy, call back later. No call backs. I manage about 100 rental homes, you would think they would take better care, I gave him a lot of work, always paid, they lost me as a customer.

Great service fair price

Horrible company to deal with. A complete no show the first time and an hour late on their 3 hour window the second time. These people are a complete joke.

This company was 1 of 3 who we had scheduled to come out and give an estimate to replace the drain lines in the entire house. One of the companies didn't even show, but Don Charles did and the estimate was fair. We contacted them a couple of weeks later to start the job and they were right on it. They finished the job ahead of schedule with minimal interruption of our household daily activities. When they left, everything was working and they even leveled the yard. We really appreciate the fair price, hard work and the professionalism displayed by everyone we came in contact with.

My kitchen sink was blocked, I called Don Charles Plumbing and Shawn arrived within an hour, and my sink is back to normal. Shawn is courteous and professional- I was very impressed with him. Great customer service! will definitely call them for service in the future.

I called this company on the recommendation of two neighbors at my condo. Since I told them my issue was not urgent, I waited all day for them to show up for a ten a.m. appointment that had been set three days prior. They never called or showed. I have done three follow up calls to no avail as they never answer or respond. When I went back and asked a member of the board of directors at my building why she had suggested them, she told me that she thought the company had changed hands and was still using the Don's name. We had a condo meeting last night and I put the word out that Don's should no longer be on our recommended list.

Had these guys over to rod kitchen line twice. Pd full price. They pushed the clog to the toilet line, but have not come to fix it, even though i have a family of 4 from childen's hospital in there. Left me with a clogged toilet line!!! I can't believe it...
