Great service and quality

I was able to get appointment for the next day for a non-emergency service. Technicians Bill and Chris G called when they thought they might be a little late. It turned out they arrived within the time window. They fixed all my concerns for a reasonable price, even ones I added while they were there. They were clean, courteous, professional, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and skilled. I have used Friend’s plumbing before and have always been pleased with their service.

Our hot water heater broke and it was Friend’s Plumbing to the rescue. Dan was AMAZING!! He’s efficient, cleans up, and honest. I highly recommend him and his company!

This review is from the Lovett family. Dan did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser, installing an electric under cabinet water heater in our master bathroom, and adjusting our shower knob. Everything done perfectly and he was very nice and clean.

We had a hot water heater decide to flood the garage after hours--- David C. and Tyler were fantastic as was the dispatcher in the office. They worked from about midnight to 2:10 or so in the morning--but have a new hot water heater and hot water---David and Tyler are any excellent team and a huge asset to the Friend's Plumbing Family...Eric Graf and Jack Richmond

Bobby did a great job in a condo in Bonaventure that my son lives in.

David called ahead to let me know he was on his way and was super professional and knowledgable. He took his time explaining things to me and made sure everything was working in the most efficient way possible. He went above and beyond!!

From the nice lady who answered the phone after hours to Daniel, Alec, Caleb and David C., I can't say enough positive things about Friend's. The workmen arrived on time after calling ahead to say when they would be there. My first problem was fixed very quickly after being given a very fair estimate of the job. While doing the first job, David C. spotted another potential problem. Next day service was available. Again, the problem was fixed after the estimate was given. I was kept aware of the progress of the job. Neat, clean and complete. Thank you for being such a great business.

Tyler was the plumber.He hooked up everything incorrectly.Poor excuse for a plumber.Would not recommend in a million years.

Our water heater completely shut down and we needed options presented to us in detail to include current set up, larger water heater with location change, or tankless. Our professional plumber Dan Wheeler was a friendly, thorough and fantastic partner throughout. He arrived on Monday morning (on schedule!), diagnosed our issue, presented our options...by Tuesday 1:00 PM he had completely removed the atrocity of piping mess that was connected to the old unit - which was on a shelf above my dryer and had the new unit neatly in its new home, with a better piping set up and clean! This company NEVER disappoints!

It was a pleasure working with Bobby.

Kitchen sink was backed up pretty badly. Called Friend's early am. Our technician Dan arrived shortly after 12:30 and had our sink back in top running condition in no time! He was very professional, knowedgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Friend's Plumbing! Thanks again Dan!

They really are friends!
Such wonderful people and a great run business! We had a copper pipe burst in our wall on Sunday and had to call the after hours, Dan came out in just 45 min and was very polite and understanding. 1 and a half hours later, he was done and the price was very reasonable and fair! A few days later wr had a fridge ice maker line burst and Alex came out, super nice as well and got the job done professionally and quick. These guys are the best of the best. You have a customer for life with us and thanks for being a great well run business and true friends!!

Way too expensive!
Im in Palm Harbor just under 6 miles from this biz. I'm having new counters installed and was quoted $180 just for them to take the trip out to disconnect/remove a fully functional dishwasher, then another $180 for the trip to reinstall the same dishwasher and a faucet, then another $200 to actually do the removal/re-installation. I know gas prices went up but $560 for 2 hours of novice-level plumbing work is an incredibly poor value.

Prompt, professional, and fair priced. I was mostly glad that they had same day service, while other companies had a few days wait time. David was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. So glad my kitchen sink is working again!!!

Nikki and crew were fantastic! They found the problem, fixed it, jetted the lines and built a new clean out in the yard and all during Tropical Storm ETA. They were courteous and always wore booties and masks inside my home. The price was actually below what I anticipated for all of the work they did. They are simply the BEST!!!

We had two toilet replaced with ADA toilets. The mounting ring (not sure of proper terminology) was in very bad condition. Bobby said he could repair or replace. We chose to replace. He gave at least gave us the option. Very responsible and honest. Did a great job and cleaned the area very well. We’ve had Friends Plumbing on other occasions also and every technician did a super job. If you need a plumber call them. You will be happy you did.
