Had a need for water damage restoration services after my reverse osmosis unit leaked under my kitchen sink. Frank and Greg did a wonderful job putting back my kitchen as if it never happened in the first place . I was really worried about mold because I have kids and the service that Next Gen Restoration AZ did put my mind at ease ! For a couple of weeks, we could smell mildew when we opened the closet with the attic door. I looked for the source myself but was unsuccessful. I contacted this business to get mold tested. When they came, they found the problem right away.

Our problem (burst pipe) was handled quickly and professionally. Peace of mind was restored after such a stressful event. Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. Mike and Ryan at SERVPRO were incredible. Called on Sunday about a water leak at my in-laws home. Within 2 hours they were at his home and dealing with the leak. The home is 1 hour drive from their location so I was very impressed with how fast they arrived. Once the leak was corrected they went right into remediation which was handled extremely fast and in a professional manner. Luckily, the damage was less than was expected. They gave my FIL great advice in regards to not filing an insurance claim before they had a chance to inspect the damages. This not only saved money, but saved them havibg to file an insurance claim. Highly recommend their services!

I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.

My wife and I have been in the process of closing on a new house. Just prior to the closing, the house had a water pipe break in the master bathroom such that the master bathroom and adjacent closet as well as part of the master bedroom experienced water damage. Upon initial inspection of the home, it was apparent that the company the seller hired to dry out the area was not sufficiently addressing the issue. I called ASAP Restoration and spoke with Josh, who I presume is the owner. Josh asked me a series of questions and could get someone out to the property the same day I made the call. This is remarkable as Phoenix just experienced a MAJOR monsoon storm in the last 24-36 hours, and Josh's company was already inundated with requests.

The advisor, Dan, who reviewed the property was extremely thorough. He spelled out what needed to be done very clearly and concisely. After he inspected the property, both Josh and Dan were quite responsive via email so that I could compose a list of repairs that needed to be complete to send to the sellers. This forced the sellers to switch renovation companies, which REALLY needed to be done.

While ASAP was very busy with other companies, they fielded calls both from the sellers and myself. They spent time drafting quotes/estimates and truly gave me, the buyer, a clear picture of what needed to be accomplished to ensure the home would be repaired correctly.

What is most unfortunate, is that the seller did not choose ASAP but another company. The reasons for this are by no means the fault of ASAP, but merely due to the seller’s preference to go with one of the company’s their insurance carrier was already contracted with. However, the information ASAP provided allowed us all the information we needed to ensure the sellers proceeded with ALL the repairs ASAP indicated and then some.

If we were ever to experience an unfortunate situation with water damage or similar in the future, I will be calling ASAP Restoration.  They truly know what they are doing and are willing to go the extra mile.

Lucas, Matt, Aggy and Maria and all the others, too many to mention, were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, kind and patient all while working so hard to pack back in our belongings. Highly recommend!!
