He is knowledgeable about the industry, he is professional and patient; even though I asked him the same questions a million times, he didn’t mind re-explaining in a way that I could understand. Insurance litigation process has so many micro-details. He helped me follow up on my 2 insurance claims through the months of multiple emails and readjustments because I had almost given hope while waiting. I was never worried about who was coming to my house as his crew is just as professional and he updated me accordingly. My kitchen looks better than I could have ever imagined. I ended up updating a few things around the house with his expertise, as I realized early on that his recommendations were way better than my limited thinking. Our experience with Acuity Builders was the best I have ever had with a contractor. After the hail storm we learned that our roof and air conditioner were damaged and had to be replaced. I called multiple companies and went with Acuity because they were the least expensive but also the quickest to get back to me. Ken Hawk came and talked to my husband and me personally, answering our many questions with patience and professionalism. He walked us through what the insurance process entailed and then took care of everything, including dealing with the insurance directly! The workers he hired were clean, polite and courteous, leaving no mess behind like other roofing companies have done. When a minor problem came up many months after the work was completed I called Ken and he had someone there within a couple of days- problem fixed! Imagine getting this kind of quality workmanship and customer service from the lowest bidder! Companies like this DO exist! I can not recommend Acuity Builders and Construction strongly enough!

I HIGHLY recommend Water Damage Scottsdale! We had flooring being laid in our master bathroom, and a pipe connected to the toilet busted, and water went from our second floor to our main floor ceiling, walls, and floor to the bathroom ceiling. This was off-hours on a Saturday, so they were grateful they had people available for emergency calls. First, Jordan came to assess, and he was excellent and very detailed. Then Bob and his team came, and they were awesome! They were super efficient and nice, explaining what they were doing, and I feel confident that everything will get taken care of with the water cleanup and repair. I replaced all my flooring and baseboards, also had some electrical done like ceiling fans, lighting, etc. I worked with Scott (part owner) as he was referred to by a friend of my wife's. He was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Everything came out better than expected and I know some of it wasn't easy. We had two new pendant lights put in which came out perfectly centered over the kitchen island. The vinyl we chose looks amazing and the tile that got installed looks even better. I would certainly recommend them to any family or friend.

My dad is a 79 year old Vietnam Veteran and they came to do repairs in his house on November 28th 2022. It is now January 17th 2023 and they STILL haven't fixed his house. He went 3 weeks without a toilet in the house and only has one because he called them REPEATEDLY to have at least one of his two bathrooms fixed. 2 days before Christmas they finally installed one toilet and a makeshift sink but have yet to fix anything else. Since then they gave not contacted him and he's not been able to reach them as they NEVER answer. My dad's insurance company has even been trying to reach them to no avail. There are so many different departments it seems and nobody knows what anyone is doing. My dad and the insurance company was finally able to get ahold of Larry who is in charge of the plumbing because nobody else would answer. last week was the first time the could reach this company and they told my dad on last Friday that they would be at his house on Monday 16 January at 0800. Someone actually showed up at 0800 on Monday but all he did is look around told him that they would be back Wednesday to start repairs which they said they were going to do yesterday. He also stated he doesn't have the tiles to fix the kitchen but made sure to ask my dad if he had the money to pay them. This is absolutely unacceptable and you should never is them!!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

Saturday Night We had a pretty bad backup in two of our toilets that ran up into the shower and tubs, called them and Luis showed on time, he explained clearly the options we had and what was going to be the cost right upfront. He was able to clear the blockage right away.Highly recommend them.
