They made my old house look beautiful. They all are amazing, hard workers, they all enjoy working for such a great company. Whenever I found something small I wanted extra for them to do, they were always kind and willing to take care of it for me. The company and the people who do the work are wonderful. The cleaning crew are simple the best, very hard workers & they do everything to make life after construction wonderful again. The stress of cleaning after all the dust, was taken care of by this company. They cleaned everything and handled everything with care. I could not have asked for more, they took my house from months of dust and all the mess that happens during the remodel and cleaned so perfect it was amazing. The are professional, kind and very helpful. Thank you my cleanup could have been a terrible day. It wasn’t ? they made the day exciting and so relaxing by all their hard work. I have not used your services personally but my step mother's homeowner's insurance hired your company to oversee the water damage repairs to her home that occurred before summer. I wouldn't have hired your company. My step mother's house in NW Mesa is sitting incomplete while project manager Justin is being evasive and not returning her many calls for an update. She finally spoke with him today after many attempts. She said he was very angry and said he was going to speak with his supervisor then let her know what is going on. She is still waiting as of 3:37pm on the 31st for an update that should not take more than a few minutes to obtain. Justin has not been seen at the home in quite some time. I live right across the street so I know when someone is there and not. I give her daily reports and anytime someone shows up so she does not have to drive from the Santan's. Why would you have a job manager on a job in Mesa that lives in Globe? He often ignores her messages and calls. It is an insult to leave her hanging like that. Complete disrespect. This project has been dragging on for months. Justin promised her and I the job would be done by today October 31st. It is still weeks from completion that is if the trades get to work now and work until it's done. She is being very nice about all this but her patience has limits The dry wall folks completed a phase of their work last Wednesday and according to one of the dry wall guys I spoke with today on the phone have been ready for an inspection since last Thursday so they can move on to the baseboards and trim work then paint. So we wait. No one from the company has been there since. Money issues again? While we are at it tell is about the money issues Justin said your company seems to have. Your company has received a 29K check from her homeowner's insurance to cover the cost of all repairs. You have been entrusted with those funds to see to it the job is done quickly so she can move back home. The initial start on the dry wall repair was delayed for many weeks. We found out from Justin your company had appropriated the funds for the dry wall company but the bank applied those funds to something else for some unknown reason. That is not making us very confident the rest of the project will be funded or completed this year. The bottom line here. You need to get her house done now or refund the insurance money to her so we can hire our own trades to get it completed. The projected completion date from Justin given was today. We get it there are blips in work schedules and materials however this project has trades hired that have been working but for some reason they are not working now. Can you explain why the trades are not working on her home at this moment? In the mean time I am not thrilled about your company and have little confidence this job will be done by next year the way it is going. I have that little sixth sense that is telling me something does not smell right. I am asking nicely when Judy calls or texts for an update on her home you immediately answer or respond with accurate up to date information she has every right to ask for.

Slate Restoration is hands down the best restoration company in Arizona! I had a water pipe break and they were at my office cleaning the mess and getting fans on the carpet within 20 minutes! While Kolton did alright estimating the drywall repair created by storm damage to my roof, his roofer did more damage to my roof than the storm. Went from one cracked tile to seeing many broken tiles after he left, pictures to prove it as well. Kolton managed to get me my estimate for the drywall but his roofer never responded with an estimate, maybe cause its not an insurance claim? Maybe cause I called him out on the damage he created? So I am going with the other company that took the time to estimate the complete job. Sorry Kolton , your guy let you down.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

Matthew and Cody are very thorough and professionally commutative. I honestly wouldn't trust most people to do extensive jobs in my home like this but there's something about them that made me very comfortable with the situation. Complete sham artists. They agreed to clean my Persian Rug ( cost $4800 ) ..... had no idea what they were doing. Ruined the rug... colors blead and now its an outdoor patio rug. Owner initially accepted responsibility and said they had a water leak in their facility. Said he ( Rich ) would turn in an insurance claim but then balked and refused to make the situation right. Despicable!!

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
