This is the second time I've used Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning for move out carpet cleaning, and both times, they've done a phenomenal job! I had Amos as my technician for both jobs. He is super friendly, communicative, efficient, skilled, and just an all around good guy. I definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning; give them a call and ask for my dude Amos!

I had a micro burst send a tree through my homes sliding glass doors and patio glass table. Glass everywhere! They came out and cleaned up the glass from 3 rooms and furniture along with the tree removed and branches. Cleaned up the patio carped as well and boarded up the sliding glass door. I would call them again as their work was excellent!!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We had a car crash into our home, and the firefighters suggested we call 1800 boardup, they were here immediately, They were professional, caring, and efficient. Thank you for being there in our time of need.

We had a leak in our condo. Yes they arrived quickly but here is why the rating is poor.
The carpet was wet they arrived went around and put tape on the wall that showed moisture but yet they did not take the base boards off they left them on did not roll wet carpet back just put dryer down and that's it. Next day same . The leak happened on Sunday and it took them until Tuesday to pull underlay away and Wednesday finally removed baseboards. This was dragged on until Thursday. My neighbor had a different company Silverton they were excellent. Arrived very quickly and also pulled up and back everything. This bill was 3200 from Servpro $$$$. Very expensive and not great. Every day a different group of people. My neighbor had the same team they knew what had been happening with her property and her leak far worse and she was dried out around the same time. I do not reccomend this company.

Phoenix Carpet and Water restoration are one of the best in Phoenix I have used them 3 times and they have done a wonderful job I will recomend them to everybody !

This company was professional and on time. The job was completed in time and they made the overall process very easy and simple. Would highly recommend this company.

Don't know yet don't start work till Monday but they seem pretty nice hopefully it works out for the best for both of us thank you
