I very seldom write reviews but we had an unbelievable experience with Sam at The Neighborhood Plumbing and Air. We were doing a remodel and we had another plumber install (rough out) two shower valves in our master bathroom. We then had a tile vendor tile our shower. When that was finished we called the plumber out to install the finish plumbing but could not figure out how to make it work. He suggested that we needed to add another piece to the valve and to do that, he needed to remove a bunch of the tiles we just got installed.

I got Sam's name from our interior designer and he came out the same day I called him. He quickly figured out that the plumber had installed the incorrect valve type and told me what I needed to get. Once I got the new valves, he was able to remove the old valves and install the new valves without removing any tile. I can't believe what he got don in such a small opening. He was like a magician!!!! I was also very happy with what he charged us to do the work. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

The Cadiente Plummbing company came out to repair a slab leak the same day I called! I could not believe how quickly they responded and fixed my slab leak. What an amazing job they did and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Went in to purchase some items for the company I work for, customer service was not pleasent,I gave the individual taking my order our phone numbers only to be insulted and called a rookie employee as if our company only purchased from this store,I will not spend a dime of my personal money here at this location,my customer service experience was horrible, employee's here should learn to be polite to their customers, thumbs down.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on three projects I wanted addressed. No one showed up. No one called. I called the company, the receptionist said she would contact the tech and give up to a 30-minute window for a reply. At 45 minutes I called again, the receptionist said she had called the tech and would alert management. That evening the owner, Derek, called and left a message apologizing and saying he would come and provide me with the estimates. I rescheduled providing a 2 1/2 window (9:30 - 12). At 11:59 the receptionist called and said the tech would require 20 to 30 minutes more. It is hard for me to believe that the tech was unaware earlier in the project that more time was required. As this appointment was to redeem themselves and the owner said he would be the one coming to provide the estimate and neither were true--I canceled. From my two experiences they do not honor their word, do not communicate effectively and do not respect their client's time (at least the 5 hours and 15 minutes in two attempts that I provided).

We really appreciate the excellent job Kirk did in our mom's home. He was informative and even allowed us to add on another job while he was there. We feel that the fee was fair. We will certainly use Davis Pluming & Drain Service in the future.

Dekota was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He exceeded our expectations with the information he shared and helped to educate us on our options. It was a pleasure working with him and we will definitely use him again in the future as well as recommend to our friends and family.

My water heater was leaking and my home warranty (2-10) dispatched TAZ Plumbing. They came out the next day and informed 2-10 that I needed a new water heater. 2-10 undertook procuring a new unit (albeit an incompatible one). The pipes had to be rerouted and I was quoted a price for that, which 2-10 wouldn't cover. TAZ came back out to install the unit and reroute the pipes. The work that was actually performed was not what I was quoted for and I was ultimately overcharged. Once I was able to speak with someone at TAZ, they understood the situation and worked with me to correct the situation. I am happy to say that my initial negative impression of this company has changed and that I would happily do business with them again.

People have consumer experiences all the time, some ok, some terrible but then there is that one that stands out as EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you Jay and Company for getting my wife and I back in the house and cooling again. Remarkable service in an emergency situation! And to boot I got a water softener install as well. My wife and I are very pleased.

We used Res-Com for the replumbing of our house years ago and had an excellent experience. They had the best rate in town and working with Luigi was wonderful. We recently had an old sprinkler system that needed to be capped off. I was impressed by the response time and how quickly the job was handled. I will continue to recommend Res-Com to my friends.
