Best Plumbers in Arizona

This is a strong recommendation for the plumbing services of Aarcher Contracting Corporation. I employed them in March, 2014 when my sewer clogged. When the standard snaking of the line didn't clear it, Clay Brown (the president of the company) recommended a big national company with heavier equipment. That company came out, broke off their cable in the line, and told me it would cost $1400 to install a clean-out to remove it, (and that wouldn't cover opening the sewer line afterwards). When I balked at that, they left me with the cable still in my line.

Clay and his crew were good enough to come back and install the clean-out, remove the broken cable, and clear the line so I had a working sewer, all for about half what the big company wanted just for the clean-out. But it doesn't end there…

After seeing a video of the cleaned out sewer line, Clay pointed out that there could be a collapse starting due to roots invading where the pipe met the county main pipe. He wrote an excellent letter on my behalf to the Pima County Waste Water Department, documenting that since the problem was at the junction, the necessary repairs were their responsibility. After seeing the letter, the county immediately agreed to repair that problem at no cost to me, saving me thousands of dollars in repair bills.

The Aarcher crew stuck with me through large and small difficulties, did a great job at a great price, and cleaned up another company's mess. They were honest, friendly, and professional, and saved me a small fortune over what the total cost could have been, even though it meant losing the work they convinced the county to do for free! I give them my highest recommendation, and will definitely call them again if I have any future plumbing problems. It feels good to support a local licensed contractor rather than a big national corporation, especially when it saves money.

Professional Plumbing removed a clog in my sewer line and charged me double what they quoted me it would cost. I was advised they needed to use a water system to remove the clog as the snake could not do the job. It thus cost me approximately $300 for the one hour the plumber was on my premises. That's a bit much. Having said that, they did open up the line.

7-10-2023 Kasey was at our home taking care of older home stuff. We showed him a flex line that corroded in less than a year. It was fixed in a jiffy. A year ago he put on a timed instant hot. We do not waste water while waiting for it to heat up. Only runs during peak times. Update. 6-29-2022. We have since last review used Kasey at our older home. He and his crew have modernized the plumbing. Very easy to work with. He installed a toilet that is pretty much self cleaning. Everyone should have one./// Casey was great at 2 properties. He scoped the 1 property for us.

The cleaning service was done professionally and the tech took their time to make sure things were functioning correctly. The reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars was because I thought the tech was a little hard on my water overflow sensor, which I ended us replacing the next day. I would use Alaskan again to do my service. BTW, I did have sticker shock after the work was done!

Appointment was scheduled promptly. professional. repairman came on time, found the leak and restored it. He was great and liked our cats.

Mark did an outstanding job of explaining the options/pricing to unclog my kitchen sink line, as well as the option that would benefit my home for the long term. Mark did a great job on my sink and then contacted Anthony for the main line under the house. Both of these gentleman were knowledgeable, explained what was being done, and each did a fantastic job. Our kitchen sink plugged up the night before we were to leave on a trip. Called Plumbing 360 (formerly Senor Rooter)the next day, and Naomi rearranged the schedule to get Ramon out early that morning. He spent nearly four hours cleaning a solidly packed drain line and then cleaned up the mess before he left. Nice professional people and excellent plumbing service.

Great professionals always on time

Dustin is the ONLY plumber we will use now. We had a blockage causing our kitchen sink to back up, and I was unable to clear it out with my 25' hand snake. We called a different plumbing company who sent a tech out. He was not only unable to clear the blockage, but couldn't even get his snake down the pipe more than a couple feet. This company tried to charge me a ridiculous amount of money without even having resolved the problem, and further tried to up-sell us on a hydro-jetting service for $500+. After having two separate people recommend D and A to me, I called Dustin. Dustin resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly, and at a fraction of what the other company tried to charge (for nothing at all). Dustin is honest, reliable, affordable and highly competent.

Dan was the absolute best! Communication was on point, he was extremely professional and on time. We have had several plumbing companies come to the house before, never again. We found our plumber and will call Dan every single time. Highly recommend, especially if you like getting a problem fixed right the first time.

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.
