The tech- Jake was very friendly. He inspected the coils and said they could be cleaned. He added the lemon scent which really only lasted the rest of the day. The smell is back the next day. So the service didn’t work but Jake was great and friendly.

I was very impressed with Mr. Castro’s work when he came to help us with a plumbing situation I had. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, respectful and has reasonable prices. Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

I couldn’t be happier with the results of my experience with TE Plumbing. They were so responsive to my initial call and worked hard to help diagnose and then repair a problem. Billing was efficient and easy. Just a great experience.

They do good work

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
