Isaac and Bryan are incredible and the ONLY plumbers I use. My client needed some plumbing repairs assessed quickly and Isaac responded immediately. They are very communicative, professional and get the job done correctly the first time. They know their craft and I feel very confident each and every time I call them to get a job done. I HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO HAVE MITCHELL COME TO MY HOUSE TO REPAIR THE WATER HEATER. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I WAS GOING TO REPLACE THE WATER HEATER SOON, BUT I NEEDED TO GET THE CURRENT HEATER REPAIRED. I had a very positive experience with Duke's of Air, technician Tom B. In layman's terms he explained step-by-step everything he was doing and why. He was very thorough and he quickly noticed a jury-rigged fix with regard to the capacitor that our previous service provider had installed. He changed it out with quality parts and I'm certain he saved me hundreds of dollars in future repairs by doing things the right way. You can't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended.

Casey came out to fix repair. Explained what had happened and how he was going to fix. I hope I never need him again, he will be in my list of great people and professionalism.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Tony did a great job replacing our water line on an older house on 18th street. It had to be replaced from the house to the meter. He was well priced and professional. Eddie Valenzuela

Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

TE arrived at my home within an hour and quickly made my repair. Very nice and professional. Much better than the last plumber I used. I would definitely recommend them and I will use TE plumbing in the future.

Cactus Plumbing And Air service is the only company I trust to do work on my home. They were kind and courteous of my time and kept the mess to a minimum. They made absolute sure my problem was fixed before they left

Best customer service in the valley... This company is best in the valley. Excellent customer service and the highest quality workmanship in Arizona.... Don't believe give them a shot yourself .

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
