Great experience. Had a water heater go out, I left a message early monday AM, they called back when they opened, priced the replacement and showed up when they said they would. They set expectations up front on access requirements and left the place cleaner than they found it. Truly hard to be positive enough, this is a stand-up group of people.

I have lived with poor water pressure because the line from the city main hasn't been replaced in nearly 50 years. I had been putting it off because I thought it would be terribly expensive. Even though it wasn't cheap, the price was less than expected, job was done in a timely manner, and the guys were great. It is wonderful to have a good water flow.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Fast too. I had been having trouble with our toilet for awhile and after stepping in ice cold water (from toilet over flowing) for THE LAST TIME...I said enough is enough. Brett was here within the hour and the toilet was finally fixed. I will call again if we need a plumber. I called for an estimate and received a callback from Kirk the same day within a short amount of time. I needed to have a drain pipe connected to the pressure release valve on a water heater within a week. Once I received the quote, he was able to complete the work same day. The owner, Kirk, sent his grandson Brett out to help me with unclogging a shower drain. Brett called me before heading over to my house to confirm; he was right on time.

It took Brett about 15 minutes to get my drain unclogged and working perfectly. He even stayed longer to help me with an additional issue that was unrelated to the drain clog!

Brett is a very friendly person, and is very knowledgeable about plumbing. Feel good about hiring these folks; there's a good reason they get great reviews, and that's excellent customer service.

I woke up to clogged toilets and it backed up into my hallway bath tub...I called and requested service, I was told they were on another job but would get to me when they were done, 15 minutes later I received a phone call and they were on their way...I really appreciated the quick service and very reasonable price. I have 2 small children and I had no clue what I was going to do if they needed to go to the bathroom...Davis plumbing has a new customer and I will be referring them to friends and family...Thank you very much...

I had to install main shutoff valve and replace hose bib. Kirk came over and finished the project under an hour. looks great. Very happy with the service!

Second time using Davis Plumbing. Both occasions were ASAP as water had to be switched off at the main valve. Each occasion with two different plumbers the response was prompt. Both experiences were excellent with quality work at a reasonable price. Very professional and courteous personnel. Highly recommended.

I have used Davis Plumbing two times. They were referred to me by a friend. I am very pleased with them. I will use them everytime from now on.

Our main water line that feeds the house, which is located in the crawl space under the house, was perforated in two different places. Davis Plumbing came out on Tuesday May 12th and did a complete repipe of my brothers house. They were very professional and very personable. It has been two weeks since the work has been done and we still don't have any problems. Kirk Davis answered my questions before they completed the job. If you have a plumbing problem do not hesitate to call them and they will put you on their schedule.

They arrived within the time window we agreed upon. Very polite and professional.
My shower valve was the original one from when the house was built in 1998. They installed a new one in about an hour or so.
The bill was less than I thought it would be. I would recommend this business without hesitation to anyone. Will use them again to replace the sink and garbage disposal in the kitchen.

This is a family owned business with very professional & nice people. Arrived on time. Found the problem. Took time to explain what was to be done. Afterwards told me where I might be having more problems & what to do about it. Glad I had that info. They are more then fair on their prices. This is the first time I have called them & already gave their cards to friends & business. I think this is an outstanding business .

High integrity again - Aaron came out (June 2021) for another property. He fixed a faucet issue, avoiding replacement, and instead of replacing what I thought were gate valves based on the handles, said they are already ball valves, worked fine, and advised keeping them, saving me more money. He also changed two hose bibs. All very reasonably. The tenant was very happy and impressed with his professionalism and quality service.

April 2021 service - Davis Plumbing & Drain was able to provide their hourly rate by phone before they came out. Brett fixed my 4 year old water heater at a very reasonable price because it was hourly and parts, not by the job. He was honest and did not oversell me. He checked the parts and only repaired what was needed. Excellent customer service. Will absolutely call Davis Plumbing again.

I had very high water pressure at the home I purchased, risking broken pipes. Davis Plumbing came right out and installed a new pressure regulator to correct the problem. This company is everything their website says they are and more. My tech's name is Brett, and his last name is Davis, so they're really a 'family-owned' company, not like so many who say they are, but the people that work there, aren't. I had an unfortunate clog in an important drain line from my house to the septic tank...somewhere. One that keeps people from coming to visit, if you know what I mean. Brett had no problem identifying the issue and started to work with the basic solutions before pulling out the heavy duty equipment that was necessary to get the job done. And done it was, in little time and with very little hassle. I called to get a time slot in the morning, was given a window and Brett was right there when I needed him that evening. Very personable and the charge was downright inexpensive for the value it provided. I will call them ANY time I need future plumbing work of ANY kind, based on my experience today. With companies like these being so hard to find, I hope word gets around about people like them - The Good Ones.

Davis plumbing is the best. If you live in the East Valley and you don't call Davis then you made the wrong decision. Prices are great, service excellent, plus they are a family business you can trust. Can't recommend them any higher. The crew all know what they are doing.
Even the extra charge for after hours service is very reasonable. Give them a try!! (I'd give them 6 stars but 5 was the max)

My window of time was 3-5 pm. Brett arrived at 3 and was done in 40 minutes. I’ll use Davis for all my plumbing needs. They’re local , less than a mile away here in Apache Junction. Very pleased!!!

Here it is Friday, closing time and my kitchen sinks won't drain, no matter what I did. Two days of plunging sinks and got no where. Googled several plumbing companies and read reviews and called Davis here in AJ, not far from where I lived. The owner answered the phone and said he sent all his employees home, but, he said he'd call one to come out and see what the problem was. I didn't have to wait too long when Brett Davis came out and quickly unplugged both sinks and even cleaned them when he got done. He was very polite and patient with me as I asked several questions off and on. The whole experience was better than I expected and they charged me a reasonable amount for the work done. We all dread calling the Electrician, A/C tech and the....plumber cause you dread the costs involved. I now can enjoy my weekend and not get griped at by my wife. Thk to Brett Davis and his boss for not turning me down when I needed help.

Did a fabulous clean job!!!

I needed a new tub/shower control valve and housing Kirk came out and did a great job and even replaced and mudded the sheet rock he needed to cut out to remove the complete valve body . I called around and his price was the best I could find in the valley by at least 20%.

A friend who happens to be a plumber himself referred me to Davis Plumbing and Drain to replace our water softener. Called them and the owner Kirk happened to be working in the area and came to see what he could do. I had already gotten estimates on replacing my system and was pleasantly surprised on what he suggested and what it would cost. Had gotten estimates ranging from $2-6 thousand. His estimate was $1200. Huge difference and the warranties were essentially the same. That day he removed my existing system made some preliminary repairs and recommended a handy man to make needed drywall repairs before installing new system. Today he installed replacement system. Know surprises on installed price. Explained system operations and answered our questions. He didn’t rush us and seemed genuinely concerned about us as a customer. Highly recommend Davis Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. Small family owned business. Not a big box subcontractor and definitely not a company only concerned about getting in and out and charge for something you don’t really need. Good plumber, excellent customer service.

Horrible experience. Called to get an estimate for leaky water heater. Guy showed up on time with his young son. Never gave me his name. Had brought a hot water heater with him to replace mine that day. He intended to do this without giving me a quote. When I asked how much it would cost he asked his son to go get a folder out of the truck. He then opened the folder and started throwing out numbers. I am an accountant so I can add fast. When I said $900???? He said Yeah, pretty much. He did not offer to give me anything in writing. Then my boyfriend explained that we needed to replace the stand due to the leak and it being wooden so he couldn't do the work that day. Needless to say I called around and got it done by someone else, much cheaper too. $500 for Water heater replaced, with new pan and metal stand. And a full estimate upfront.

I rely on reviews of other people when selecting a service. I am sure the good reviews are either written by employees of Davis Plumbing or they had someone other than the guy that showed up at my door. I find it hard to believe that this guys practices were any different from the rest of the company since they are family owned.

You need to be honest on these reviews so people can make good decisions and not waste time looking for a service.

We always call Davis when we have problems. The guys are very polite, professional and efficient. It's good to have them close by in an emergency!

Quick, on time, effective, clean, is there anything else?

When my gas hot water quit working I wasn't sure who to call so I checked my Neighborhood Newsletter for recommendations . Davis Plumbing had many fine ratings and comments so I gave them a call. They were able to come out the next morning. Kirk arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the hot water heater and was able to also fix a loose faucet too. I was more than pleased with the courteous, prompt service and reasonable charge.

Many thanks to Aaron and how he made time in his schedule to take care of our water heater. I first called Davis plumbing on a Saturday to set up an appointment for later in the week, because we had a small leak in our water heater. But it turned into a bigger leak AND the drain pipe connected to our drain pan wasn't secured and water tight, so the drywall in our garage began to get wet. I called Davis plumbing the next day (Sunday) and told them our predicament was a little more urgent than the previous day, so when Aaron called me back (on a Sunday), he said he'd do what needed to be done and stay late on Monday, if needed.

Aaron came over the next day (Monday) at about 10:00 AM and by 1:00 PM, our new water heater was installed and done perfectly. Again, a big THANK YOU to Aaron for being professional, doing a great job, going above and beyond and gaining a new customer for all our plumbing needs!

When I returned home from running errands late Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend and found water gushing from an outdoor pipe behind my house, I never dreamed my Friday would end well. But it did. We've owned our home for almost 4 years and fortunately had never needed a plumber so, after turning our main water off, I went to the internet and saw that Davis Plumbing was close to our address and had good reviews. I called, and the gal who answered the phone was calm and reassuring and said she'd have someone call me in a few minutes. A man called and said he was about 5 minutes away. Brett arrived, wasn't concerned about having to start yet another job on a late Friday afternoon, fixed our problem, and was gone in about 45 minutes. The cost was more than reasonable. What a surprisingly pleasant experience, and we now have a plumber.....for next time!!! Thank you Davis Plumbing and thank you Brett!!!!

I had a plumbing emergency at 6 AM and needed a plumber ASAP. Called Davis Plumbing Emergency number and the response was amazing. The young man answering was great, polite and reassuring. He called me back to let me know help was on the way. Aaron arrived very soon after and immediately did the necessary repair. I had some other plumbing jobs that I had been putting off and asked Aaron if he would do those for me too. He came back in the afternoon and did everything as requested.
I will give this family owned company any business I have in the future and highly recommend then.

Amazing service everytime! We have had them come out for multiple things we have added or fixed on our house and they have done amazing work everytime! We just had an RO put in and they were able to install it very quickly and it looks amazing!

The plumber was very professional and friendly they came out right away to help me. I did think the price for the labor was a bit high but to be fair I'm not really familiar with the average cost of plumbing services and they did provide exceptional service.

I am very thankful to Aaron & Kirk for their hard work and excellent problem solving! Aaron went way above and beyond to figure out what normally would take a locate company to do... which ended up saving us money in the end...

Here's a home-town family owned and operated business who you can TRUST! I have depended upon Davis Plumbing for several years and I have never been disappointed in their quick, reliable service and honest pricing. Friendly, unassuming and VERY knowledgeable in their trade. (They are almost magical in repairing old plumbing!)

I give this place 10 stars the guy called me up came out gave me an estimate with a good price and they went and got material came back and had it finished that same day I give these guys a 10 star Kirk you’re a good guy

Wouldn't even give them 1 star!! Called to ask them to come snake out my clogged pipe, told them I lived in Queen Valley. Lady on the phone said they don't travel that far. I asked where they service - Gold Canyon, Chandler, Gilbert, she says. Told her Queen Valley is a whole lot closer that Gilbert, she didn't even know where Queen Valley is, but still refused service. what a waste.

Brett was exactly what I was looking for in a plumber. He arrived on time. Listened to my requests and summarized what he would do--then went about installing a new bath faucet, cleaning out and replacing the old drain and fixing shower handle. He was very efficient and tidy too! After he was done with my requests, he went over with me all that he did. I will definitely call him back to do more improvements on our 15 year-old park model.

I called Davis Plumbing to repair a break in my water supply line to my park model. The initial response was great and they scheduled to come back first thing the next day. They (Brett & Cameron) were here sharp at 7:00 am to do the work. They gave me a quote up front and I agreed to the price. They were to replace the main water supply lines and attach them to the floor framing. They did the work and I paid the bill. My mistake was not crawling under the addition to my park model to inspect their work. I asked Brett if they were able to attach the pipes to the floor framing and Brett said yes. About ten days later I had to remove some of the skirting around the addition where they installed the new water supply lines. I could not believe what I saw. The pipes were not properly attached to the framing as they claimed and were severely sagging. What supports they did install were braced with metal plumber's tape at about 8 foot intervals. The sagging was over a foot down from the framing. See attached pictures. I called Davis Plumbing to inform them of the problem and they scheduled Brett to come back out the next day. At first when he got here he said he did not see anything wrong except some sagging and that is how they do repairs on trailers. I told him that is not even close to being correct. I asked him to properly attach the pipes at 3 foot intervals to the framing. He used additional metal plumbers tape and the pipes were still severely sagging. I told him this was still a improper instillation and if I called the Mesa Building Department I was sure they would agree with me. I asked him if this is how he would have installed new plumbing supply lines to a stick built house. He told me that this was a trailer and this is how they repair trailers. But agreed that he would have installed the water supply line differently if this was a stick built house. He went and made a phone call to his office. He came back and said he was going to do as I had asked and attach the new water supply lines directly to the framing. I told him that just because someone lives in a park model doesn't mean they are not entitled to quality plumbing repair. I actually felt insulted as to his attitude about people living in park models (Trailers). Like maybe we do not deserve the same professional service as someone living in a stick built house. My wife and I are retired and spend the winters in Mesa to escape the cold of the North. I have heard about companies taking advantage of senior citizens. Hopefully this review will send a message to Davis Plumbing that all people are equal regardless of their age and what type of home they live in.

My sewer line was plugged up when we used the washing machine. Had spent money to have it cleaned out 2 weeks prior by another local plumbing service. When it reoccurred, I first called the other company as it was guaranteed. Phone call was redirected to another number. Long story short. Called Kirk Davis Plumbing, was given a time to do the job, they showed up on time, cleaned the sewer line and used the washer again and it works fine. Highly recommend this company.

Kirk saved us thousands of dollars by finding a problem during a plumbing inspection of our new home. The issue was addressed and saved a l lot of heart ache in the future.

I tried to fix a leaky faucet and ended up busting something major. When I called, they were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate over the phone, convincing me that they would be the right ones for the job.
Kirk and Brett came out earlier than expected, fixed it fast at an incredibly affordable rate, and now it's working better than ever.

I am happy with the quality of care that I have gotten the couple times that I have needed Davis Plumbing. The guys that came out were really nice and I never felt like they were being untrue to me or taking advantage of me. They came, fixed the problem, and left! Easy as that!!

We called on wed evening and explained our situation. We talked to curt the owner and he scheduled us for Friday to take a look. Even though they had a busy day and were full. We had a sewage back up at 3am. After calling several places, we finally called Davis Plumbing. They responded quickly (most others didn't even call back) and were here in less than 30 minutes. They were able to fix the blockage quickly and their price was reasonable, especially for a 4:30am arrival.

The plumber arrived on time. It turned out that by the time he got here whatever had plugged up the toilet had dissolved.

Update: The toilet clogged again and plugged everything in the house. I couldn't use any of the showers or toilets. Brett Davis came out immediately. He tried to unplug the pipe clog through the toilet because it was difficult to access from the septic tank opening. He hadn't brought what was needed to access the septic tank. The spetic tank opening was very hard to open, needing to be drilled out or something.

Three days later the clog made it impossible to use any water in the house again. Brett said he had done everything he could do and that they are a small mom and pop plumber who can't do any hard jobs.

A friend accessed the clog and cleared it from the septic tank opening. It's all fixed now by my friend, a retired septic tank guy.

Spent $300 for not getting the clog fixed. Brett is on time and polite, but had they told me they were not equipped to handle anything other than smaller issues I would not have hired them. I would have no way of knowing it it's a difficult or easy case. I think he did the best he could, but it was not enough.
