This was the best experience with a company I have had sent out from any home warranty company. Jesus was the tech that came out to my house, and he was very professional and friendly. He took his time to try and figure out what was going on and fix the problem. The office and scheduling was perfectly professional and friendly as well, got me in a very reasonable time frame. Will definitely refer to my clients and those I know.

So here's the deal. I am just one of those people who doesnt leave reviews for some odd reason but I had to do this. Yesterday morning I woke up to the sound of water dripping from my AC vent in a bathroom. Since the vent was right by the attic access I climbed up and took a look. The vent duct hose was completely full of water. Not typical. I called Ducts Inc. and Cody came out and saved the day. Drained the water from the duct hose, leveled the unit so compensation went where it is supposed to and even found an opening in a vent, went to Home Depot and came back with parts to fix the opening so I wasn't cooling my attic. Service above and beyond in my book, and I can be a little demanding. Definitely recommend Ducts Inc to all my friends. Thank you Ducts Inc. for caring.

Buenos Air comes highly recommended by our family, if I could have given more than 5 stars I would have, this company is outstanding and goes above and beyond. We have used this company on numerous occasions for air conditioning maintenance and occasionally when repair was needed, they have done an amazing job over the last five years. Our air conditioner went out yesterday and being as old as it was we suspected it was time to replace it. We have home insurance with American Home Shield so we called them in and was given the runaround stating the unit would take 4-8 days to get approval on the parts then $1300 out of pocket for freon, needless to say leaving us for that long a period of time with no air suffering in the heat. Was also informed once the repair was done we had a 30 day warranty, however, if interested in a new unit it would be $8,000. We called in our go to guy, Ariel Anaya and within a half hour he had my very old AC up and running. Needless to say we are ordering a new unit through Buenos Air at a much lower expense, discontinuing our many many years with American Home Shield and will solely be working with this company. I value honesty more than anything and I guarantee you will get it hereā¦..Thank you so much for taking the stress off of me and instilling the fact at there are still honest people and companies out there we can count on.

I'm a very experienced tech of 35 years in commercial and industrial, highly varied venues. I'm nearly a year working for them now and have seen enough to develop a comparative opinion. Ontario appears to be doing a great job attracting talent similar to my own. As an experienced tech I have choices on where I work. The compensation is attractive, and the stress is low. I enjoy working with other experienced techs that talk the talk and walk the walk. There are around 160 techs working for Ontario. It's quite frankly a well run ship. It's no suprise to see ambiguous complaints. I get the sense other companies register us as a certain market threat. While I meet intelligent techs from other companies at parts houses too, clearly they must contend with us for a place at the top.

Arizona Refrigeration Services tech Jeff fixed our A/C on 7/16/14. He was great! Never complained though it was extremely hot and fixed it that evening!
Another company's tech had come out earlier, constantly complained how hot it was and said he could not fix it that day! Thanks for the prompt and awesome job!

I called them to come fill in my freon gas. The maintenance person comes in and said that the freon gas level is all good, but I need to change the capacitor. He charged me $265 for the service. There was absolutely zero improvement in the cooling and I called them again. Another person comes in and says that my Freon gas level is very low and they want the additional $250 to fill in the gas. I escalated to the supervisor (Babao) at the office and he goes on an aggressive mode saying that I have a new capacitor now, which I never asked for in the first place. He goes on INSULTING me and my RELIGION and hung up saying he is not going to do anything more to fix the issue. Please be aware as this could happen to you too. Very unprofessional behavior.

Not only is this business incompetent in it's ability to handle customer service, the owner is dishonest and tried to rip me off. I was forced to use this company through my home warranty company. Everyone that I have spoken to has been condescending and rude as if they know they can do what they want because we are stuck using them through our warranty. My ac unit is 21 years old and I had to make the decision to repair or replace the system. The warranty company will only cover the cost to repair the compressor minus the $800 in Freon that the repair contractor was going to charge me. Besides being charged $800 for something that I found online for $100, he then gave me a quote for the replacement of the two systems. He specifically told me that American Home Shield had a buy out program where they would apply a roughly $2500 credit towards the replacement of each of my two units. He gave me a bid and said that the credit would only be applied through his company. I had red flags about his company because it took a week for him to get back to me even though they said he would call me back on the same day about the repair. It is 100 degrees still and no call back with broken ac. I called 4 times over the weekend and three more times on Monday. It took until Friday for him to call me back. This is the owner we are talking about not just an employee. I was told multiple times he was on the phone or in a meeting and then he told me he was out of town. I choose to be an informed consumer so I personally called my home warranty company to ask about the credit because if it existed I didn't want to use it with this subcontractor. They informed me that the credit didn't exist. He lied to me about the credit to try and get me to replace the system through his company. His marked up sales price minus the credit was what he tried to pitch to make it sound like a $5000 discount was too good of a deal to pass up. He is a liar and the only reason his company is open is because they have warranty jobs that people are required to use them for. You will be better off paying more for a real company. Also, don't pay the $65 per pound for old Freon. You can find it all day long for $6.67 per pound online.
