The sales person was very nice . The office people were not great - less than responsive and communication was not their strong suite. There was apparently some kind of issue with the shipment of equipment and we had to call multiple times for updates. Once the equipment finally arrived, the installation people installed the equipment. Pep solar's sub electrician was wonderful.

The sales person sold us a solar powered mini-split, advising us that it would cool our RV garage so cold we'd need jackets in there. After months of different stories/explainations and fights and very rude treatment by the owner (mother and son) for the system's poor performance, the owners eventually agreed to take back the minisplit. The workers that removed the equipment did a poor job repairing the hole in the wall where the minisplit used to be.
Overall, i would not recommend this company - overall poor communication and they do not respond well if things do not run smoothly.
One last thing - they supposedly turned in paperwork for some kind of rebate for us, then gave us a continued runaround and we never did get the rebate. :(

We purchased our Solar Panel system from Greg nearly 5 years ago and although we had several solar experts that we got quotes from, Greg was the most professional, most sincere and honest. After using our system without any problems, we found that what Greg told us was exactly right. I would recommend Greg as the most knowledgeable Solar Expert I know.

They have a salesman in charlotte, North Carolina and run my credit for the double amount without my consent! His Name is David Tucker be ware of him!

Highly recommend this company! From Marc to CJ and everyone in-between, it was flawless. The time from contract to switching on was less than 5 weeks! The installers were fast, efficient and courteous! I was apparently fortunate that APS came out so quickly to install the new meters! Couldn't be happier! Thanks!!

I have worked with SolarTopps as a solar consultant and/or sales partner for about 7 years. Out of the 400 or so projects I've sold in AZ and CA during that time, they've installed about 150 of them, which is more than any other installer I do business with. They have consistently done an excellent job communicating with me and my clients throughout the process and get the jobs done in a timely manner. They only use the best equipment in the industry and have great pricing. I've worked with about a dozen other companies over my solar career and they've been the best overall. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner or solar consultant.

They not only explained every detail to the fullest, but accommodated our meeting time to fit our schedule. They were amazing! I recommend them for your solar installation needs.

Southface Solar installed our first system 2 1/2 years ago. We then bought another house and had them install the system on it. We get higher than market rent on the first home and know that when we sell we will not have to have the issues others have when they lease. We met with several companies, big and small, and chose Southface because they are locally owned and so glad we did. Everyone has been super and we love our system.

Update:
After completing first year still very happy with Aneva solar.System is functioning well and production of Kilowatt energy was exactly amount they predicted. Follow up on my questions during the year was done quickly. Post instillation service is excellent, they didn't forget me after the sale. Hard to find a business like this these days.

Aneva Solar provided clear understandable explanation of solar energy and their products. I received a detailed estimate that was accurate and easy to understand. They use the highest quality products (from my research). Job was completed on time and after using the system for few months it is flawless. One thing that impressed me was Aneva's well trreated employees who were professional and well trained, This may seem silly but I noticed their trucks were very clean, it tells you a lot about a company who has pride in their own equipment and treats employees well. Simply the best.

Mike came by my house that we are purchasing and checked on my solar system. He was booked and he still found the time to come in and check that everything was working. Super professional and above and beyond when it came to customer service. He FaceTime’ed me and showed me everything. I want to thank him so much for all the help.

This company was very clean all the guys had very good manners they took care of everything and cleaned up behind themselves cole what is the lead man he was awesome and so are the other guys I want to thank AZ West solar for taking care of me Brett and his associate I can’t remember her name she was very sweet and kind for making everything go as smooth as it did thank you AZ West solar. I purchased my solar panels and battery back up system back in 2014. I paid cash for the entire system back then. Before the syelsstem was installed APS did a cost analysis based on my usage of electricity and it was determined that my monthly avg. bill was approx. $200.00 per month. In May of 2014 the installation was completed. I have had nothing but problems with this company . Not only did they do a shoddy job in the installation of 24 panels that I was told would more than handle my power needs (which was a lie) my monthly bill avg. was still more than $100.00 dollars most of the time closer to $150.00. My lights still to this day flicker everytime there is a power surge that I have mentioned to these idiots more than 20 times.They finally delivered the so-called battery back-up sytem almost 2 years later and installed it in May of 2016. Now I'm sitting here for three hours and no power from APS or the so-called back- up system.These people do not like to follow up on their promises or return calls. So please run far and fast as you can from these criminals, because that's what they'll do is take your money and service is something unheard of with this company. They even tried to charge me again for half of the cost of the back-up system. This company is definitely a scam artists dream in ripping people off. Don't do it, don' t even listen to them or give them a call, they will try and take you to the cleaners. I know much time has past since this shoddy work was done but I tried to be as patient as possible but enough is enough , I'm through talking with these clowns.

I was surfing the web just bored so I thought I’d search my solar energy provider & I was shocked it only had a few reviews! Dude the company is great hands down super cool and open to anything you need if y’all lookin for a place to get some services I’m saving money I ain’t have nothing bad to say so 5 star on my end thank you MERAKI keep doing your thang welcome to Arizona!

Great friendly place to work with

We have had our solar panels on our roof for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier with our decision. The team at Sky High Energy was very professional and our install was done in a very timely manner. Our neighbor has recently gone with Sky High Energy as well and are very pleased.

I get two phone calls everyday from these @$$hats. Ridiculous.
