John, the owner, and his two co-workers did a job for us last week. He's local and been in business here in the valley for a long time (over 20 years, I think). We chose him after getting other estimates (that were way overpriced) from a few other companies. we are SO glad we found him. he's down to earth, honest and takes pride in his work. They finished the job ahead of time and for a fair and reasonable price. It's just great to know that there are people that still take pride in their work and aren't just out to get what they can from you.

Tony was very professional and answered our questions and concerns very promptly. He explained what to expect from the process and kept all promises he made. The installation went very smoothly. The installation crew came early and finished in good time. All permits and rebate applications were handled for us. Overall, they were clear and open about the cost and how everything worked. We are very happy with this experience and are impressed by Tesla Solar's culture and work ethics.

My install with Erus Energy was easy and smooth. The personnel were all very courteous and professional. Everything my sales person Cary promised was delivered. It took awhile between when I first signed the contract before the install got started, but once Jen Brown contacted me it was fast and easy. Each person who arrived let me know their part and what I could expect once they were done. It went like clockwork and Jen kept me informed all the way. I am very satisfied with Erus Energy.

Very poor overall experience. I opted to have solar panels and re-roof done with one contractor despite their price not being the lowest - hoping I'd get what I paid for. Unfortunately my roof job was done poorly and I continue having issues with it, and the company refused to properly reinstall my solar hot water heater panel despite this being part of multiple emails and calls with their sales and install teams. It wasn't specifically listed on the contract and I didn't realize this and now they won't honor it, components of my roof keep blowing off whenever a breeze blows, and overall the aesthetics of the equipment and install look poor. I don't recommend using their services.

2 stars because my emails at least got answered throughout the process and the system is actually functional- although I'm concerned it'll end up being removed at a cost for me to get the roof done correctly.

This company was hired to install wildlife netting around my solar panels. The tech was on time, wearing a mask, answered all my questions with regard to the installation and an existing pigeon nest. He got started and finished in the time he said it would take. He was thorough as near as I can tell. He brought the nest down that had a baby and an I hatched egg. He was going to try to relocate the nest nearby so hopefully the adult pigeons could find their nest. He was polite and actually seemed to care about the nest. I would recommend this company. He did not give me any paperwork but my solar salesman paid for this service for me.

Very satisfied with SunUp America in all matters and processes under there control on the purchase and install of my solar. All contacts where prompt and professional, equipment installed appears to be first rate and I feel comfortable recommending them. Special kudos to Eric the lead installation person for exceptional work and attention to details .

Apparently, they are not interested in selling to the general public, requiring a minimum order of 20 frames (95 panels installation ie solar farm) when I’m ready to buy 5 frames for my 9kw system.

My solar system was activated about 3 weeks ago it does not seem to be working. I have left messages with Empire for about a week to get some help.

Terrible company!!! They will not own up to their failures! Buyer beware!
