John, the owner, and his two co-workers did a job for us last week. He's local and been in business here in the valley for a long time (over 20 years, I think). We chose him after getting other estimates (that were way overpriced) from a few other companies. we are SO glad we found him. he's down to earth, honest and takes pride in his work. They finished the job ahead of time and for a fair and reasonable price. It's just great to know that there are people that still take pride in their work and aren't just out to get what they can from you.

Blaze Energy was outstanding in every way! With 75 panels, our installation was very large, but it’d only took them two days to finish, and everything was done expertly and in accordance with regulations. I had an electrician friend come over, and he was so satisfied that he planned to hire them for his own Phoenix solar panel installation. Blaze Energy handled our installation as though it were a full-court press. Over ten guys were sent for the two-day installation. They were all really kind and behaved appropriately. They went above and beyond their call of duty to assist us with a tiny mouse problem by caulking some cracks in our siding by the roof. They come highly recommended from me to anyone wishing to install solar panels! They provide the best panels and equipment available, in addition to being the top installers. Customers come first at Blaze Energy, bar none! They also brought a thank-you gift from a neighborhood shop in their last visit! They were the only company I would have install my solar panels & system about 9 years ago. I also had them come to remove & re-install them for my new re-roof job. I’ve been around construction my whole life & learned from my Dad a contractor that “if you don’t do it right then don’t do it at all”. After looking at several solar install jobs around town, Harmon was by far above anyone for the cleanest looking install. Now back then there wasn’t as many companies as today. The only thing you see on my roof are the 33 panels, no conduit, junction boxes or wiring. All the workers were great to work with & talk to. My roofer (owner) came back to inspect the solar re-install & said they did the best flashing of the stanchions than any solar company he’s dealt with and ask who did it. If you aren’t aware, roofers don’t like solar installers just because if not done right, they can mess up a new roofing job….

This company was hired to install wildlife netting around my solar panels. The tech was on time, wearing a mask, answered all my questions with regard to the installation and an existing pigeon nest. He got started and finished in the time he said it would take. He was thorough as near as I can tell. He brought the nest down that had a baby and an I hatched egg. He was going to try to relocate the nest nearby so hopefully the adult pigeons could find their nest. He was polite and actually seemed to care about the nest. I would recommend this company. He did not give me any paperwork but my solar salesman paid for this service for me.

They were prompt and did everything they promised. We just had our system turned on so can’t speak to performance but the set up went as expected.

Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. The rest of the Semper Solaris team also communicated very well and kept us updated on the project. They handled all the paperwork and made the entire process very simple.

Power Solar Frames is extremely difficult to work with they demand 50% up front no matter how much business you have done with them or length of business relationship. They will also threaten to delay your order and hold your order hostage unless you wire transfer them money on the day they want it. Customer service and attitude from Steve Jones is down right right and pompous. I would never work with them!

Make sure you read your contract thoroughly because any questions you may have that's where they will direct you. Believed my bill would be less but won't see those savings for 12 months. The amount on the contract will be $15 more per page 3 section 4 they offer an aoutopay discount. The process to get the panels installed was a longer process than first explained it took months. Due to bad scheduling times from the sales rep. Overall terrible company.

My solar system was activated about 3 weeks ago it does not seem to be working. I have left messages with Empire for about a week to get some help.

Terrible company!!! They will not own up to their failures! Buyer beware!
