The tech came out the same day and told me what was going on with it have me a great deal with a one year warranty repaired it the same day now I'm happy and my wife is happy too. Was very pleased with the unit replacement. I was hoping for an easy process and they made it a good one. Only feedback is I was really happy they had all the parts on the truck so they didnt have to make more than one trip. Was hoping we could get a military discount and we did. I wish they could have handled our plumbing issues while they were here and i understand they are AC only. I get it.

My AC stopped working over the weekend. It was 105F outside and my condo was getting really hot. Track got a technician out to my property within a couple hours. They quickly diagnosed what was wrong and had it fixed and my condo cooling down in no time. Thank you so much!! :D Would highly recommend them. Very professional and responsive!

The tech came out today to take a look at my AC unit. I lived in a condo where I can't see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They were not just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day. They found the system working well adn let me know afterwards that its working fine. which was a positive gesture. highly recommended.
