Marcus was a true gem to work with! We only had vague ideas on our bathroom remodel and he offered multiple options based on his many years in the field. He was prompt, courteous and always on task. He pulled out our bathtub and existing shower and created a masterpiece! We now have a gorgeous, tiled walk-in shower with a corner bench inside and a sitting bench at the entrance. He did an excellent job installing new plumbing as well. His work is impeccable and we will surely hire him again when we update another bathroom in our home. We highly recommend Marcus for any new construction or remodel involving tile work.

Their technician, resurfaced our damaged, one year old bathtub. We are very pleased with the results, it looks like a brand new tub. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care out the repair that was needed. He taped everything off so any mess would be contained and left the bathroom spotless. The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. Highly WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. They messed up my flooring and after trying to get ahold of them to fix they ignore me. If youre looking for quality work and/or someone to fix a bad job, contact Dave with Luxr... He fixed the bad job that was done here and for a very affordable price!

Paul oversees a skilled, reliable and exceptionally competent team with complete integrity. My husband and I have lost count of renovations done on our home over 33 years. Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. An unreserved recommendation from us!

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
