While they seem to have decent stuff, they clearly don't have enough people to help customers. I was just there, intent on buying a frigidaire AC unit (~$500). There were two sales people there, initially each with a customer. The lady asked me in passing if I needed anything, I said yes, I wanted one of the AC's. She mumbled something and went on to her original customer. I went to stand near the register area. 10 min later, I noticed she was going around cleaning stuff - her customer was 4 aisles away from her just looking at stuff, while the other sales guy was still explaining drains to the guy he was with. Another 10 minutes, same story. Finally she came up to register area but didn't bother asking or even looking at me. I gave her another 5 - because maybe she was doing something and then finally walked out of the door because I couldn't get helped.
Note - during this time they didn't sell ANYTHING to anyone, and let a $500 sale walk right out the door.

Oh PLEASE - don't be duplicitous in your answer - check your cameras during the hour before 4:23 PM (A call I took on the way home from your store). Grey minivan parked in front of store - older tall 6'3 bald white guy standing around in front of store).
Unreal you'd attempt to BS your way out of this. A smarter idea would have been to admit it and reach out with an apology. Now you've made it personal by calling me a liar.
Two salespeople were asian - both older. Also while I was there a couple younger asian guys came out of the back offices and left - one a bit muscle bound looking.
Feel free to look for that and call me a liar again.

UPDATE: While I am still disappointed about my shower head situation overall I would (and have) recommend this business for vanities/sinks. They do offer a good selection that you can customize to your liking.

Bought a shower system from here for my bathroom remodel, after less than 90 days of using it the shower head snapped off while cleaning it. I was using a hand towel and barely applying pressure. They only have a 30 day return policy so there was literally nothing they would do for me. Be cautious of that if you decide you purchase anything from them. I would not recommend getting any fixtures from here.

Extremely helpful and kind to my husband and I. We were tired of looking around for good quality cabinets and countertops but luckily we were recommended by our contractor to visit J&J. They had a lot of choices that were way better than the big box store's cheap cabinets but not as expensive as a custom cabinet and countertop place. The best part is they load it up right away so I can actually have a finished restroom by the end of today. Awesome place and fair prices considering the quality of the products, choices, service, and most of all, convenience. Will be back for the next bathroom.

Went in for a shaker cabinet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We purchased the cabinet and they wrapped it up nicely and brought it out to our vehicle. They even lined our van with cardboard. It was a great experience all around!

If you are looking to re model a kitchen or bath, check this place out. Decent quality cupboards and vanities. Good variety. There are people here who can assist with design, plus you can walk away with a layout and price. Quick turnaround as well.

Had a great experience when we visited J & J for our kitchen cabinets. Their cabinets come with the soft close function and the price is reasonable. Jay got back to my inquiry very quickly with the the kitchen mockup as per our kitchen size. Super impressed!. Now we are waiting for our contractor to finish demolishing the old kitchen - can't wait to order the kitchen cabinets from J&J.

This place has a lot of really nice fixtures for your bathroom or kitchen. I've bought from them before and everything I have from them works great.
They are a little pricey with their cabinetry and countertops but they are decent quality.

Found the place on the intranet and boy was it a great discovery. They had a large stock for the kitchen and bath on hand. The customer service was outstanding, which is hard to find these days. My wife and I felt great after leaving the store. Even the loading guys were professional and did a great job. We will definitely be visiting the store again. Great place go check it out.

They have a nice selection of bath cabinets more than any place I went to surprisingly. The folks working there were helpful to me. They walked me through a few cabinet options and helped me understand the different materials and features. I needed a custom countertop but they don't offer those unfortunately but they have nice standard size ones though.

This place is Awesome. I was able to enjoy my new shower door the next day! I wasted a whole day driving around the valley getting quotes for shower doors and J&J was one of my last stops. I'm so glad I found this place and Jay was VERY VERY helpful to us. They don't customize shower doors so they only offer standard sizes. I bought their 60inch x 76inch frameless shower door for about half the price as the other places quoted me and they were the only place that has it in stock. Everyone else had a lead time of 1 to 2 weeks. I absolutely hate buying large products online and dealing with shipping companies so I highly recommend these guys.

If you are looking for bathroom cabinets, counters, or fixtures, this is a great place to try. It's clean, well organized, you can immediately see what's available. The vessel sink selection is extremely well priced. They don't have that many options but if you find something that works in your decor scheme, the prices look good.

If you need to remodel a bathroom inexpensively this is a great place. Super friendly, helpful employees. Good selection of sinks, faucets, vanities, vanity tops in a variety of styles and materials. Pretty array of granite and sinks. They also have kitchen cabinets, range hoods and other goods. Their return policy is clearly posted so no surprises. Warehouse showroom of available products, with all new boxed items ready to take home immediately. A few clearace, as- is, items in the back. Will definitely be going back for my next remodel.

This place is great. The hidden gem here is that they sell RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets. I had an odd length opening that I wanted to fill with cabinets or a vanity, and they had some good quality RTA cabinets that did the job perfectly! They were good quality too! Saved me hundreds in shipping! Thanks!

My wife and bought vanities, tops and faucets for both of our bathrooms. Our sales representative Grace was kind and helpful. However, as it happens sometimes, we found a defect in one of the vanity tops after we got home. Honestly, I was expecting a bit a a hassle when I said I wanted to return/replace it, but that was far from the case! Grace, Julius, Joe and Josh all went above-and-beyond in ensuring that the matter was resolved and we were completely happy! It’s that kind of customer service that will bring us back!

I was amazed by the service..bought a small cabinet and other stuff for my guest bath and the guys had it ready before I even finished paying. lol that's pretty good. definitely shop around for what you need but give these guys a try. I found lots of cabinets and tops here for the restroom.

I bought a faucet here maybe 6 months ago or less and it broke! I was told it was stainless steel but it was not! I paid a little over $100. No happpy at all! Great customer service just bad product quality in my opinion. Amazon had one for $64 stainless steel and it’s great!

Do not shop here! I had to return some drains that did not fit my sink, and they said they couldn't return them due to their return policy. So after discussing my point of view, they only gave me 50% of my money back! Then to make matters worse, they deducted 3.7% for the credit card fee! I can't believe a business would be more concerned with saving 75 cents than absolutely upsetting a customer.

Do your self a favor and avoid this place.

Every single item I bought from them came out defective I bought a kitchen sink hose that’s starting lot leak after 4 months and the shower heads I have from them got rusty and opened up from the top
, they did exchange one shower head because I brought it back sooner but the other they refused to saying that none of the things they sell are defective yet they all leak and give up after 6 months of normal use and the guy still said I’ll do you a favor buy selling you just the shower head cuz they only sell the whole kits and we only give 30 days warranty don’t fall for these Chinese parts buy Home Depot Lowe’s more recognized stores

I visited this place in November just before Thanksgiving and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. there was Christmas music playing sooooo loud I couldn't think about measurements or colors or sinks or nothing. this place advertises on the app Offer up heavily so that is why I went in to check it out. The prices are really really really high. REALLY HIGH! which was disappointing because it's nothing fantastic. I found the same stuff for at every other place I went to for A LOT less. waste of time going in because there is nothing special or unique there.

They sell stuff that people return to Home Depot that's been open box missing parts and used, the nice-looking rainfall shower heads that they sell for $40 are the ones you can buy for $5 on eBay with free shipping. The vanities they sell are the same ones that you find at all the outlet stores and are still more expensive than Home Depot. Plan ahead and just get all your cheap stuff from eBay like they did or just go to Home Depot or Lowe's to save yourself the headache

Owner will say anything to sell something. I called asking for a specific item ~ we live an HOUR away.
She said they had what I was looking for. . . . They did not have anything remotely close!

I have been shopping cabinets in Phoenix and can tell you this place is high and substantially overpriced on their cabinets. The boxes are plywood and do not justify such an extreme cost increase and does not warrant a $100-200 upcharge and more on a single cabinet.
Their faucets are all chinese made and a quality Moen faucet can be be had for no more money than these offbrand made faucets.
Lastly...they are by no means a liquidator of anything...very misleading.!
